Your peaceful retreat awaits at this welcoming 2-bedroom house in Tellico Village, for adults only. With a queen bed and a full bed, guests will find comfort and relaxation in this spacious home. Until November 21, there is just a two night minimum, after which there will be a monthly minimum booking.

Loved the fenced in back yard for pup!" - "This home was perfect for our needs. We live in Ohio, FL, and TN and needed a place to visit after over a year and a half apart. The location was close enough for my son & his family to visit daily, while allowing the FL and OH componenets of our family a place to stay for a week. My parents and sister (the FL gang) had yet to meet my granddaughter (my parents' first great grandchild). It was spacious enough to allow us family time, but to also allow for time apart. The open concept was a perfect place to visit with my granddaughter and watch her play. My 13 year old nephew had plenty of nearby options to fish and ride his skateboard since watching an 18 month old isn't exactly entertaining for a teen. My parents have mobility issues, so a single level was a must. She also needed a zero entry (or small lip) shower both were available in this house. We made use of the back yard to let my parents' dog get his exercise and spent time on the wraparound porch as well as there was plenty of room to both rock and play cards at the table. We used the gas grill several times for dinner, and the large sink in the laundry room was a godsend for my sister as she, my brother-in-law, and my nephew had just come from a weeklong boy scout camp out in Tellico. We didn’t get a chance to use the fure-pit, but it looked top notch as well. Our only disappointment was a lack of a handrail on the stairs closest to the parking area (where the keybox was located)."

The Conner Lodge is located in the Foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains and offers a peaceful country setting in our beautiful TN mountain area just a few miles from Lake Tellico and near The Dragon. The Lodge accommodates up to six guests. The lower level rental has a private entrance with a large outdoor patio area and firepit area with comfortable seating for guests. There is a large private back yard overlooking wooded acreage where you will probably see a few deer during your stay. Enjoy high speed internet and high end cable with dish network. There are 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a large side by side fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and small convection oven. We provide plates, cups, and silverware as well as breakfast/snack items and pots and pans for cooking. The Lodge has a very large cement driveway with an additional gravel parking area great for parking boats and motorcycle trailers. No additional cleaning fees are charged for your stay at The Conner Lodge. The Lodge is about 30 minutes from Townsend and within an hour of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Fort Loudon Damn is about 15 minutes away which has some of the best fishing around this area.

The house itself is surrounded by lovely forest and eventhough a new house is getting builds behind the one, it’s on a lower grade and hardly noticeable. Great walking neighborhood. We were packing a lot of luggage since we are moving and waiting for our new home completion. You should know that the 3rd and master bedroom to this house is locked and not part of the rental. The two remaining bedrooms are small; we used the room with twin beds for our luggage. The queen bed is tired and could use a new mattress. Bathroom is very clean and has very nice towels."

Could use a few items - pot holders, toaster, coffee filters, whisk, ceramic dishes for microwaving, cutting board. Otherwise fine - fridge and stove are large. Plenty of pots and pans. Shower worked for us but it is tight, so not great for a large or tall person. Could have used more towels and tp, but we didn’t ask because we had our own. Neighborhood was nice and convenient. Overall good inexpensive spot to stay. Would have preferred fewer decorative items as they took up valuable space, and could have used a few hooks and shelves here and there, especially in kitchen and bath."

Only 40 miles from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, an hour to Gatlinburg and minutes from the oldest winery in Tennessee and the Lost Sea Adventure. Easy freeway access to downtown Knoxville with bars, restaurants and University of Tennessee (UT) events and so much more for the those who want to explore more of Tennessee.
Sleep comfortably in two bedrooms on the main level offering king beds in each with private access to the sun room and lighted, jetted hot tub. In addition, two queen fold-out beds in the lower, walk out level. For larger families, the leather couch in the main level family room is also a fold-out, queen sized bed. All linens and extra blankets and pillows are provided.
Enjoy the luxury of heated towel bars in all three bathrooms and large bath towels for the hot tub.
Watch cable, Netflix or Amazon Prime from any of the three TVs in the common areas. A fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans and small appliances including a Keurig machine, crock pot and toaster are all provided. Your home away from home awaits!

- "Our family was split between two homes in Tellico Village and really loved this house. It was very charming, well decorated, comfortable and clean. Kathy was the perfect hostess. The hot tub is built for two. We couldn't get the cable remote to work (there were other channel options available with the TV remote, but not what we were hoping to watch in the evening.) The owners did their best to help us and even sent someone out at one point. There was no note for the wifi password, but the owner had provided a cell phone number, so that was an easy fix. We didn't find a regular coffee pot, but we didn't look very hard. Bring Keurig pods. We loved the shower jets in the main bathroom. The bed was firmer than we are used to, but there were plenty of pillows if you need them. If you stay there, you may be like me and say the words "front... door" each time it opens. You'll understand why when you get there."

Did I mention the grill has an airfryer?

- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

Complete with free covered parking, private entrance, private patio with outdoor seating, ductless mini heating and air, 65"TV, wifi, washer and dryer, stove, fully furnished kitchen, walk in shower, refrigerator, coffee pot. Essentially everything you'll need! We have many streaming services provided and you can download your favorite to the smart tv. This space is close to dining and shopping, but removed from the daily noise of a big city. You may even be visited by deer coming up out of the woods behind our house in the morning.
