🚗 Parking, Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway are narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully and be mindful of the rock formations. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.

🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This modern home accommodates a maximum of 14 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 6.

🤫Quiet Hours: 9pm - 8am

🚗🔑 Garage Access: May be available upon request.

🅿️ Parking: Limited to 5 regular-sized cars or 3 car and an oversized vehicle.

👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.
❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. 2 BR 1 BA with additional game/office area at the back. You can play electronic guitar, game, and working remotely. Entire house at the 1st and 2nd floor. We respect your privacy, make yourself at home. This house is located at a nice quiet street in a family neighborhood. You will see old houses that were built in the thirties. While at the same time many brand new homes just a few years old. It is in a walking distance to get to the Coolidge Park, and the longest walking bridge nation wide. North Shore is developing into a popular tourist destination. Downtown has plenty of fine restaurants. A nice art district. A nice museum in beautiful Coolidge Park. Those who like hiking trails, mountains, waterfalls, chattanooga has it all. Downtown is with in walking distance. Or just a short drive to all things mentioned. There is something for everyone’s enjoyment to be found. Many people enjoy walking around. Neighborhood is parking wherever you can park. Lots of parking downtown while mostly pay to park. Also lots of bicycle rentals downtown.
