Upstairs, Bedroom 2 is another spacious king bed with Bathroom 2 nearby. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and a bunk bed; both beds are twins. - "This was a nice place for trip to Chattanooga area as well as Huntsville for Nasa museum. The kids liked the indoor pool and slide although water was a little cold. I enjoyed hot tub with great view.The porch was nice. The house accommodated 9 well with 6 adults and 3 kids. We were less than 20 to 30 minutes to restaurants and attractions. Remember you are on central time there and drive from main road not for the faint of heart. Also the kids liked the farm animals close to the house. Overall although away from conveniences it was a great place to enjoy quiet and recommend the place fully."

Be careful on the water slide…it was a little unstable and has a large crack in the side that could potentially cause injury. The Space:
This cozy tiny home is under 290 square feet inside and styled with a modern take on our favorite magical groundskeeper's hut.

As a tiny home, the interior space is small, but well utilized. The bedroom and bathroom are in the back of the home. There is one queen sized bed perfect for up to two guests. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and has a small walk-in shower and toilet area. The kitchen and living area are located in the front of the home. The kitchen amenities include a small stove top, small fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. In the living area, enjoy the electric fireplace or smart TV where you are free to log into any streaming services you have. For your safety, please do not disturb any mandrakes or bowtruckles who share the living space.

The outdoor amenities abound with a large 175 square foot porch. The porch has an outdoor kitchen area with a grill with a pizza oven, two eye stove top and wet bar to concoct any magical potions. Additionally, the porch boasts an outdoor shower. Step off the porch to enjoy the fire pit area. At night, you may be able to hear some of the frogs that have retired from a famous wizarding school's Frog Choir.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire tiny home and outdoor spaces to yourself to enjoy. The entire property is approximately 3 acres within a fenced border and you are welcome to utilize any of this space during your stay. Feel free to take a morning walk through the field or enjoy the two small ponds and all the creatures that live there. There is no swimming so as to not disturb the grindylows in the top pond and the giant squid in the lower pond.

We live in the house to the left of the driveway as you enter the property and will be available if you need anything during your stay.

Our Favorite Things:
Much of the wood used to mill this treehouse was harvested from this property! The main living area greets you with ample natural light coming through the windows so you will feel as if you are living in nature during your entire stay! Through this living area you can access the outdoor deck where you’ll find additional outdoor seating with views of the acreage and seasonal the brook below along with the full bathroom. During your stay, the home is equipped with a gas fireplace, a Smart TV, free WIFI, and a kitchenette stocked with a microwave, toaster oven, dishware, kurieg coffee maker, etc.

Things to Know About The Property:
1. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
2. The creek below the treehouse is subject to seasonal flow and runs dry during the summer months
3. 2 dogs, weighing 50 pounds or less, are welcome onto this property and in the home. Not other animals are allowed.
4. There is free parking for 2 vehicles This treehouse is NOT suitable for children
5. The detached bathroom is located on the deck- you will need to step out onto the deck in order to access the bathroom.

Please be advised: This treehouse is in a rural area surrounded by woods and forrest. Wasps do make their way inside occasionally when doors are opened and there is wasp spray in the treehouse for your use if needed. If you are highly allergic to wasps, please consider this before booking!! This treehouse is on regular monthly pest control treatments that includes spraying for these pests.

HOT TUBS: Please advise!! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it’s some thing that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us. You will need to bring your own hot tub towels if you plan on using the hot tub!

Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel. - The nearest neighbors are through the woods about 60 yards away.

Inside the pet friendly cabin you’ll find an open concept layout including living, kitchen, dining and game areas. The warmly furnished living area includes a couch, TV and ample seating. The kitchen / dining area has everything you need to prepare a full meal or simply enjoy a fresh cup of coffee. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave and is also stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking pots and pans, utensils and basic cooking supplies. The game area has a large table with many games, puzzles and cards provided - great place to gather with family and friends. Also located off the open area is a full bathroom, with shower, stocked with ample supplies of towels and body care amenities. Access to free washer and dryer on the back of property in the wash facility; you can walk through the woods or drive on the road to get there.

An open staircase takes you up to a private primary bedroom on the right which includes a queen bed. The left side of the stairs includes an open loft, overlooking the downstairs game area, and an extra seating area. Great place to grab a book and relax or use as a work area if you need to catch-up for a few minutes before you go back out exploring. Downstairs, off the game area, is the secondary bedroom which also includes a queen bed. This bedroom has a door to the outside and steps away you will find an open deck to sit and relax with your favorite beverage, and/or person, and take in the serenity of the area.

we are grant summit cabins and have 9 cabins on the property in a gated community. we built the cabins ourselves and manage them also. beautiful landscape and concrete drive into the area. we started building in 2011 and have built according to demand. i have always turned down several families so i kept building . the area is not crowded and the views are great. we live 5 miles from property so we are not far away if you have a problem of any sort.

NO SUNDAY CHECK INS welcome to grant summit, this is a gated community with 9 cabins on the property, we built the cabins and clean them, we are located 25 miles from downtown chattanooga. we furnish firewood for fire pits and fireplace. all cabins have their own hot tub.. we started this project in 2011 and have alot of support from people all over the world. we try to make everyone feel at home.

Inside, you'll find a cozy yet spacious interior featuring a real wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, and cable TV. The sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom on the main floor, and two upstairs bedrooms—each with a queen bed and a full futon—providing comfort and flexibility for larger groups.

Outside, soak in the private hot tub while overlooking the bluff, fire up the charcoal grill, gather around the firepit, or relax in the peaceful outdoor seating area and take in the views.

Paradise Pointe which is gated & on a mountain in AL at tristate corner of AL/TN/GA. Walk HIKING TRAIL to tristate corner. Sleeps 4. Walk into fully equipped kitchen, living room, WIFI, AC/HEAT, queen bed & bath. PULL DOWN LADDER to upper level-queen bed & bath (garden tub). Hot tub, charcoal grill, fire pit etc. Paradise Pointe has 1 HuGe INDOOR POOL HOUSE with bathrooms, showers & outdoor deck, all of this is 180 feet long, 19 rentals has access to the pool. Enjoy VIEW FROM BLUFF & POOL DECKS!

TeePee is open concept, walk into kitchen, living room, true queen bed, loveseat & bathroom.
PULL DOWN LADDER to the upper level-queen bed, bathroom/garden tub & table/chairs.

TeePee is for 4 guests including children. Upon approval we allow a Maximum of 1 extra guest for $40 per stay. If you bring more than 4 you will be charged or ask to leave.

The Space:
we are grant summit cabins and have 9 cabins on the property in a gated community. we built the cabins ourselves and manage them also. beautiful landscape and concrete drive into the area. we started building in 2011 and have built according to demand. i have always turned down several families so i kept building . the area is not crowded and the views are great. we live 5 miles from property so we are not far away if you have a problem of any sort.

i own all 9 cabins on property, great for family reunions or weddings, have alot of parking

we are only 5 miles away so we will be able to respond pretty quick if you have a problem
