With respect to maintenance, the downstairs toilet did not work, not did the upstairs air conditioning. From a cleanliness standpoint, the downstairs bedroom only had one sheet on the bed (no fitted sheet) and we found a pillow left in the middle of the stairwell and an empty soda can in an upstairs bedroom. We don’t think our concerns were adequately addressed—our host told us to turn the water to the toilet on and off if we wanted to use it because it leaked, to go into the attic to press a panel to get the upstairs air to work (which was impossible because there was no handle on the ceiling door to the attic stairs), and to move sheets from another bedroom to the downstairs bedroom. We didn’t think this response was adequate. Upon our departure, we asked for a refund of our housekeeping fee because of the issues we experienced, but never received a response from the host. Again, it is a very nice home, but renters should beware of potential issues."

The home is over160 years old!! 1873 is the original building date, and we have tried to maintain some of the original features as well as accentuate the add-on's generated from the dreams of owners before us. This historic property is set under large oak and magnolia trees within walking distance or less then 3 min to heart of Suwanee Town Center, the Suwanee Greenway, Suwanee Main Street, Public library, shopping, great food, spirits, and much more.

The front bedroom features 1 king, second bedroom has 1 queen size bed plus 1 twin, third room with one queen bed… And an upstairs loft area that can be made available as needed.

If you love to grill the rear brick paved courtyard features a large gas grill in addition to a 4 top table. The courtyard transitions nicely into the pool house with pallet bar and sitting for 4-6 and over looks the pool table and dart board. The pool area also features an outdoor fire pit for relaxing.

Enjoy outdoor activities like corn hole, 1/2 court basketball court, and your own 20 x 40 in ground pool. No life guard is ever on duty so you must watch the babies, kids and those that cannot swim!! For additional sitting you can find 10 plus chairs and another patio table around the pool.

Absolutely no glass is allowed in the back yard for drinking purposes. CANS only.

- "This townhome was super clean. The finishes were very up to date and the master bathroom was very beautiful and unique. The Kitchen was well equipped and very modern. The pictures really don't do the place justice as it is really, very beautiful. Amenities: In the home there was an adequate supply of pots pans dishes and glasses. There was also a coffee station that I really appreciated in the morning. There was also an abundance of towels and washcloths and the we were also able to wash clothes in the washer and dryer. That was a really big help so that we did not have to take home dirty clothes. The beds were also very comfortable. Regarding the Area: Very close to what they call Town Center (about 5 minutes or less driving). There we were able to hang out at a variety of shops and we caught a movie in the park night which was a lot of fun. There are many restaurants in that area as well. A great place for family fun. I understand that Towne Center provides entertainment year round. The unit is also close to the highway and navigating was simple. Parking is only for 2 cars so if you have more than 2 cars one will have to be on the street. The Host: The host was outstanding. She was always available, even when we came in at 2am and unfortunately had to call her because we did not remember the door code. She was pleasant and welcoming Overall it was a pleasant experience for my family of 6. We will definitely try to book this place again if we are in town."

Our cottages are conveniently located within walking distance of Old Town Suwanee, Suwanee TownCenter with its shops, restaurants, and amphitheater, as well as the Suwanee Greenway consisting of miles of winding trails for both biking and hiking. The main house on property is a historic 160yr old home. We have transformed the original cabinet shop into two 800sq ft apartment-style cottages perfect for you. Fur babies are welcome and have their own fenced in areas for each cottage. You will have all the comforts of home whether visiting for a week, a month, or 6-12. Outside sitting areas with Adirondack chairs and grills under porch coverings are your outside oasis. Designated parking spots are labeled for each cottage and washing machine and dryer located inside each living space... What more could you ask for? Located 10 minutes for Gas South Arena, 15 min from Lake Lanier, and just 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, we are convenient to all!

The Master Bathroom is equipped with a bidet. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets. The additional living room space can be used for kiddos on air mattresses provided in the home. There is also an 80-inch television in the Living room and TVs in both bedrooms. The screened-in back porch has a glass top table with four chairs for watching the Sunset. There is a coffee table with a wicker couch for the young ones. The Front Porch is perfect for watching the Sunrise. This property is fantastic for small groups or families. Our house is a beautiful recently renovated 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms home. Sleep up to 6 guests. An open living space and a spacious sitting area in the master bedroom will make you feel cozy and comfortable. The beautiful backyard with a brand new bridge over a small creek will provide a great outdoor atmosphere to relax. We are within walking distance to walking trails and town center. There are grocery stores, parks and restaurants that are less than 5 minutes away.

Make yourself at home in this comfortable and roomy space. The house is full of great features and is very comfortable. Enjoy cooking in the French inspired kitchen or prepare a feast at the outdoor kitchen grill next to the pool. The 1.5 acre lot is very private and full of trees. It is not uncommon to see families of deer in the mornings and afternoons while sitting on the covered front porch. Three rooms and 2.5 baths in the main house provide for plenty of privacy and space for family. The space
I reside in the apartment that is attached to the home. It is completely independent of the home and has its own private entrance.

Any damages, spills marks on walls that occur must be reported to me immediately.
Dishes must be done daily.
Lights should be turned off when rooms are not in use.
Back doors must remain locked if children under 12 are staying in the home.
Constant supervision is required for children under 12 years old that visit the back yard where the pool is.
