Located 15 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from Downtown Orlando, and 45 minutes from Hard Rock Casino; on resort property, this resort room has two single beds sharing one and half baths with my son. With payment you also have access to resort pool, bar, restaurant, fitness gym, spa, and jacuzzi. Feel free to use kitchen. I cover your resort fees, others at resort won't.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $35 USD only for your entire stay. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 90ºF. Be aware that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)

Our lovely home has close proximity to all the parks and attractions Orlando offers. The gated community is safe, private, quiet, well maintained and elegant. The villa has 5 beautiful bedrooms with 4.5 baths, a large pool and deck with a jacuzzi for relaxing. Easy access to Interstate 4 which can take East you to Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach or Kennedy Space Center in just over an hour or head West to Tampa, Clearwater Beach or Busch Gardens in about an hour and a half. No pets are allowed.

As guests you have full access and use of the Villa like pool, Spa/Jauccujii, BBQ grill, game room etc..other than a private closet in the downstairs master bedroom that contains some of our personal items.
There's also a club house of our Community which is have a big swimming pool, gymnasium, ping pang table, tennis court and beach volleyball court etc....,that you can enjoy with free of charge. The club key is hung up on the wall at the right side of the main entrance. please keep it back at the same spot when you check out from the Villa.

Other things to note
Included is access to the Community Club House where you can indulge in a game of ping pong, play on one of two tennis courts, enjoy the Olympic size pool, or exercise with the equipment in the gym room. There is also a sand beach volleyball court available for play.
