- "This is our second time to Nashville. The first time we stayed close to the Opry, which was not convenient getting back and forth to the music on Broadway. The location of this property was definitely more convenient. There is a bus stop right outside the door, even though we didn’t use it- we Uber’ed the entire time. The condo was as described. Standout for us: the beds were incredibly comfortable and sheets/pillows were soft. More modern interior with a workable balcony. All the items needed in kitchen for making meals if desired and even laundry in the unit. Gym was adequate (had free weights, a basic lifting machine and a few cardio options). Pool looked nice but we didn’t use. Very happy overall with our stay and we would book again."

The Space
Each apartment of McMillin Court is 500 Sq feet with two small bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There are 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower with a tub. The space sleeps 4 comfortably however can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils as well as a Keurig to give you a jump start before exploring the city. Loading and unloading of vehicles is permitted in front of McMillin Court with convenient parking adjacent to the property for each unit and there is additional parking across the street.

The Midtown area is known for its restaurants & nightlife. The biggest problem you will have is deciding where to go first. You'll then of course only be one mile from downtown Broadway which has all of the live music & honky tonks your heart desires.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

We found that the cheapest we could get was 15USD each way but someone tried to charge us over 50USD on the Saturday night - beware!!! Aside from that, awesome place to stay. Highly recommend."

It was about 10 min drive to everything we wanted to check out. We rented a car and had no issues finding parking at the property. The main bedroom was nice and spacious with a big closet. Washer and dryer was very helpful. The only negatives were that the 2nd bedrooms closet was tiny and had no window. Also, there was no floor length mirror anywhere to be found. Other than that everything was perfect. I would recommend this property and will book here next time we are in Nashville."

The train is not visible due to the vegetation between the tracks and the building. Sound and light-reducing curtains as well as a sound machine are provided to minimize any disturbance.

This is a wonderful apartment with a private entrance located on the ground level of a beautiful old home in the heart of Midtown Nashville. Incredible location blocks off of West End and Charlotte. Assigned parking provided. Walking distance of Centennial Park, Vanderbilt, and Hillsboro Village, only minutes to Riverfront Park and 2nd Ave / Broadway. This cozy and charming place is also right across the street from Centennial Dog Park so please feel welcome to bring your friend with you.

We're delighted to accommodate small events if they adhere to our house rules, overnight guests do not exceed the maximum occupancy, and you and your party are respectful of all local noise ordinances, neighbors and community rules. 

Should we find that the group is being disrespectful to the property or neighbors in any way, we reserve the right to take action, including charging additional fees and eviction if necessary.

Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. 

Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. 

Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100. 

Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. 

Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person. 

Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations. 

Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations. 

Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines. 

Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee. 

Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended. 

Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations. 

Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
