Several marinas rent pontoon boats with the closest being Caney Creek Marina only 10 minutes away with some of the best boat rentals on the lake. There are two public boat ramps within one mile. Lovely city park with walking trails adjacent to the property. One block from downtown Kingston, restaurants and shopping. Turkey Creek shopping and restaurants are 30 minutes away in West Knoxville.

It was my husband daughter and I as well as my best friend, her husband and their daughter, we all wanted a break from the reality of the hustle and bustle of Florida in a quiet, relaxing, peaceful mountain cabin Best choice. This cabin is one to two hours away from the touristy attractions that all of Tennessee has to offer, but it was tucked away in the mountains with nothing but peacefulness and quietness. We spent our evenings cooking in the kitchen and eating next to the camp fire, the girls loved the hot tub and camp fire at the same time. The driveway is a little steep but it brings you up to your own little piece of mountain paradise. I would most definitely recommend this vacation rental to anyone. It’s got hi speed internet too in case you can’t unplug

Im assuming the tub is emptied and refilled between each guest but due to hard water there was iron/rust floating a bit. There are window air-conditioners which kept up just fine during our stay. We only turned on the bedroom one at night when we slept. Now let's talk about the master bedroom! For me the king size bed slept FANTASTIC!! It was a little on softer side for my husband but he still slept well. The smoke detector is pretty sensitive. On first day it went off when I was making an english muffin. Just a muffin! We soon figured out that if we took a small fan we found under an end table, put it on the top of dining room hutch and aimed it toward it, no issues. Oh and we kept front door open when I cooked. Thrre is a screen on it. My husband and I, during our week long stay, bought 21 acres of property just 5 miles from this cabin! We definitely would recommend this cabin and will be back over the next few years to stay if able so we can check in on property developments as they occur!! Guests may let themselves in using the keypad entry. There is a fenced backyard for guests and their furry friends to enjoy. Guests have use of the entire home, with the exception of one locked supply cabinet in the kitchen.

The Space:

Two Bedrooms:
There is a comfy hybrid king bed in one room and two comfy hybrid twin beds plus twin rollout trundle in the second bedroom. Each room has closet space and the king has a desk/workspace area. There are smart TVs in each, as well. The twin room has an AC unit and both rooms have ceiling fans. Both bedrooms offer comfy linens and extra pillows/blankets.

One Bathroom:
The full bath has a tub/shower combo with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. We offer plush towels and bath wash, shampoo and conditioner for your convenience. We do provide some toilet paper and if you’re staying longer, you may need additional supply.

Kitchen:
We’ve been told this is one of the most well-stocked kitchens, and is especially great for our guests who plan to stay a while. Coffee lovers will enjoy our Ninja coffee maker that offers single serve (K-cup), or carafe brewed, with several options including iced coffee! There is also a French press and tea kettle. You’ll find all that you need to make a home cooked meal. There is a small dining nook, with seating for four. We do provide some paper towels, and if you’re staying longer, you may need additional supply. There are some dishwasher pods to get you started, as well.

Laundry:
You’ll have full complimentary access to our newer washer/dryer with a few laundry pods to get you started.

Living Room:
This space is set up to be a comfy, functional area for guests to relax. There is a large sectional, plus a side chair with ottoman. We’ve also provided additional seating with a workspace table behind the couch. This room offers a 50” Samsung smart TV with gaming hub capability. Just pack along your Xbox controllers and you can sign into your account and game to your heart’s content!

Entire place is for guest use, with exception of one bathroom storage closet and kitchen laundry cabinet for host supplies. We ask that guests respect the locked spaces, please.

Our workshop/home is approx 100 feet away, if you should need anything.

You have access to our private forest with its trails. Please remember that it is a forest and there is wildlife living here.

It is a mountain farming community, very quiet, very rustic. There are some beautiful roads and views to walk within one mile of our sanctuary. The forest is wonderful in every season and there is always something to see.

I suggest walking around locally, but restaurants, gas and anything else, you have to go down the mountain to get to.

The wood stove is installed normally from October to May and firewood is provided for the stove. Pets are welcome, but please remember that we have squirrels/wildlife. you do not have to keep your dog on a leash, if you are comfortable with letting them roam. You know what behavior your dog is capable of, so we let you decide leash or no leash

Huge flat waterfront yard perfect for corn hole, volleyball, fishing, etc. Perfect area for fisherman needing a place to park their boat for the evening after a long day of fishing. Master and guest bedroom 1 both have picture windows with a beautiful lake view and blackout curtains to help you get some extra sleep. Our third bedroom can sleep up to four people with 2 twin beds and 2 additional mattresses perfect for kids. Two boat ramps within a mile of the house and also a marina w/lakefront restaurant. This quiet little piece of paradise is not far from several destinations. If you like off-roading, mountain biking and hiking, Windrock Park is less than an hour away. If you’re into history you can go on a tour of Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary. Located approximately one hour from Chattanooga, and Knoxville and two hours from Nashville.

You have full private access to the suite, outdoor living space, backyard and free parking for 1 car in the driveway. Please park to the far right side of the garage. The stairs to the suite are on the left to take you on the lower floor. If you arrive after dark, there are automatic sensor lights will come on. There are also hanging lights you can leave on.

Please do not disturb the tenant upstairs about anything regarding your stay. He is living his best Tellico Village life! There is no access to do laundry. If needed, there is a launder-mat in Vonor or Lenoir’s City.

Relax by the outdoor fire pit surrounded by mountain laurel and a wet weather creek or cozy up indoors around the wood burning stove and piano. Stone Branch Cabin offers a place to unwind, unplug, & enjoy the outdoors.

The cabin is a completely off the grid with no electricity or running water and located in a wooded, rural area close to several segments of the Cumberland Trail. There are ample opportunities for day trips to hiking trails, swimming holes, waterfalls, climbing spots, and more.

The space
This off-grid cabin is nestled on 5.7 acres of wooded land complete with 2 wet weather streams. Just off the covered back porch you'll find an outdoor fire pit, chairs, an outdoor kitchen with a rain collection barrel for washing dishes, and a picnic table illuminated by solar string lights.

A separate bedroom has a full sized bed. A set of bunk beds is just outside the bedroom in the main room of the cabin. All beds have mattresses and pillows with antimicrobial, waterproof covers. You will need to bring your own linens.

A freestanding outhouse is just a few steps from the front door. You will need to bring your own toilet paper.

All pets are welcome! We even have special cat steps on the outside of the cabin that lead up to a private kitty-sized cabin!

You are welcome to any firewood that is stacked by the outdoor fire pit.

DO NOT BURN ANY WOOD STACKED INSIDE OR UNDER THE FRONT PORCH unless you replace before checking out. This ensures that anyone arriving in the rain has dry wood for an indoor fire.

Please do not burn any large, unspilt logs in the outdoor fire pit or indoor stove. If you plan to have a fire either outdoors or in the wood burning stove we recommend you bring a maul and axe or hatchet and/or buy wood at a nearby market. There should not be any partially burned logs in either fireplace upon departure.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THERE WILL BE FIREWOOD AVAILABLE.

While the property is remote we do have neighbors. Please be respectful and keep noise levels down late at night. Also keep in mind that we are in rural Tennessee and hearing gunfire is not unusual:)

We have one disc golf goal and a croquet set if yard games are your thing. Or simply relax and play fetch with your dog and watch your cat play on the set of cat steps leading up their very own cat-sized cabin. Other amenities include basic cookery and dinnerware, a Coleman stove (please bring your own propane), an outhouse, board games, art supplies, local hiking guides, trash service, and more.

Upon arrival you will need to park at the gate and walk about 100 yards to the cabin to get the gate key.

The space
This 650 SqFt basement studio apartment has an open floor plan. The window in the entry door is tinted to aid in privacy and the unit has a curtain for privacy in the bedroom and a pocket door to the bathroom to maximize floor space. A large window lets in plenty of natural light and the bedroom area has a queen bed. Enjoy the 65" HDTV and apps that let you use your favorite streaming service. We have Netflix, Max, and Disney + for you to use!
WiFi is available in the unit and is easy to access. In the kitchen area you'll find everything you should need in the cabinets and enough counter space to fix a snack, meal or unpack a quick carry out meal. The stack washer and dryer is just inside the door (the light for the laundry closet is inside the closet to the left). A stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and more are in the space and ready to be used!
You'll have a 18 minute drive to Farragut in West Knoxville or a 12 minute drive to Lenoir City.
As you approach our home, you'll go to the 2nd driveway (gravel) and open the gate (it's fine to leave your car parked on the road when you do this) then pull under the large carport for your free parking. Please close and latch the gate after you park and each time you leave and return. Follow the gravel path from the parking area to the back of the house where you'll see your concrete patio and the private entrance to the BnB.

You'll have access to all of the grounds (2.2 acres) except the wooden deck, front yard and garage. If you chose to go into the woods to explore, do so at your own risk of bugs, and other woodsy things! Just stay inside the chain link fence so you stay on our property.

Our home is located in Tellico Village, a retirement golfing and lake activities Community. There are 3 golf courses, a yacht club plus 2 more large Clubhouses with great restaurants. We have a bedroom and bath on one side of our house designated for rental through Air B and B. It can be closed off for privacy by a pocket door. Our bedroom is on the opposite side of the house. Guests can access through the front or back door.

A quaint property on an idyllic, serene country farm with 41 acres of open land, walking paths, farm animals, and lake that flows from the Tennessee river. Just 20 minutes from Knoxville, 2 hour to Smoky Mountains or Dollywood, and 2 hours to Chattanooga or Nashville.

Enjoy a spacious and comfortable stay with farm amenities such as fishing on our various docks around the lake, shooting on our basketball court, watching the sunset with a fire pit, or grilling dinner outside.

The space
Newly remodeled with high speed internet and Roku TV, with a fully stocked kitchen with a Brita water filter, coffee pot with ground coffee, tea bags, and also simple pots, pans, and dishes for your stay, with convenient washer and dryer.

Since it's inside of the farm, there might be animal poop in public areas! This unit is a duplex with another unit so you may be sharing 1 wall with another unit. We rarely have any issues with noise or anything from our guests but please be courteous if there is another guest in the other unit.

We invite you to walk around and explore the farm and see if you can find some of our sheep, alpacas, and various types of birds from free-range chickens to pheasants.

Take an evening stroll along our lit path around the lake and spot fireflies in the summer nights, or sit and relax next to the firepit with provided firewood in the winter. Fish in our lake or play basketball on our two-hoop concrete court.

Unfortunately, we do not allow you to bring any animals (including service animals) due to cleaning issues. We ask for your understanding.

There are some steps leading up to the guesthouse but no stairs inside.
There will be a waiver to sign to cover for any accidental animal injuries.

The washer and dryer is in a separate building. It's not an in-unit washer and dryer. In terms of payment, we just have an honor system, please pay coins if you use the washer and dryer as you see fit. You may have to bring your own detergent, dryer sheets.

This is a personal/private farm, not a commercial one with petting animals, etc, just to set expectations about "animal experiences". Keeping up with the farm with a full time job is not easy so we ask for your understanding as we work to continue to improve areas on our farm.

NOTICE FOR BOAT OWNERS: You are welcome to park your boat, but we do not have any amenities for boats - like charging stations or hosing/water to wash off your boat or a dock, as we are not a boating/yacht facility. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a boat ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. There is no extra charge for parking the boat at this time.
