My only complaint was the upkeep in the bathroom. The bathroom door lock was broken and there was a metal plate on the ground under the sink. - "All good as expected. To me the employees make the difference. They were all friendly and natural at being so." - "We were in the area for a tournament and had a Saturday night stay at Drury Inn. I have to say that I was very impressed with this hotel and am glad we were able to book our stay there! From the popcorn machine in the lobby to the 530-7pm Kickback snacks/dinner and drinks (all free!), we felt like we were treating ourselves to a real weekend getaway, even with the tournament schedule! Pros: Very clean in room and throughout the whole property (including dining areas and pool); breakfast was fully stocked with choices in both hot (eggs, sausage, gravy, oatmeal, etc) and cold (cereals, milk/juices, yogurt) as well as fresh fruit and coffee. Cons: Really, there's only two I can think of and both can be worked out if there's time for planning ahead. 1) If it's a busy night/weekend, you will know right away by all the activity in and around the lobby. The pool was VERY popular the whole time we were there and it was BUSY. There was a staff member near the door keeping track of occupancy to manage that chaos to the best of her ability. She was friendly and did her job very well, even when she had to turn people away at times. Just be a good guest and follow the rules...and don't be rude and not give others a chance to enjoy the facilities. 2) Request a room on the lowest floor possible. This hotel has eight floors and the elevators are busy. We sometimes took the stairs when in a hurry (to/from sixth floor). The staff here were great and I'd stay again when in the area. "

Lots of big catfish, bass & bluegill - see our F B page for videos of the fish being fed! If you're done fishing for the night or don't fish, bags of fish food are available for $1! It's fun to watch them! All food is stored in containers in shack. They like to eat in the morning or early evening. Also like hot dogs.

Simple small room in large home. This charming 19th century home with high ceilings and many windows offers a lovely space to stay. Located in Fall Creek Indianapolis, we are a 5 minute drive from downtown and a 15 minute drive from Broadripple. Fast food and restaurants walking distance away. The Indy redline stops a few minutes walk away, so everything is easily accessible. PLEASE NOTE - this room is on the 3rd floor.

This room is located on the 3rd floor, and has a twin sized bed, a desk, and a small TV, and a locking door with a key for you to us during your stay. The room is small and simple, but has the essentials. The common spaces such as the kitchen, living room, dining room, office, sitting room, and back deck are spacious and comfortable. There is space for both privacy, or socialization depending on your preference. It is one of several rooms here dedicated Airbnb. We’ve been updating the house the past few months with paint, refinished floors, newer appliances and general love this beautiful old home needed.

The cleaning fee/property maintenance fee is for 1-7 nights. An additional payment request for costs will be made for any time over 7 nights at the same rate for 1-7 nights in addition to the first week. This will come as a request for money thru the resolution center.

Pet fee $30 is for a 3 night reservation. Additional $15/nightly charge payment request will be made for all additional nights if a exception is made to allow. No pets for extended stays.

Small simple room, affordable, clean & comfortable. Full size bed. Hostel-style rooms and shared common space including a large kitchen, dinning room, living room and sitting room. Quiet space with a charming old home feel. Every room has locking doors. Located in Fall Creek Place, between Broad Ripple and Downtown. Walking distance to public transportation, as well as fast food & sit down restaurants! Lovely safe neighborhood. Shared back deck with patio furniture.

The space
This small room is in a large home, dedicated to a home feel Airbnb stay. Majority of the rooms here in the home are Airbnb rooms, with the exception of our room! All the rooms are private with personal locks, and the common spaces such as kitchen, living room, dining room, office, sitting room, and back deck are spacious and comfortable. There is space for both privacy, or socialization depending on your preference.

3 story home, 10 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The home has a large kitchen and spacious common areas for guests. Guests have a private room, bathrooms are shared and guests are welcome to use the full kitchen and amenities. Washer and Dryer not available for guest use.

Guests have access to 3 full bathrooms (one on each floor), full kitchen, 1st floor common spaces and back deck. Guests do not have access to the basement or other guests rooms.
