I loved every bit, from the convient parking deck, to the view overlooking the pool. The security of the building and apartment was comforting. Once i entered the premises, it was excellent and up to date. Very fresh. The apartment was very clean. Starting with the kitchen, equipped with up to date appliances, Kerig, dishes and utensils. All clean. Washer and dryer. Both bedrooms were spacious, with room for king size bed. Bedding was fresh. Extra blankie would have been nice. Very large closets. Bathrooms were spotless and roomy. Clean towels, updated shower. Small toiletries would have been a plus. I did have my own though. No tv's in the bedroom, would have been nice. Sharing a tv with grandchildren sucks. But again, no biggie. I would stay here again without question. Entire apartment was outstanding. And i look frwd to my next stay. And I'm sorry, I honestly forgot to take pictures. But trust me, this apartment is worth every penny!! You will not be disappointed."

We accidentally left the key fob in the truck, and we had to wait almost 24 hours to get it out. I am friendly and easy-going with a sweet dog. She can be excited upon greeting but then calms down after meeting you. You will hear her bark sometimes.

This charming room in a clean and nice home is tucked into the most valuable and easily accessible part of the Highlands. A short walk to the Douglass Loop or a quick skip to downtown... it's all very close by.

The space
This will be a shared space. I'm looking for a temporary-ish type roommate to enjoy my quiet and open space. You will have access to all the common spaces (kitchen, living room, dining room). There is one and half baths that we will also share.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the backyard. In the summer months, it's quite nice to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine... and a cup of coffee.

This is a shared room!! There is another room across the hall from this one that is occupied. The bathrooms, kitchen, and other common areas are all shared.

There is also a completely separate basement studio unit, as well as a tiny house in the backyard, all on the property.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath with tub, and the 2nd floor has the 3rd bedroom and a new full bathroom with shower.
The fully equipped kitchen, has an adjoining dining room and table that easily seats 8 and a living room with 2 full-size couches that provide a great opportunity to cook and entertain as you wish, with a handy gas grill just outside the kitchen door.
Just off bedroom #2 is an enclosed private patio with a 3 person hot tub, a fire pit and a covered picnic table. The back yard is fenced with quick access to Thornton's Gas and Convenience store and a liquor store across from Thornton's.

Basically, the whole main house is yours to enjoy and call home. My wife and I reside in the separate lower level apartment and we have our own private entrances.
There is plenty of accessible parking for you in the front (up to 4 vehicles) and I park in the garage at the rear of the property.
Three Video Cams monitor the outside front, side and rear for your security and safety.
