- "It was good enough but there are some things that I think should be mentioned in the listing. First of all there are over a flight of stairs to get to the apartment which isn’t mentioned in the property description nor was it disclosed in the messages between me and the property owner prior to me booking. This might not matter to some but I was there to have a major surgery (which I informed her about) and couldn’t do stairs so I had to pay more money to stay at a hotel for a few days after surgery until I could walk to the apartment using a large hill located on the side of the apartment building. So this is not handicapped friendly by any means as there is no elevator. Next, This is a bottom floor apartment and the neighbors footsteps and weekend music are LOUD! I believe the property manager knew this as well since she asked me how it was going with the neighbors smh….Lastly, it’s not dirty but if you’re picky it’s far from spotless mostly the bathrooms and kitchen cupboards. It’s cheap compared to the other properties in the area but you certainly get what you pay for. The property manager was good at responding in a timely fashion. "

Our ranch style home (no stairs) was originally built in 1985 and has been updated with floors, new appliances and washer and dryer as well as living and dining room furniture. The home has a fully stocked kitchen - all appliances, pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, etc. Heated kitchen and master bathroom floor tiles. There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed and the office a twin bed. All bedrooms are stocked with sheets and spreads/blankets. There are 2 full bathrooms, one en-suite bathroom attached to the master bedroom and one hallway bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms. Each bathroom feature large bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels. We also provide hair dryers, sample travel size shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. This home features a Bosch washer and dryer for your use (washing power not including). ADT security system with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed in the house as well.

Smart Lock Battery Replacement
Guest agrees that in the event that a battery in the lock has to be replaced on the front door smart lock, the guest will replace the 4 AA batteries in the lock. The host will reimburse for the cost of the batteries plus $5

Fireplaces
Safety reason the fireplaces are not to be used for burning. Unfornatutely, we can not allow fireplaces to be used since wood can stay hot for several days. The cleaning crews would not be able to clean the home if not know when the last fire was used. This prevent cleaning and more importantly, the cleaning crews have no way of disposing of the embers in a safe way.

GARAGES
Many of our houses come with enclosed garages. We do not guarantee the use of the garages but they are allowed to be used if they are available. We may use the garage for storage that occupies a portion or all of the garage. If the garage is unavailable use, we can not move items unless agreed to prior to the move in.
If the garage has an overhead garage opener, you may program the opener to your car. We do Not support installing or provide tech support for garage openers. We may also have installed MyQ as a way to provide wireless opener connectivity but once again, we do not provide support on how to install on your phone.

*Turn the thermostat to 74 for the summer, 68 for the winter when starting to leave. It might be a few hours or few days before the next guest arrives. No need in wasting energy on an empty house :).
*If you found something wrong with the house that is a maintenance item, please let us know via the Airbnb messages. The cleaning crew is only in the property for a few hours and as obvious as some things may be, it may not be noticed by the cleaning crew.
*Please ensure the TV remotes are on the coffee table in LR or on dresser in bedrooms to ensure they can easily be found to avoid potential lost remote fee
