The first floor also hosts an expansive family room with a large sectional sofa and an 85” flat screen TV. The family room also has a ping pong table for competitive family fun!

With a 135+ private acres and beautiful Bolt Lake as your backyard, you may never want to step foot off the property! Bolt Lake is part of the Gang of Lakes, which allows you to explore 4 additional lakes via connecting channels. The lakes are great fishing for bass, crappie, bluegill, sunfish, catfish and pike. The property is also bordered by Rice Creek and has additional frontage on Gordan Lake and another small pond.
The property is just North of the city of Albion (home to Albion College) and is a quick 15 minute drive from the cute town of Marshall or the city of Jackson. It is also less than an hour drive from both East Lansing and Ann Arbor, making it a great option for college football weekends.
A fast 20 drive will take you to Firekeeper’s Casino in Battlecreek where you can enjoy over 2,900 slot machines, 70 table games and a 14-table non-smoking poker room in addition to numerous tasty dining options.

This Large, well maintained, bright & sunny home is great for family gatherings or friends getaway. Spend the day swimming in the 32 ft. heated INDOOR pool available year round, play Ms. Pac-Man in the basement, or play pool in the huge great room that includes an authentic Brunswick 8-ft table, watch movies on the numerous flat screen TVs, to name just a few. We wanted a clean, modern place with full appliances and air conditioning to stay that would give us flexibility. Mohammads place is fully renovated, brand new with clean immaculate floors, carpets, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. There is literally no dust on the furniture nor base boards. Each bedroom is fully furnished with clean bed, linens, sheets and extra pillows. Each room has a luggage stand and in the main hallway there are extra towels, clean and white as pure snow. The bathrooms are equiped with body wash and soap of luxurious quality. Air conditioning was a must because of the heatwave. Id recommend to have it on before client arriaval. None the less after turning it on, house cooled down fast. Wifi was fast and easy to access. Kitchen has basic furnishings, with time more items could be added. We brought take out so we did not require any of the appliances or cuttlery. However if we were to stay a few days, we would have required pots, pans, plates etc. Kitchen is furnished with basic items, we would have been okay. Mohammads communication is excellent, and easy to talk to. We needed an accommodation for my father and Mohammad got it ready for us. Day of travel, he provided instructions on how to enter and what to do in the home. All in all 5 star experience."

- "Loved this place. It's so nice that you have great views of the lake from the living area and master bedroom so it feels like "you're there" even when inside. Beds are really comfortable, and the cookware was in great condition. We enjoyed the YouTube tv offered. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Although there are neighbors, we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves during the week. On the weekends, neighbors were quiet, respectful. The lake is great for taking out a kayak, because there wasn't a lot of motor boats, especially during the week. Would definitely return."
