- "as always, this hotel is exceptional, ....great price...great people" - "In the middle of what? Of what you've likely come to see in Chattanooga. It may not seem in the middle of much, yet it's just off the expressway and still you would never know it from the lack of noise. Because of its location you're just a few easy minutes from downtown with it's bustling attractions like the beautiful Aquarium and Walnut Bridge, abundant eateries and night life but also the same distance from the popular lookout mountain and ruby falls, without having to use the interstate for either. We stayed 5 days at the hotel and felt that it and the room was nicely equipped and very clean. The free breakfast was always well supplied and varied with a large variety of hot and cold food and drinks, including eggs, sausage/bacon, biscuits, fruits, yogurts, danishes, muffins and more. Even those coming just before the end of breakfast were happily greeted by the breakfast staff and encouraged to try different items without any pressure to rush. In fact all of the hotel staff were friendly and polite, including at the hassle free check in. Danielle was especially kind- One late cool night we walked in the hotel and asked Danielle whom we hadn't met before where we could find my wife some hot chocolate. She could've sent us downtown, but with a sweet smile she said "It IS hot chocolate weather, isn't it?" and gave us a handful of packets to enjoy. A simple but meaningful kindness. We loved our trip to Chattanooga and this was in part because of our stay here. "
