Your peaceful retreat awaits at this welcoming 2-bedroom house in Tellico Village, for adults only. With a queen bed and a full bed, guests will find comfort and relaxation in this spacious home. The owners will be in residence until November 21. We will share kitchen facilities and provide breakfast for short stays, like a Bed & Breakfast. Great places to eat out are close by, including Toqua Golf club and the Yacht Club which overlooks gorgeous Lake Tellico. Until November 21, there is just a two night minimum, after which there will be a monthly minimum booking.

The location was close enough for my son & his family to visit daily, while allowing the FL and OH componenets of our family a place to stay for a week. My parents and sister (the FL gang) had yet to meet my granddaughter (my parents' first great grandchild). It was spacious enough to allow us family time, but to also allow for time apart. The open concept was a perfect place to visit with my granddaughter and watch her play. My 13 year old nephew had plenty of nearby options to fish and ride his skateboard since watching an 18 month old isn't exactly entertaining for a teen. My parents have mobility issues, so a single level was a must. She also needed a zero entry (or small lip) shower both were available in this house. We made use of the back yard to let my parents' dog get his exercise and spent time on the wraparound porch as well as there was plenty of room to both rock and play cards at the table. We used the gas grill several times for dinner, and the large sink in the laundry room was a godsend for my sister as she, my brother-in-law, and my nephew had just come from a weeklong boy scout camp out in Tellico. We didn’t get a chance to use the fure-pit, but it looked top notch as well. Our only disappointment was a lack of a handrail on the stairs closest to the parking area (where the keybox was located)."

The Conner Lodge is located in the Foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains and offers a peaceful country setting in our beautiful TN mountain area just a few miles from Lake Tellico and near The Dragon. The Lodge accommodates up to six guests. The lower level rental has a private entrance with a large outdoor patio area and firepit area with comfortable seating for guests. There is a large private back yard overlooking wooded acreage where you will probably see a few deer during your stay. Enjoy high speed internet and high end cable with dish network. There are 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a large side by side fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and small convection oven. We provide plates, cups, and silverware as well as breakfast/snack items and pots and pans for cooking. The Lodge has a very large cement driveway with an additional gravel parking area great for parking boats and motorcycle trailers. No additional cleaning fees are charged for your stay at The Conner Lodge. The Lodge is about 30 minutes from Townsend and within an hour of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Fort Loudon Damn is about 15 minutes away which has some of the best fishing around this area.

The house itself is surrounded by lovely forest and eventhough a new house is getting builds behind the one, it’s on a lower grade and hardly noticeable. Great walking neighborhood. We were packing a lot of luggage since we are moving and waiting for our new home completion. You should know that the 3rd and master bedroom to this house is locked and not part of the rental. The two remaining bedrooms are small; we used the room with twin beds for our luggage. The queen bed is tired and could use a new mattress. Bathroom is very clean and has very nice towels."

Shower worked for us but it is tight, so not great for a large or tall person. Could have used more towels and tp, but we didn’t ask because we had our own. Neighborhood was nice and convenient. Overall good inexpensive spot to stay. Would have preferred fewer decorative items as they took up valuable space, and could have used a few hooks and shelves here and there, especially in kitchen and bath."

Easy freeway access to downtown Knoxville with bars, restaurants and University of Tennessee (UT) events and so much more for the those who want to explore more of Tennessee.
Sleep comfortably in two bedrooms on the main level offering king beds in each with private access to the sun room and lighted, jetted hot tub. In addition, two queen fold-out beds in the lower, walk out level. For larger families, the leather couch in the main level family room is also a fold-out, queen sized bed. All linens and extra blankets and pillows are provided.
Enjoy the luxury of heated towel bars in all three bathrooms and large bath towels for the hot tub.
Watch cable, Netflix or Amazon Prime from any of the three TVs in the common areas. A fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans and small appliances including a Keurig machine, crock pot and toaster are all provided. Your home away from home awaits!

The hot tub is built for two. We couldn't get the cable remote to work (there were other channel options available with the TV remote, but not what we were hoping to watch in the evening.) The owners did their best to help us and even sent someone out at one point. There was no note for the wifi password, but the owner had provided a cell phone number, so that was an easy fix. We didn't find a regular coffee pot, but we didn't look very hard. Bring Keurig pods. We loved the shower jets in the main bathroom. The bed was firmer than we are used to, but there were plenty of pillows if you need them. If you stay there, you may be like me and say the words "front... door" each time it opens. You'll understand why when you get there."

Did I mention the grill has an airfryer?

Our updated 2 Bedroom house has fast internet, tv's in each room, and streaming capabilities. Our house is in walking distance to the greenway, a downtown park, Sonic, and other great restaurants. - Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

You have full private access to the suite, outdoor living space, backyard and free parking for 1 car in the driveway. Please park to the far right side of the garage. The stairs to the suite are on the left to take you on the lower floor. If you arrive after dark, there are automatic sensor lights will come on. There are also hanging lights you can leave on.

Other things to note
Please do not disturb the tenant upstairs about anything regarding your stay. He is living his best Tellico Village life! There is no access to do laundry. If needed, there is a launder-mat in Vonor or Lenoir’s City.

The gravel path on the side of the house is uneven and requires sure footedness. And there are steps up to the back deck that will need to be navigated to access the room.

The hot tub and back deck are shared spaces, but we're happy to give you privacy if preferred.

The space
This 650 SqFt basement studio apartment has an open floor plan. The window in the entry door is tinted to aid in privacy and the unit has a curtain for privacy in the bedroom and a pocket door to the bathroom to maximize floor space. A large window lets in plenty of natural light and the bedroom area has a queen bed. Enjoy the 65" HDTV and apps that let you use your favorite streaming service. We have Netflix, Max, and Disney + for you to use!
WiFi is available in the unit and is easy to access. In the kitchen area you'll find everything you should need in the cabinets and enough counter space to fix a snack, meal or unpack a quick carry out meal. The stack washer and dryer is just inside the door (the light for the laundry closet is inside the closet to the left). A stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and more are in the space and ready to be used!
You'll have a 18 minute drive to Farragut in West Knoxville or a 12 minute drive to Lenoir City.
As you approach our home, you'll go to the 2nd driveway (gravel) and open the gate (it's fine to leave your car parked on the road when you do this) then pull under the large carport for your free parking. Please close and latch the gate after you park and each time you leave and return. Follow the gravel path from the parking area to the back of the house where you'll see your concrete patio and the private entrance to the BnB.

Guest access
You'll have access to all of the grounds (2.2 acres) except the wooden deck, front yard and garage. If you chose to go into the woods to explore, do so at your own risk of bugs, and other woodsy things! Just stay inside the chain link fence so you stay on our property.

We do live upstairs so you may hear some "life" going on above you.
There is a first aid kit and fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink.

Our home is located in Tellico Village, a retirement golfing and lake activities Community. There are 3 golf courses, a yacht club plus 2 more large Clubhouses with great restaurants. There is also a private beach. There are several churches, a wellness center with an indoor and outdoor pool, and other amenities. It is a very pleasant retirement area. Come and check us out.

The space
We have a bedroom and bath on one side of our house designated for rental through Air B and B. It can be closed off for privacy by a pocket door. Our bedroom is on the opposite side of the house. Guests can access through the front or back door.

Guests can access the designated bedroom and bath through the front or back door. They can use the porch with 2 two rockers, for coffee in the morning or the kitchen for continental breakfast.

Tellico Village offers a wide array of activities and included with your stay will be a guest member privilege for discounted use ($6.00 a day)at the Wellness Center with pools,sauna and fitness center. Also any of the 3 PGA quality 18 hole golf courses.

A quaint property on an idyllic, serene country farm with 41 acres of open land, walking paths, farm animals, and lake that flows from the Tennessee river. Just 20 minutes from Knoxville, 2 hour to Smoky Mountains or Dollywood, and 2 hours to Chattanooga or Nashville.

Enjoy a spacious and comfortable stay with farm amenities such as fishing on our various docks around the lake, shooting on our basketball court, watching the sunset with a fire pit, or grilling dinner outside.

The space
Newly remodeled with high speed internet and Roku TV, with a fully stocked kitchen with a Brita water filter, coffee pot with ground coffee, tea bags, and also simple pots, pans, and dishes for your stay, with convenient washer and dryer.

Since it's inside of the farm, there might be animal poop in public areas! This unit is a duplex with another unit so you may be sharing 1 wall with another unit. We rarely have any issues with noise or anything from our guests but please be courteous if there is another guest in the other unit.

We invite you to walk around and explore the farm and see if you can find some of our sheep, alpacas, and various types of birds from free-range chickens to pheasants.

Take an evening stroll along our lit path around the lake and spot fireflies in the summer nights, or sit and relax next to the firepit with provided firewood in the winter. Fish in our lake or play basketball on our two-hoop concrete court.

Other things to note
Unfortunately, we do not allow you to bring any animals (including service animals) due to cleaning issues. We ask for your understanding.

There are some steps leading up to the guesthouse but no stairs inside.
There will be a waiver to sign to cover for any accidental animal injuries.

The washer and dryer is in a separate building. It's not an in-unit washer and dryer. In terms of payment, we just have an honor system, please pay coins if you use the washer and dryer as you see fit. You may have to bring your own detergent, dryer sheets.

This is a personal/private farm, not a commercial one with petting animals, etc, just to set expectations about "animal experiences". Keeping up with the farm with a full time job is not easy so we ask for your understanding as we work to continue to improve areas on our farm.

Wood Thrush Ridge is a private 40-acre property in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, and just 45 miles from the National Park entrance.
For bikers, we are near the Tail of the Dragon.
For birders and naturalists, the forested property has been nurtured as a bird and wildlife sanctuary; 119 bird species have been documented on the property.

If you love a cozy, private and restorative space surrounded by nature, you will love it here!

The space
The space is the entire ground floor of the home, and is completely separate living quarters with its own driveway, parking, and entrance. There is a large den with a wood-burning fireplace, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette.
The kitchenette has a microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker.

Please note: there is a step up to the toilet in the bathroom.

There is a TV with all of the available local channels, but without internet, we cannot do Roku at this time.

We do not have wifi at this time, because no reliable internet is in the area. We hope this will change in the very near future!
Cell phone service is usually excellent here, as we are 1,000 feet above sea level.

Guests have access to the entire ground floor of the home, as well as the large back yard and fire pit.
There is a beautiful walk to a nearby 9-acre lake, but the walk back is all uphill and somewhat strenuous!

Other things to note
There are several friendly dogs on the property, so guests must love dogs and be comfortable should they be greeted by the dogs or encounter them when coming or going. The dogs are mostly quiet, but bark occasionally if they think they need to. They are wonderful surveillance!

We live upstairs and although we are very quiet, you may hear some footsteps during daytime activity.

There is no WiFi here. This is a place to unplug and unwind.
Cell phone signals are usually good here, as we are 1,000 feet above sea level.

The guest quarters are completely separate and private, and we won’t cross paths unless we want to. You’ll have the place all to yourself!

A third guest is allowable for $20 a night, if they are willing to sleep on the sofa.

PLEASE NOTE: Our cottage is primarily a nature retreat in the middle of a 40-acre woods, and is surrounded by abundant wildlife.
If it would scare you to have a possum cross your path while walking to the cottage, or bother you when ladybugs get inside the cottage in the Fall, then this place will not suit you.
On the other hand, animal and nature lovers, birders and naturalists LOVE it here!

There are several rescue dogs on the property who may come by to visit!

1920's guest cottage is located on the grounds of the former Armstrong Candy Factory. In the candy factory era it was the pool house. (the pool no longer exists). The cottage is old but cozy with 1 bedroom and bath and a futon in the living room for an extra bed space. 25 miles to downtown Knoxville Market Square, Neyland Stadium or Maryville. 5 miles to Lake Loudon park and boat launch. 10 miles from Tellico Village, Lenoir City or Farragut. This is a stand alone cottage with private parking, 1 bedroom with Queen Bed, 1 Fold out Futon bed in living room, and 1 bathroom with shower. Towels and Linens are provided. You must be able to climb several steps to the entrance.

The space
This quaint farm home was built in 2015. There are two bedrooms on the second floor with a queen and king bed. The open space includes a full service kitchen with pantry, living room, and windows that provide gorgeous views of the property. The first floor has a bunk bed and bathroom for those that might need some additional space. The garage doubles up as a barndominium. Two cozy porch swings and fresh country air await you on the covered patio.

Guest access
The main house is accessible from the front door. That is the door on the south side of the home, not the side with the swings. All parts of the home may be utilized with two exceptions. There is a storm room on the first floor and a cleaning supply closet on the second floor that are both kept locked. All other parts other parts of the home are open.

This Tiny Home is Located in Downtown Lenoir City. There are multiple train lines that run parallel to Downtown. There is a good chance you will hear trains/train horns while staying at this property. If you are sensitive to noise please consider this prior to booking.

We are very proud of our home. We only ask that you take care of it and be respectful of our property. The owners live in this home 6 months out of the year, so all of their belongings are in the home. There are some spaces to put clothes in and a few areas for groceries, but it has not been completely emptied.
