If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. To the right of the main dining room area is the entrance to the laundry area with a washer and dryer. Bedroom 4 (full bunk bed and futon bed) is to your left of the laundry room. Walk further down this hall, and the master bedroom (#5) will be on the left. The door beside the master bedroom is an entrance to the bathroom (bathroom 3); access is also possible through the master bedroom.
Don't forget the backyard! A fire pit and chairs are available to enjoy during your visit.

Heavy glass door could of shattered and broke had i not caught it. Had it been my wife or child they would not of been able to catch a such hea y glass door and could have seriously injured them. Thankfully it was just me this time. Been traveling for days with layovers and all i wanted before bed was a hot shower. I couldnt because maint. Would not be out until next morning. Then had to stay and wait for maint. In morning while he fixed issue which didnt get fixed but made it to where i could safely shower. Spent my morning doing that i stead of hiking an early morning trail."
