Located in Big Canoe, an 8,000 acre mountain community, there are numerous activities like golf, hiking, fishing, tennis, swimming and fitness. Not to mention a first class restaurant, The Mountains Grille and Black Bear Pub that overlook the golf course and Lake Sconti. Outside of the community there is shopping, winery tours and State parks to mention a few. All the linens are new and the towels are Egyptian Cotton. The house is non-smoking and all the linens and towels are washed in an allergy free detergent.

This beautiful contemporary home was renovated in 2012 and offers a year round mountain view. With wood floors throughout, the home is warm and comfortable. There are 3 levels. On the upper level is the loft with 2 twin beds. It overlooks the living area and is perfect for the kids. On the main level is the entry with slate flooring, living room with vaulted wood ceiling and exposed wood beams and a fireplace, dining area, kitchen, laundry, screened porch, main outside deck and the master suite with a king size bed. All with wood floors. Downstairs is the terrace level with a bedroom with a full bed and a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses. The terrace level also has 1.5 bathrooms and a family room with a large covered outside deck. There is uncovered parking for 3 cars. No parking is permitted on the road.

This home has been beautifully renovated and has seasonal views of the Lake and Mountains on the wrap around porch!
Situated only minutes away from fine dining and resort style amenities to compliment your mountain getaway. The home has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a pull out double bed. The living area is decorated to provide the best possible views of the lake and surrounding trees. There is a full kitchen, which is stocked with pots and pans and everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal. Wi-Fi is available as well as three smart TVs (with Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video etc. available for guests to login with own accounts). Coffee, tea and bottled water are always stocked in the home for your convenience. The wraparound deck contains table, chairs and an electric grill for cooking out.
The home is located in the Big Canoe Mountain Community, one hour north of Atlanta, Georgia. Big Canoe provides a park-like setting that includes 8,000+ acres of pristine woodlands, meadows, lakes and streams, and resort style amenities. The home is less than a mile to most of amenities.

This snowbird-friendly retreat offers an open and spacious interior with a soaring cathedral ceiling, a dining area, and a main living area with a decorative fireplace. A well-equipped, full kitchen comes complete with Keurig and drip coffee makers, an ice maker, a blender, and plenty of other accessories to make it easy to prepare everyone's favorite recipes. You'll also find a desk and chair up in the loft for your laptops and a game room with a pool table for when you're craving a little friendly competition. "Nestled Away" is a serene and tranquil getaway, located in the upper Treetop section of the gated community of Big Canoe. We boast fantastic lake and mountain views! Recently purchased and renovated for ultimate comfort, our home is perfect for a couple's getaway or family vacation.

"Nestled Away" is a 2 bedroom/2 bath with fully equipped kitchen and deck overlooking Lake Petit. Deck furnished with eating area and 4 comfortable Adirondack chairs and propane fire table. The home is light and bright with circular, floor to ceiling windows allowing an abundance of natural light. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, with streaming TV's. Please do not leave garbage outside, as we are home to many wildlife creatures that we don't want to encourage to feed. Always be sure your car doors and house doors are locked due to clever bears. We love dogs, but we do have a two dog limit. (Fees apply). Please do not allow dogs on furniture. They must be well-behaved, clean and flea/tick free, non-chewers, and potty trained. There are several dog parks in Big Canoe where dogs can run, however dogs must be leashed everywhere else in Big Canoe or fines will be incurred. There is a $150 non refundable fee for dogs.

- "Our family stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday as we were visiting relatives nearby. It was very clean, with the exception of some cobwebs way up high. Linens, towels and furniture all seemed clean and in great shape. Kitchen and bathrooms were nice. My only complaint is that we wanted to watch the Macy's parade on TV on Thanksgiving morning and there was no access to live network TV that we could find, although there were lots of streaming options. We really like Big Canoe. It's beautiful and very quiet. We would stay in Big Canoe and this cottage again in the future."

Featuring a wood burning fireplace, lake and rockslide view, with an outdoor bar overlooking the woods - this is the retreat you've been looking for, with all the modern amenities; a coffee bar, 70 in smart tv, Smart Home and more.

The space
The property is a two bedroom two bath condo on the second floor of the building. There are roughly a dozen stairs to descend to get to the unit, stairs are not consecutive they have a landing every 6 stairs.

It features a full kitchen stocked with appliances (rice maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster, microwave, dish washer, refrigerator, electric wine bottle opener).

The dining area features a fully stocked coffee bar with grounds, K-cups, tea bags and more. Please help yourself to your favorite brew! The dining table seats four, with more seating available on the patio, or there are tray tables for eating in the living room.

Both bedrooms have queen beds with down comforters and multiple pillows, both firm and soft for you to choose from. Each bedroom features a 50 inch smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, ESPN, and Hulu.

Each bedroom has a private full bathroom, each newly renovated, with brand new everything. Bathrooms come fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, qtips, cotton balls, makeup remover, skin care samples, and more! Also, you'll enjoy fresh bath robes for each guest upon entering your bedroom.

The living room features a 70 inch smart TV with Netflix, Chromecast, and Airplay - so even if we don't have the movie you want to watch, you'll be able to stream it. The living area has all leather furniture; two couches and a recliner. You'll find the stone-face wood burning fireplace in the living room (fire wood not provided but can be purchased at the IGA outside the gates).

The patio has a one-of-a-kind bar top, so you and your family can enjoy your lunch overlooking the woods, slide, and lake, or for a romantic dusk wine tasting.

Guests may park in the spot marked '419' or the spot marked 'G' for guest. If you have multiple cars, you may take both spots. If the 'G' spot is already taken there are a few more guest spots marked in the loop.

Property CANNOT accommodate RVs.

To access the lake and waterfall slide you will exit the condo area (the way you entered) and take a left, then your first left will take you to the parking area at the foot of the waterfall. From there you can walk up the hill/stairs to use the waterslide or head across to the beach and pool.

The home has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a pull out double bed. The living area is decorated to provide the best possible views of the lake and surrounding trees. There is a full kitchen, which is stocked with pots and pans and everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal. Wi-Fi is available as well as three smart TVs (with Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video etc. available for guests to login with own accounts). Coffee, tea and bottled water are always stocked in the home for your convenience. The wraparound deck contains table, chairs and an electric grill for cooking out.
