We are living in our Dream Home! Built during 2020, our gray & teal Craftsman boasts a large lower level (9 foot ceilings) with private entrance and daylight windows perfect for your vacation get away while we live in the upper level.

The large family room, TV, games, toys, dining area, and kitchenette make your stay together comfortable and memorable. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms for your family and friends to utilize while you stay in this beautiful countryside home.

Just outside your lower level sliding glass doors you will find a salt water hot tub with seven seats and a patio for outdoor dining with table chairs and gas grill.

There is a huge side yard perfect for a game of football or frisbee. A fire ring is close by for an evening of hotdogs and marshmallows. With woods behind you, fields around you, and horses in the nearby pasture, you will be able to relax and enjoy the fresh air and gorgeous sun rises or bright night skies!

Our driveway provides plenty of free parking with marked diagonal spots for our guests. The lower level is entered by using our front sidewalk and going down a series of eight long steps before entering your private sliding door entrance.

We are only five miles from Madriver Ski Lodge , Ohio Caverns, and Marmon Valley Horse Farms. Bellefountaine boosts a traditional Midwest downtown with several fun shops, coffee spots and fine eateries.

We are one hour from Columbus, one hour from Dayton and one hour from Cedarville University.

THERE IS NO TV in the suite! A true chance to unplug from the world. If you would like to watch movies while you are here, we recommend downloading or streaming them on your device.

COMMUNICATION: We HIGHLY recommend downloading the VRBO app to your phone to create seamless communication.

HOSTS: We live on the property and the suite is above the garage. You will rarely (if at all) see us. We are a very quiet couple :) We do not use the overhead garage door when we have guests.

PARKING: Free parking on-site (early luggage drop off available). You will receive parking details and your door code the day before your stay.

WIFI: We live in the country which sometimes means spotty WIFI! When it's good, it's great (which is most of the time) BUT if you need 24/7 on-the-spot WIFI, we would recommend having your hot spot available. There is NO TV in the suite so if you would like to watch movies while you are here, we recommend bringing a device and perhaps even downloading the videos you would like to watch while you are here.

Bobbi's Bungalow is a newly renovated 1920's style bungalow with two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. A twin air mattresses is available as well. The kitchen is stocked with pans, dishes and utensils, a full sized stove and refrigerator, microwave, a mini Keurig, and 12 cup coffee maker. Coffee, a variety of teas and hot chocolate are provided for your enjoyment.

When you enter The Loft, you'll walk up a flight of stairs to the second floor. The first thing you'll notice is our tall ceilings and gorgeous historic wood floors.

On your left along the hallway, you'll find two cozy bedrooms.

BEDROOMS:
There are two bedrooms, and each one features a dreamy queen bed with Frette sheets, a fluffy white duvet, and a soft fleece blanket.

BATHROOM:
The apartment features one spacious full bathroom with a shower/tub. It's sparkling clean and comes with plenty of fluffy white towels, luxury hotel toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, and makeup wipes), quality toilet paper, and more. You'll find a hair dryer in the vanity drawer and lots of little extras.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen features a full-size fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and sink. It comes with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal! Plates, cups, utensils, bowls, saucepan, frying pan, pizza pan, etc.

You'll also find a Nespresso coffee maker with premium Alto Grande coffee pods, an electric water kettle with Tazo tea bags, half-and-half, and sugar.

LIVING ROOM:
The living area is huge! You'll love relaxing on our couch and stylish side chairs (the white one is genuine leather!). Our 65" 4K smart TV is perfect for watching a movie or a big game. DirecTV Stream is included and already logged in (looks and feels like cable TV).

Our dining area is the highlight of this apartment. It features a crystal chandelier centered over an extra long wood table with a beautiful view of downtown Bellefontaine. It's perfect for a fancy dinner, a competitive board game, or spreading out your papers to catch up on work.
You can walk anywhere within downtown Bellefontaine, but driving and parking are super easy here. There's a free parking lot across the street that nearly always has available spots, and free street parking available almost everywhere around town. If you want to venture beyond Bellefontaine, you're only a quick 1.7 mile drive from US Route 33! You'll be on the freeway in less than 10 minutes. From there, it's a stress-free drive at 65-70 mph to wherever you want to go...Columbus, Marysville, Mad River Mountain, etc.

- "Very clean and welcoming! " - "We enjoyed our stay at the Apple Pie flat #2. The apartment is well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The building is quiet and we felt safe. Bellefontaine is a treasure with many unique shops, restaurants and very friendly people. We hope to return soon!" - "The beds and sleeping arrangements were very uncomfortable. Two average size adults could barely fit comfort the full size bed. The futon and the bed were as hard as a rock. Better explanation of how the heat and cool air work would have been nice. The constant noisiness from others staying and the outside area was a lot to try and sleep and relax. Also, the stairs to the flat were treacherous and an uphill battle. It's a beautiful Flat, but definitely not what we were expecting for relaxation. We definitely dreaded going to bed at night because we woke up sore and achy just from sleeping. "

Welcome to our beautifully designed Australian inspired studio flat. The décor and furnishings give a nod to the rustic charm of the Outback, with earthy tones and natural materials.

The space is warm and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing after a day of exploring our historical town. You'll feel right at home with the addition of cozy blankets and plush pillows.

Embrace the Australian, DownUnder, lifestyle by enjoying a cold brew with friends and putting on the golf strip located in the space.

This flat is more about chilling and having fun. The daybed is more of a comfortable oversized couch which is still very inviting for a good nights sleep. It turns into a king size bed when the trundle is pulled out and fastened.

Enjoy this cozy and unique tiny house perched atop of Mad River Mountain Ski Resort! The tiny house provides a fun and peaceful getaway while still being 15 minutes away from downtown Bellefontaine.

Owner of Rusty Fig Redesign, interior designer Janet and her two sons purchased the Tiny House and rehabbed it to the wonderful adventure it is today. Come stay at our family labor of love!

The space
The Tiny House is your tiny getaway, with everything you need to be at home!

There is a queen size bed in the loft only accessible by ladder. The sofa does fold out as an additional bed (which can fit one adult or 2 small children).

The tiny house has a flushable toilet and working shower (hot water lasts about 5 continuous minutes and regenerates about every 30 minutes.)

There is a fire pit and chairs, though you must supply your own firewood.

There is no WIFI anywhere on top of the mountain, though hotspots work and coffee shops are 15 minutes away.

In winter, skiing is a short walk (~250 feet).

You will have access to the campground amenities including a shared outdoor playground.
