- "We loved our stay at Grand Beach! The house was perfect for our family of four. The layout was ideal, including a great primary bedroom that gave the adults their own space to unwind. The living room was cozy and comfortable. The pool was terrific and the outdoor lighting gave a welcoming night time ambiance. The beach toy selection was solid and our kiddos loved pulling the wagon of supplies to the beach. The walk to the beach was definitely less than 5 minutes -- even closer than we had anticipated. The beach is on the smaller side but was not at all crowded. The sunset views were indeed great. The house is also a reasonable walk to the playground. The yard across the driveway is large and we even saw a deer come through. Good food was a short drive away, and we got carryout several times. We came from central Indiana and were pleased to have found such a gem without having to travel farther north. (We had one issue but Gina handled it immediately and to our full satisfaction.) One of our very best VRBO experiences. We hope to be back!"

With 2BR/2BA and a den with a full size daybed, and a pullout sofa in the living room, this home will accommodate 8 guests. The Cozy Hideaway is perfect for those who enjoy the beach as well as shopping and dining in the quaint town of New Buffalo.

As you enter the home you step into a wonderful 3 season porch area, the perfect spot to curl up with your favorite book or gather around the dining table for a meal. Once inside you are greeted by a spacious living room with a large TV, fireplace and comfy sofas! The open concept floor plan allows you to engage with friends and family while preparing a scrumptious meal or eating at the very large kitchen island. The large skylights in the space allow for an abundance of light to flow through this charming cottage.

The master bedroom is a bright and cheery space with a king bed and ensuite bath. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home and features a queen size bed and is equally as bright and cheery! The second bathroom is located just off of the living room.

There are french doors that separate the main living space from a den that can also serve as a third bedroom. The den is set up with a daybed, TV and sofa.

The spacious back deck is home to a hot tub that seats 6 people, two separate conversation areas and a large dining table with seating for 6. The back yard is a great place to set up a corn hole competition with your friends and family. Alongside the deck, kick back and relax by the fire pit while roasting marshmallows and sharing your adventures of the day.

Welcome to "One Sweet World," the newest vacation rental in White Pine, New Buffalo, Michigan. This charming home completed its main level construction in late 2023 and is ready to welcome guests.

Featuring two bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, one with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower, and the other with a shower/tub combo, this home is designed for comfort. The open concept living space includes a family room with a smart TV, a dining area, and a kitchen, all surrounded by picture windows offering views of the woods and fishing pond. A convenient half guest bathroom is also available. A large deck off the living room offers incredible morning views of the birds & fishing pond. Please note, the washer/dryer is located in the unfinished basement.

Note that while the home has lower and upper levels, they are unfinished and not accessible to guests.

There is a queen size bed in the main bedroom, along with a full closet, bedside tables and a dresser.
The second bedroom features a full over full bunk bed with a pull out twin sized trundle bed underneath. We provide pillows, sheets and blankets for all of the beds.
The living room also has a great sofa that turn into a full size bed. Also a love seat that pulls out to a twin size bed. The living room is a smart tv so you can access any of your streaming apps. Don’t have Netflix? No problem we have an account set up at the house that you are more than welcome to use. So cozy up on the couch, put on a movie. (the fireplace does not work)
The kitchen is also equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and a Keurig! Outside you will find a large deck with a table with seating for four, 4 Adirondack chairs around the backyard firepit, and a large propane grill. The detached garage has been made into a bar and game room that opens up to the backyard. Perfect for get togethers. The room features a ping pong table, a bar countertop with 8 total stools, a 50” smart tv, and ice chest with a drain so need need to empty, and several games.

New Buffalo has strict rules for short term rentals. So we have placed on camera on the front of the house that overlooks the front door and driveway. This way we can make sure we have the correct number of guest, the limit of 4 vehicles, and that there are not any parties taking place. But this is also an added safety for you as our guest. Thank you for understanding.

Guests have full access to the entire house , except the utility closet for safety reasons. The garage game room is open and you will receive a code to access the garage on the day of your arrival.

ABSOLUTELY NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 WITHOUT AN ADULT PRESENT THE ENTIRE TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We are available through the app, email, or by phone during normal waking hours. We try to give guests their space and let them feel as if they are at home. We will only come to the house if need be or a guest needs our attention.

There is plenty of parking at the house. The main strip is within a 5 minute walk. 10-15 minute walk to the Stray Dog and beach. You can also go to the Grand Marina and rent bikes for just a couple bucks a day! A free shuttle bus to Four Winds Casino also makes pick ups at the Grand Marina!

You can order ahead of time online at riosmexicangrill.com. They are located 3 blocks west and one block north on the corner of Eagle St. and W Buffalo Street (Route 12). Jackie’s Cafe- Cheerful, independent eatery offering elevated American breakfast and brunch eats and a seasonal patio. Great place to walk to for breakfast and is located just one block east of Rio`s on the corner of S. Chicago Street and W. Buffalo Street (Route 12) Three minute walk.
David`s Delicatessen & Coffee- Located in the middle of downtown on the West side of Whittaker street. Known for their rueben sandwiches but also have a great constantly varying menu based on what ingredients are available from local farmers. Great place for a quick, delicious, and healthy breakfast. Organic options available. Wonderful selection of coffees and teas as well as made fresh daily pastries. Really cool atmosphere with wonderful seating inside and out. The Stray Dog Bar & Grill- Bright spot with wood tables & booths. Offers New American fare & wide beer list, plus rooftop patio and bar. Another one of our favorites. Located in the heart of downtown and near the beach. Perfect place for dinner and drinks. Would give a meal recommendation but honestly everything is great. Full bar, games on tv, lively atmosphere but also family friendly. They also have a gift shop with great souvenirs. Its a must while in town. Located on N. This Charming cottage is BIG on comfort. There are many seating areas in home and yard for enjoying a book, your favorite beverage or watching the kids play. We are less than a mile to two beach accesses, and centered between New Buffalo, MI and Michigan City, IN for shopping and restaurants. Indiana Dunes Nat'l Park, Warren Dunes Sate Park, New Buffalo Public Beach, and Washington Park Beach, all within 20 minutes.

The Bright Yellow Retreat is a pleasant, short walk to Lake Michigan beach. Our sunny, vibrant home sleeps up to six guests. Highlighted by great natural lighting and window views of the woods, the entire social space is inviting and warm. Speaking of which, the Hearth Room beckons to all with its vaulted ceilings, lovely fireplace, and stylish furnishings, with all sorts of comfy seating options – plus a Smart flat-screen TV with Apple TV. We regularly hear it’s one of our guests’ favorite spots to relax and unwind together. And since we’re talking about entertainment, there’s also a record player and popular albums available for all to enjoy, along with a Bluetooth sound system.

The metro-style dining room is perfect for sharing meals together, and the roomy modern kitchen features high-end stainless-steel appliances and has all the essentials you need for whipping up some tasty vacation meals. Have at it! There’s also a super-cool screened porch with cushy rattan furniture where you can bring a delicious beverage and marvel at being surrounded by some of the Midwest’s most majestic woods.

All of the bedrooms in The High Life are comfy and stylishly decorated, and we use only premium-quality bedding and linens to ensure you and your guests get a superb night’s sleep. You can choose from a sweet outdoor dinette set with an umbrella or super-comfy outdoor chairs to relax in. There’s also a nice firepit for when you want to chill out around a fire and look up at the stars. And if anyone wants to slowly drift off in a hammock, we’ve got you covered there, too. The good-sized backyard is fenced, so kids can run around and play in a safe atmosphere. And being pet-friendly, your furry friend can enjoy the great outdoors with you, too! There is a gas fireplace that will be open for use in the cooler months of the year (October to March generally, please ask us if you are coming just outside of that time frame and want to cozy up near the fire). 

Left of the living room in the main part of the home are three bedrooms; the master bedroom features a Queen bed, ensuite half bathroom, and a jacuzzi bathtub. The main bathroom for the home is situated next to this bedroom. The second bedroom sleeps up to two guests with a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. There is a washer and dryer in the lower level of the home, accessed by the cellar stairs near the kitchen.

Moving farther into the home you'll find the eat-in kitchen where the charming cottage decor continues. Off the back of the home is access to the backyard with a deck, gas grill, and fire pit. 

There are a couple new additions that really add to the fun. There is a fun play area in the basement now with kid's toys, multiple armchairs, a sectional couch, train sets, a play teepee for kids and a day bed if someone wants to sneak away for a quick nap. There is also a loft above the living area upstairs that has two beanbag chairs, this is a fun place for the little ones to read or play a hand held game.

The New Buffalo Public Beach is just 7/10 of a mile away, you can easily walk to the beach and enjoy the sand and surf. You can also drive and parkl of course (they do charge a fee for parking). We have beach chairs, for adults and children, a beach table, beach toys and beach towels for you to bring to the beach (just make sure you bring them back please)!

Off the living area is a well-stocked kitchen with bar seating overlooking the dining area. Through the french doors of the dining room is access to a well-furnished deck and views of the garden and charming firepit. 

The main floor also features a King bedroom suite with access to the bathroom via a spacious closet where you can unpack and make yourself at home. 

Off the back of the main floor you’ll find another bathroom and stairs leading down to the basement where there is a washer and dryer for guest use. 

Head upstairs to a well-furnished sleeping loft with a King bed and two twins, perfect for kids or close friends! 

There is a new Tesla EV charger at the house with a J1772 adapter. The back of the home features a secluded fire pit area perfect for your morning coffee or s’mores in the evenings! 

This home sits in the front of a two-homes property. There is a gate separating the two properties and the other home houses the caretakers for the compound.  

Please mind your space and they will do the same. They are quiet, respectful and you won’t even know they are around other than the occasional greeting.  Please make sure to not block the gate for the other house.
