I have to say that I was very impressed with this hotel and am glad we were able to book our stay there! From the popcorn machine in the lobby to the 530-7pm Kickback snacks/dinner and drinks (all free!), we felt like we were treating ourselves to a real weekend getaway, even with the tournament schedule! Pros: Very clean in room and throughout the whole property (including dining areas and pool); breakfast was fully stocked with choices in both hot (eggs, sausage, gravy, oatmeal, etc) and cold (cereals, milk/juices, yogurt) as well as fresh fruit and coffee. Cons: Really, there's only two I can think of and both can be worked out if there's time for planning ahead. 1) If it's a busy night/weekend, you will know right away by all the activity in and around the lobby. The pool was VERY popular the whole time we were there and it was BUSY. There was a staff member near the door keeping track of occupancy to manage that chaos to the best of her ability. She was friendly and did her job very well, even when she had to turn people away at times. Just be a good guest and follow the rules...and don't be rude and not give others a chance to enjoy the facilities. 2) Request a room on the lowest floor possible. This hotel has eight floors and the elevators are busy. We sometimes took the stairs when in a hurry (to/from sixth floor). The staff here were great and I'd stay again when in the area. "
