First floor and full bathroom are all on the same elevation for easy accessibility for elderly guests. Outdoor patios front and back ( 1st Floor ) have one step down.

2nd floor has two Bedrooms with two Queen Beds in each of them; all bedrooms have attached full bathroom, walk in closets, smart TVs , dressers, wet bar , living room .Washer & Dryer are on the 2nd floor next to the wet bar . There are two air mattresses available on the 1st floor closet. A three panel room divider is in the 2nd floor mechanical room.

Third floor penthouse has a master bedroom with one King Bed, one Queen Bed, full bathroom with rain shower , walk in closet, Lounge , game room, half bath, two rooftop decks overlooking Nashville Mountains on the southwest and Nashville Downtown on the Northeast Deck ( 17 x 22 ) which has plenty of sitting arrangement for 12-14 with outdoor bar and an indoor wet bar.

- "We loved our stay here! The house is perfect for a large gathering, and the pool house is the icing on the cake. We had our older kids stay in the pool house while the adults slept in the main house. The dining room table seats 10 and the kitchen table seats 4 so we had plenty of space. The fridge, freezer, and pantry are huge and there are plenty of dishes for everyone. My only complaint (if it can be called that) is the lack of serving dishes and pitchers, but we easily made do. Everyone loved the pool, and the distance from Nashville wasn’t bad. Overall, I highly recommend staying here—it’s a fantastic and beautiful home."

The neighborhood is awesome for those wanting to be close to local popular restaurants and cafes.. There are many people walking around in, safe, family-friendly neighborhood. There is a large park close by called Shelby Bottoms. Bring your workout gear if you want to jog around the neighborhood with other neighbors ;)
