He was amazing at communicating with us and available to answer any questions as they came up. After staying here, my husband said that he only wants to vacation like this for as long as we can until our children are too big to share a bed. I cannot recommend this place enough. My kids gave it “12/10 stars” and I have to say that I agree. "

The Loft is a stylish and cozy barndominium-style guesthouse built in 2024. It is located behind our home and has a private entrance. The farmhouse decor and open concept will make you feel right at home. The thing I love most about our home is our amazing sunrises. It’ll feel like you’re 1,000,000 miles from civilization when you’re just tucked away on a semi-private lake. Enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, floating, sun bathing, or just simply relaxing. We are only 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, golf courses, parks and hiking, and several major wedding venues. We are 20 minutes from downtown chattanooga and major city attractions including Rock City, Ruby Falls, Chattanooga Aquarium, Chattanooga Zoo, Cherokee National Forest, the Ocoee River, and much more. Our lake season is limited to six months. April through October. You will always have amazing water views and sunrises, but water activities may be limited during the off-season.

We are pet friendly for smaller, house broken, cage trained pets, but please ask about our pet fee.

But you'll have all the privacy you want and need for a great vacation with your own private driveway, private entrance, and private hot tub, and fire pit. The pool is heated during spring and fall, and the kayak and paddle board are free to use. There is a wave runner for rent at an additional fee if you choose. The bed swing makes for great afternoon naps, and the lounge chairs are the perfect setting for a sun tan.

We are approximately 11 miles from Chattanooga, TN, but also are located even closer to many dining establishments, movie theatre, bowling alley, supermarkets and golf courses. While it is nice being close to everything, it is always pleasant when you come in after a busy day to a peaceful sanctuary and this is what you'll find taking a short piece down a private drive to a gated entrance that opens up to two homes on almost 4 acres that are nestled between the trees.
The Ole Pole Barn been remodeled into a cozy cabin for two in a private park-like setting. Enjoy the large deck and if it starts to rain, grab the umbrella and go the patio to listen to the sound of rain on the tin roof. Your cabin also has a park grill in front of the deck. The cabin is equipped with 2 Roku Smart TV's, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more.

In the common area, there are picnic tables, a park grill, swing and a firepit with wood supplied. There are corn hole boards and bags available upon request.

We do live on the property and there is a 10' x 20' movie screen with drive-in movie speakers. On occasion we do show movies and guests are free to join at no charge. If you have your own projector that has sound, you are more than welcome to use the movie screen. We have a table or tripod available for use upon request.

We have just renovated a building on the property that was made of windows and doors with glass. It has been repurposed into a studio with the intention of having painting classes for guests in the future. In the meantime, our guests can visit "Windows into Creation," and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the sitting area with the outdoor views all around, but still in that perfect temperature.

We are pet friendly, limit 2; dogs only, with pet fee of $35.00 for the first pet and $15.00 for the second. Please let us know if you are bringing your fur babies.

We want our guests to be happy and that our photos and description be representative of where you will stay and what to expect, if any of the things listed below are something that would cause you not to enjoy your visit, then we had rather for you to continue looking to find that perfect getaway and thank you for looking at our place:
The private drive that brings you to our property is about a tenth of a mile; with private being said, this is not a road kept up by the county so is a little rough, but not a problem for most cars unless they are extremely low to the ground. On the good side of this, this keeps most people off our little road and adds to the privacy you'll find when you get back here.
Note that the barn has a tin roof without an attic, so when it rains hard, it does get pretty loud.

Being beside Choo Choo (Chattanooga) city, there is a train crossing about a mile from the property, so if you're outside you will hear the trains blowing. You will hear the train from inside the Ole Pole Barn, but for most, it is not so loud that it is bothersome. We provide fans for those who like the white noise.

Basic paper products are provided to get you started on your trip; however, guests are responsible for any toiletry, paper product needs (aside from coffee filters) during your stay. We provide liquid soap at all sinks during your entire stay. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, toothpaste, toothbrush and lotion are available upon request: if you would like these to be available when you arrive, please let us know.

The hosts provided 3 separate areas for pet waste/poo bags and these were solar lit, so no fumbling around at night if you left a poo bag in the house. Two brothers cabin as a log cabin built in 1982. It has a covered carport that will accommodate two boats. Electrical hook ups. It is a great way to unplug from a busy lifestyle. It is located just yards from Chickamagua lake on the Tennessee River

NB: The house is not child proof or handicap accessible.
There is one queen bed on the main level. Upstairs in an open bonus room there are 2 twin beds and one full.
*** The cabin is located 1/2 mile from Hwy 60 on a gravel road. If it hasn't rained in a while, the road will be dusty. Speed limit is 10-20 mph.

It is connected to our 50x50 indoor parking area. This makes it very nice for those rainy days. It’s located just yards from the public boat ramp. One parking bay comes with the apartment unless prior arrangements are made.

NB: The house is not child proof or handicap accessible.

The space
Welcome to cabin living! As you enter the main door you will find a spacious living area with stairs to the main level. On the entry level you will find a full bathroom, laundry room, and an additional room with a futon and foosball table. The stairs will take you to the main level, which has a living room with a stone hearth as the centerpiece and a cathedral ceiling. As you move around the main level you will find a master bedroom with a full bath, a kitchen, and access to the covered front porch. Near the kitchen there is another flight of stairs that leads to the loft that overlooks the main living area. In the loft area you will find four twin beds plus one trundle. If you like you can access a small outdoor deck from the loft level. As you return to the main floor there is a backdoor that opens to a large outdoor patio, deck, and wooded area. The outdoor living space of the cabin is a place of retreat and amazing beauty with views of mountains.

As you drive on the property the driveway leads to the boat ramp, your private dock will be to the RIGHT of the ramp.

- "When we was heading there, I got a message from the owners, letting us know we could check in 2 hrs early which was great, it was me, my wife, my daughter, her husband and there 3 kids, we arrive at the property and everything was ready, the house was nice and cool down, after we settled in we went out onto the porch it's very big and spacious, it had a beautiful view of the water and the sunrise and sunset just gorgeous, we went down to the dock which was really nice and they had 2 kayaks which was awesome, we fished, swim and kayak everyday, they have a game room with a pool table, dart board and checkers which we used everyday. There was a washer and dryer which was very convenient. The best part was the owners, they lived next Door and they were really nice and very responsive to any question we had, they even offered us there pool to use, just really great people, my family had a really great time, we were sad to leave but very happy we found such a great place😍."

- "I loved the property and the location!" - "First, let me say that the owner Alex was great. He took the time to show us around the property in detail. Additional, he was easy to contact and responded in a timely manner. Now for the property: In general, the place was just amazing. It was sparkling clean and felt very safe. The entry to the neighborhood was gated and the grounds were up kept very well. Upon entry to the home you are invited with an open floor plan of the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The decor was about right with just enough to make it feel like home, but not so much that we felt like we had to watch the kids all the time to prevent something from getting broken. The living room was cozy and the options for TV channels was great. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the furnishings to cook meals. The only "complaint" about the kitchen was the lack of plastic spatulas. The metals ones are nice, but as evidenced by the skillets, may not be the right choice. The dining area is spacious and comfortable. Before I go into more datail of the rest of the house, I must express my gratefulness that someone else shares my dislike for wearing shoes in the house. The property owner asked that, especially in the carpeted areas, no shows be worn. This adds to the clean feeling of the home. The second bedroom is very simple with cozy beds for the kids. The room is attached to a fairly large bathroom that exits to either the bedroom or the hallway. The hallway has a small utility room in it with a washer and dryer which came in handy. The master bedroom was great with a very comfortable bed and minimal furniture. The master bath was very large and the big bathtub was welcoming. The only concern with the master bath was the volume of the exhaust fan. It comes on with the light and if it is on you connot hear someone in the other room very well. This was just more of an annoyance than a complaint. The only other thing I might change about the home is the lighting. It can be quite dim with 3000K type light color. I feel it would benefit from some brighter LED lights, but that is simply an opinion. We will definitely be visiting here again. We love Chattanooga and this is a wonderful place to stay while there."

Welcome to Adventure On Foxfire Water. Setting on the water where fishing is available, Adventure On Foxfire Water is very close to Lee University (4 miles or 9 minutes), Perry Stone’s OCI (1.7 miles or 4 minutes) and Ocoee White Water Rafting (8 miles or 12 minutes to the closest rafting Outfitters).

The space
The deck is grand and spacious, looking out over a huge backyard large enough to play a game of tag football in, and the property then extends into a large pond filled with fish. Inside, the living room has a huge ceiling and is directly attached to the kitchen where guests can cook, eat and socialize, all while watching tv or playing one of many board games put away in an office cabinet.
Business travelers will find a fully stocked office with touch-screen All-In-One Windows PC, Wifi printer and plenty of supplies to do their work.
The bedrooms have wonderfully comfortable beds, with two kings and two queens. There is also a queen bunkbed made of solid steel frame making the total of queens four. Finally, there are two sleeper sofas and a futon (please see the bedroom descriptions for bed and room details). There are two full baths, with the master bath having a Jacuzzi tub and shower and two sinks. The master bedroom also has a vaulted ceiling, with windows over looking the deck, yard and pond described.
The house is at the end of a street with zero traffic.

Guest access
The entire house will be rented for each individual booking. This includes: five private bedrooms, two and a half baths, kitchen, living room, dining room, office and garage. Host occupies basement of the home which has its own, separate entrance. The basement is not available and will be locked.

Other things to note
There is a TN lake on the property that greatly adds to the scenery and natural feel. I encourage guests to fish and enjoy the water. However, my property shares the pond with neighbors. It is important to not leave my yard. Please do not cross the ditch to the other yards to fish. Do all fishing and other entertaining from my yard.

Important note!!! Overflow parking is in the woods to the left of the house when facing it. There is a wide gravel driveway there that can easily fit a dozen cars. Please fill this area after filling the garage and concrete driveway. Parking in front of the house in the street should be the last option.

Please do not have food or beverages in the bedrooms. Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Please let me know if you intend to bring pets. There is an additional $75 per pet pet fee. I also have a kennel you can use for your fur baby 🐶

There is a charge of $100 per hour for late checkout starting after checkout time of 12PM EST. This fee begins at 12:01PM EST.

Additionally, there is a charge of $100 per hour for early checkin earlier than 4PM EST starting at 3:59PM EST. There is no fee for 1 hour early checkin and/or an early checkin of 4PM EST. However, cleaning is not guaranteed complete until 5PM EST and you may run into active cleaning before then.

Beautiful new home in quiet neighborhood out of town. Huge 200 sq ft bedroom with large walk in closet. Get a good day or nights sleep with black out curtains. Full kitchen access with oven, range, microwave, and convection oven, as well as full laundry access with all detergents/bleach included. Sit on the back deck under the gazebo, and enjoy the firepit. The wife and I are both RN's of at least 30 years, and know full well what we face. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

Please note that our location is not within the city’s Short Term Vacation Rental Overlay, which means we are only able to accept bookings for stays of 30 days or longer. Minutes from Lee University & downtown Cleveland, 25 mins. from the Ocoee and Chattanooga. This suite is unattached from another air bnb on site. The only shared space is parking. It is old but remodeled. Not perfect, but clean and quaint. We provide a stocked kitchenette, a bathroom with towels, full size closet & dresser, covered parking, a tempurpedic queen bed, a couch, TV/DVD (no cable, firestick only) and wifi. We'd love to have you!

Our space offers a private, quiet stay while also being right in the middle of town. It's small, no frills, but has anything you might need.

Please watch your step under the carport and note the step down before you enter suite. Pay special attention when floor is wet, it can be very slippery. Thank you.

"This LOVELY newly renovated space is perfectly located for convenience, literally 5 minutes to everything from fast food, to nice restaurants, shopping, movies, etc., etc. Just a short 10-15 drive across town to Chattanooga or GA, for work or more adventures.

Located just 3 miles from Lee University, less than a mile from I-75, 13 miles from whitewater rafting, and within minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, this duplex could not be in a better location.

The space
Recently renovated, this 2 bed/1 bath home will suit your needs. The living room is a comfortable place to relax and watch tv equipped with Roku or play a board game. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay, and has cookbooks you can use for inspiration. The first bedroom has a queen bed and blackout curtains, as well as a desk for a quiet place to work. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have adequate closet space. There is ample parking outside and a backyard patio to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
