Communication from the apartments end could be better. However, the place itself made up for it. The place is gorgeous, the kitchens are fully stocked with high quality tools (the good Nespresso coffee maker in the suite), the pool is great, and the vibe of the building is way better than your average hotel as it’s mostly long term residents, no loud families or high school sports teams around. All 3 of our mattresses have thick memory foam toppers and we provide both plush and memory foam pillows for you to pick from. You’ll find plenty of extra blankets and towels, though we also have laundry in-unit if you find yourself planning a longer stay!

To address a frequently asked question - there are 2 entrances to our bathroom. It is accessible from both the main living area as well as from the private, locking bedroom (Jack & Jill style setup).

This is a key distinction from many other layouts in the building that require you to access the bathroom directly through the bedroom, and we feel that this detail makes Skyline Sunsets the perfect space to host 4 or more guests, despite being a 1br unit!

We pay for one indoor parking spot in a prime location directly adjacent to both the elevator and the garage entrance, available to you for $35/night, which is at least $15 less than the open lots and garages right nearby!

Additionally, the spot next to us is kept permanently unoccupied by the building, which makes our spot directly equivalent to a traditional handicap spot! The building as a whole, and our unit, are handicap accessible.

*THIS IS A SHARED SPACE*

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with an upstairs and downstairs. All bedrooms are upstairs with a full bathroom in the primary, a full (shared) bathroom in the hallway upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed while the two secondary bedrooms have full sized beds. Each bedroom has additional seating (bench, chair, poofs) as well as ceiling fans, tv’s and bluetooth speakers. Downstairs the common spaces provide ample seating and gathering space inside and out for connecting and enjoying quiet time with others and alone.

The house is open and accessible for use. All spaces are available. Please keep in mind that this is a shared space and private spaces such as bedrooms should not be accessed without prior consent of the tenant. {Anyone found in violation of this expectation will be subject to removal with forfeiture of rent}. In addition all common spaces are expected to remain neat, clean and free of clutter.

Guests can contact me via text or call directly or in the app. I’m about 15 minutes away should any issues or needs arise.

Other things to note
While we love our pets, this is a PET FREE home. Anyone discovered with a pet inside or outside of the house will be removed immediately and will forfeit their rental fee as well as be charged an additional deep cleaning fee.

Common and shared spaces must be kept clean at all times. No personal belongings are to be left outside of bedrooms.

Please do not eat on furniture or beds as the light colored decor is difficult to clean once stained.

Our centrally located coliving space is in the Heart of Nashville's hip & eclectic east side. This unique property consists of 4 Historic buildings with on-site community rooms to stay work & play! We have communal kitchens (if you like to share) and each room has a built-in mini-fridge/Freezer/microwave (If you would rather chill). Our unique greenspace & courtyard hosts several patios accompanied by a BBQ grill for your outside enjoyment.

The space
This 2nd floor space consist of a private room featuring a double bed with a linenspa medium firm mattress. Please note: This room is on the upper level and ArtEast does not offer an elevator for guest use. Guests will have to go up one flight of stairs. The bed is custom built with cubbies underneath for maximum space and storage. The room offers a Smart RoKu Tv with free WiFi and internet. The room has a built-in minifridge / freezer & microwave for your convienance. There is a fully stocked shared kitchen & community room on the 1st floor for your enjoyment. Outside of your private room in the corridor there is a community coffee bar alongside a wet bar for easy access and convienance.

ArtEast Nashville is in a very walkable neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores and lots of mom & pop shops. City bus service is at the front door. We offer free off-street parking and Uber and Lyft are always in the area. We're only 5 miles from Downtown, Nissan Stadium & Opry Mills.

With the city growing so fast it’s nice to be in the center of it all without spending a lot of time getting places. My three kids ages 5-10, family dog and cat bring a lot of life. You will be within walking distance of Geodis Soccer stadium, neighborhood restaurants, 2 miles from Broadway Honky Tonks Downtown, 2 miles to Vanderbilt and Belmont campus. Two right turns out of the neighborhood get to the Wedgewood exit off I-65 and make for easy accessibility during traffic at all times of day.

I’m here to help however you need. We can give you space or show you around town. My girls will be with their Dad the time so there will be calmer times and more lively times. Our location is in the NEW MUSIC ROW area which is a fun Nashvillian area, not to be confused with MUSIC ROW area which is pretty much only businesses.

Our goal is to also be the semi-private boutique “Go To" “Point of Sale" company by aligning international & domestic visiting artists with genre compatible video and music producers at critically acclaimed Nashville recording facilities.

Designed for producers, photographers, artists & songwriters to "Work it all out," this so called "Ultimate Creative" facility.

Our place is a place of social interaction based on a theme of music, photography, creative writing, musical composition and more. Feel free to fraternize with others.

Quiet hours are 10PM to 10AM. Unless all other guests agree to not be quiet and play music and have a get together.

There might be other guests in the 2 other rooms from time to time and will be sharing the bathroom and common area when present. Please be courteous and tidy up after use.

This space is NOT a short walking distance to downtown Broadway. You can walk it. I have. But it's an 8 to 10 min car ride to that area. An $8 to $10 Lyft ride cost.

There is no laundry facility on the property. There is a laundromat nearby. The oven is a toaster oven. There is no full oven. There is a small two burner stove top.

This space is on New Music Row which is primarily an area for recording studios, original live music venues, restaurants and residents. We have some of the best restaurants here in Nashville and that's a for sure fact but it's not a cover band bar hopping location as is on Broadway.

This 4 bedroom home is full of light and open space. Entire house is all yours with large deck, pool and hot tub in privacy fenced back yard, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Downtown Nashville/Airport/Percy Priest Lake & Long Hunter State Park.

The space
The downstairs living area is fully furnished and has a new kitchen, new floors and a gas fireplace. Kitchen, dining and living area are all open to each other as well as the back deck, yard and pool area, which make it excellent for entertaining or just relaxing. There is a 1/2 bath and master bedroom with with a king bed and en-suite on the first floor as well.

Second level has two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with a full sized bed. There is an office space/ reading loft as well.

There is also large bonus room above the 2 car garage with queen sized bed.

The entire house and property are open to guests with the exception of the garage and 3 closets, including the master closet, which are locked owner areas.

(30 day minimum rental) Our spacious studio apartment has all the essentials to make your trip to the Nashville area stress-free. It comes complete with a California king bed, a small couch ,a handicap accessible stand up shower and a 58 inch smart TV with Hulu, Netflix and Wi-Fi. Though a full size kitchen is not included, it does have a kitchenette with fridge, electric skillet and burner , microwave and coffee maker.
