Welcome to Toni Stay's Michiana Beach and Pool House. An exceptional house located on the Lake Michigan Coast with Resort Style Amenities.
The exterior features a private heated swimming pool (can be open for Christmas and New Years), an expansive multi-level lake front deck that includes an 8 person hot-tub, several chaises with umbrellas, an outdoor Restoration Hardware sectional, a gas firepit, a gas grill and massive round dining table and only 50 steps down to the sand.
This one-of-a-kind home has everything the discerning traveler could ask for. Located in the sleepy Village of Michiana in New Buffalo Township stands this 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath lakefront estate. The 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom Main House features three floors of living so your family and friends have plenty of gathering space both inside and outside and spillover into the living room of the 1 bedroom/1 bathroom Guest House.
The main floor boasts stunning views, a beautiful fully stocked chef’s kitchen. Everything you will need for the cooking connoisseurs. Four burner gas stove, double oven, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishes and utensils along with top-of-the-line cooking knives. Napkins and tablecloths included to create a gorgeous dining experience! Island seating for four, as well as a dining table that seats ten. The other side of the great room offers seating for all around the fireplace and Samsung Frame TV. Also located on the main floor is a King Bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a spacious family room area with big screen TV. Laundry room and half bath are also on this floor.
The upper level has three bedrooms and two full baths. The opulent master bedroom with king bed overlooking Lake Michigan also has an en suite full bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. The second bedroom has a king bed overlooking the lake and a fireplace. Bedroom three has two sets of twin bunkbeds and two queen beds.
The lower level delivers too with a gym, another family room and the fifth bedroom, outfitted with a queen bed and the 4th full bathroom.
Guests can stream their own music throughout the home and outdoors with the integrated SONOS system. High-end shower and spa products in all bathrooms. Also including high speed comcast/xfinity internet, washer/dryer, gas grill, central heat/ac, cable, lake access, and so much more!
