- "It was good enough but there are some things that I think should be mentioned in the listing. First of all there are over a flight of stairs to get to the apartment which isn’t mentioned in the property description nor was it disclosed in the messages between me and the property owner prior to me booking. This might not matter to some but I was there to have a major surgery (which I informed her about) and couldn’t do stairs so I had to pay more money to stay at a hotel for a few days after surgery until I could walk to the apartment using a large hill located on the side of the apartment building. So this is not handicapped friendly by any means as there is no elevator. Next, This is a bottom floor apartment and the neighbors footsteps and weekend music are LOUD! I believe the property manager knew this as well since she asked me how it was going with the neighbors smh….Lastly, it’s not dirty but if you’re picky it’s far from spotless mostly the bathrooms and kitchen cupboards. It’s cheap compared to the other properties in the area but you certainly get what you pay for. The property manager was good at responding in a timely fashion. "

There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed and the office a twin bed. All bedrooms are stocked with sheets and spreads/blankets. There are 2 full bathrooms, one en-suite bathroom attached to the master bedroom and one hallway bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms. Each bathroom feature large bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels. We also provide hair dryers, sample travel size shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. This home features a Bosch washer and dryer for your use (washing power not including). ADT security system with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed in the house as well.

This home is located in a quiet Alpharetta neighborhood, ideal for a weekend get-away, or quiet work from home location. Thoughtful additions with plenty of pans and utensils to cook big meals, grill, coffee station, games, and large TVs. 5 mins away from grocery store. *Dispose of any left over items from the fridge. You may leave items such as condiments, and other common items.

Safety reason the fireplaces are not to be used for burning. Unfornatutely, we can not allow fireplaces to be used since wood can stay hot for several days. The cleaning crews would not be able to clean the home if not know when the last fire was used. This prevent cleaning and more importantly, the cleaning crews have no way of disposing of the embers in a safe way.

GARAGES
Many of our houses come with enclosed garages. We do not guarantee the use of the garages but they are allowed to be used if they are available. We may use the garage for storage that occupies a portion or all of the garage. If the garage is unavailable use, we can not move items unless agreed to prior to the move in.
If the garage has an overhead garage opener, you may program the opener to your car. We do Not support installing or provide tech support for garage openers. We may also have installed MyQ as a way to provide wireless opener connectivity but once again, we do not provide support on how to install on your phone.

First floor has access to the garage, guest bedroom and full bath. 2nd floor is main living area with eat in kitchen, living room, dining space, balcony and half bath. 3rd floor offers a large master bedroom with walk in closet, his/her bathroom with separated sinks, tub, and shower bay. Toilet is in its own (private) space. Guest room #2 is on the other side of the home (no common walls) with a queen bed, dresser (not pictured), and private bathroom with shower stall. Washer and dryer are centrally located between the 3rd floor bedrooms in the hallway. All space is for guests to use except owner's closet on main floor. Home is yours to use and fully private. Parking is limited to one car in driveway and one car in garage. No street parking is allowed. Garbage day is Monday and I ask that you take care of the garbage by setting out the night before and returning the day of garbage day please. Guest parking is at either end of the neighborhood. Again, no street parking or you will be quickly towed.

*Very Important - Please place all TOWELS in the washing machine and start the load of towels.
*Do NOT wash linens. We take linens offsite for washing.
*Please start the dishwasher when checking out so the cleaning crew may turn the house for the next guest since we try to accommodate early check in if at all possible.
*Turn the thermostat to 74 for the summer, 68 for the winter when starting to leave. It might be a few hours or few days before the next guest arrives. No need in wasting energy on an empty house :).
*If you found something wrong with the house that is a maintenance item, please let us know via the Airbnb messages. The cleaning crew is only in the property for a few hours and as obvious as some things may be, it may not be noticed by the cleaning crew.
*Please ensure the TV remotes are on the coffee table in LR or on dresser in bedrooms to ensure they can easily be found to avoid potential lost remote fee
*Dispose of any left over items from the fridge. You may leave items such as condiments, and other common items.
*Any free standing trash in the home must be picked up and placed in trash cans or taken outside. Cleaning fee does not include excessive dirty house. Additional fees may apply if not followed.

Smart Lock Battery Replacement
Guest agrees that in the event that a battery in the lock has to be replaced on the front door smart lock, the guest will replace the 4 AA batteries in the lock. The host will reimburse for the cost of the batteries plus $5

Fireplaces
Safety reason the fireplaces are not to be used for burning. Unfornatutely, we can not allow fireplaces to be used since wood can stay hot for several days. The cleaning crews would not be able to clean the home if not know when the last fire was used. This prevent cleaning and more importantly, the cleaning crews have no way of disposing of the embers in a safe way.

GARAGES
Many of our houses come with enclosed garages. We do not guarantee the use of the garages but they are allowed to be used if they are available. We may use the garage for storage that occupies a portion or all of the garage. If the garage is unavailable use, we can not move items unless agreed to prior to the move in.
If the garage has an overhead garage opener, you may program the opener to your car. We do Not support installing or provide tech support for garage openers. We may also have installed MyQ as a way to provide wireless opener connectivity but once again, we do not provide support on how to install on your phone.

We use Cutter brand domestic use backyard bug control spray that kills mosquitos, fleas & ticks.

A sidewalk leads you from the driveway to a fully fenced backyard and to the entrance door of our basement apartment. An electronic lock is located at the basement entrance door and the code will be provided on the day of your arrival.

Our 5-bedroom house has everything you need for your Atlanta/Alpharetta trip. The unit comes with Wi-Fi, self-check-in, fully equipped kitchen and more. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient indoor fireplace, wonderful gable, and fire pit. An ideal base in to explore Atlanta and Alpharetta where you will be submersed in nature. Close to Avalon Shopping Center, various hiking trails and parks, 20 minutes to Lake Lanier

The space
The 3-level house has 5 fabulous rooms, a large family room, dining room, living room, and best of all, a large fully enclosed interior garden. It has two gas fireplaces and televisions in all rooms and the family room.
