Welcome to Mum’s Cottage, at Sherkston Shores Resort! Vacation in the relaxed neighbourhood of Evergreen Village away from the busyness of the park but close enough to walk or golf cart ride to get to all the beaches, pools and amenities. Lovely 2 bedroom corner cottage with huge covered deck that allows you to still enjoy the outdoors and stay dry when it's raining. The golf cart (drivers min. 25 yrs) is included in the price.

At Mum’s Cottage, you will enjoy a huge outdoor space to relax in, and inside you will have an air-conditioned/heated, 2-bedroom corner cottage in Evergreen Village (#22), 1 Full bath, kitchen and living room, and huge relaxing deck with 2 outdoor yards. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you will need. The deck is 578 square feet and has a dining area, a huge changeable patio set, and a propane fire pit with 5 chairs for those cozy nights by the fire. Our Golf Cart is included in the price but you must be 25 years or older to operate it and you must present a valid driver’s license. The main bedroom has a queen bed with FireTV (Netflix and Prime Video Included) and has a large closet and 2 dressers... tons of storage. In the second bedroom, there are 2 ‘double’ bunk beds perfect for kids or adults plus a closet. The living room has 2 large sofas and one is a pullout queen bed. There is also a retractable wall divider for privacy. The TV in the living room has regular cable plus Fire TV (Netflix and Prime Video). We have private wifi that's great for someone to work from the cottage and also for the X-box for the kids. Outside we have a BBQ as well as a wood fire pit in the backyard for roasting marshmallows and having those great nighttime stories and songs around the fire.

This two-story house, measuring 3200 sqft, is located on Niagara Parkway with a stunning river view. It's ideal for large groups, offering 2 spacious living rooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and multiple bedrooms. Plenty of space!
We have nearly 1 acre of backyard, bordering a natural forest. It includes a large patio, outdoor furniture, BBQ, hot tub, metal fire pit, and a new swimming pool!
Parking is available for up to 6 cars. We have high-speed wifi and a 70-inch TV, equipped with Netflix and YouTube.

2 spacious living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, both with stunning river views. 5 bedrooms and 3.5 washroom, one is on the main floor with a queen bed,others on the second floor, multiple bedrooms equipped with various types of beds,it’s comfortable for a big group to stay.
We’re now opening 3 rooms for 8 people.

We have nearly an acre of backyard garden, bordering a natural forest. It includes a large patio, outdoor furniture, a BBQ, a hot tub, and a metal fire pit. The ample space allows for activities such as frisbee or football. We also recently added a new private swimming pool!!

The pool will be open from June 1st to September 30th. If you need the pool heated to 85 Fahrenheit, there will be an additional charge of $35 each day.

To the north of the house, you'll find Niagara Falls, and to the south, there's Crystal Beach. It’s a BEAUTIFUL drive, and we love it! The house itself provides direct access to Niagara's natural trails right from the front door. It's an area teeming with wildlife and fun, making it our favorite spot for after-dinner walks.

The town mandated a registry that includes the names and addresses of the renter and any guests staying overnight at the property.

➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
