Palmetto bugs are a type of cock roach that lives in trees throughout Georgia. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, seeing one might be unsettling at first, but they are harmless. These bugs can enter any home, from small cottages to luxury estates. For this reason, while you may see a bug or two it does not represent an infestation. Rest assured that M&T Hospitality Solutions conducts regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods of time.

- "Nice lil apartment. We didn’t use the kitchen but seemed equipped. The 1 bedroom we used was nice. There was a mini split in it and in the living room. Driveway is very steep. Parking spaces are a little off kilter so watch doors when you get out of vehicle (not terrible). Close to grocery store, restaurants and town square. We would stay here again if we’re back in the Marietta area. "
