*My villa is fully equipped with all the necessities, including a couple of beach chairs if you’d like to drive five minutes to Williams Bay beach, or back into town to the beach next to the well known landmark, The Riviera!

*Go into town for dining and lots of tourist action, or Relax at my quiet and spacious villa- -walk to dining, enjoy weekend music on the “Patio” and book yourself Spa Services at “The Ridge”!

Villa Finlandia is a lovely Scandinavian style lakefront home and a perfect location for a family vacation. Sitting on top of a small hill, it offers wonderful views of the lake. An acre of manicured lawns, private sandy bottom beach, 2 piers for relaxing and docking boats, a floating raft, huge water trampoline (shared with sister villa next door) and waterside fire pit for guests private use.

This house is ideal for large families who want their own waterfront with a large yard for kids without danger of road between house and lake!

Lounging on the pier, guests can enjoy the fun 'wake boarding show' that goes by. The beach between the two piers is ideal for little ones to play in the water, sandy bottom, shallow and very gradually deepening towards the end of the piers. At the beach, a beach house with living room and extra bedroom/changing room, refrigerator and comfortable lounge area for waterside relaxing.

Large deck by the main house over looking the lake and beautiful views around with dining area. Framed by huge oak trees. Night time star gazing at its best. Beautiful scenery. Tranquility. Covered verandah with more dining space. Both gas and coal grills for outdoor cooking.

Kitchen is newly updated with a fabulous 6ft x 6ft white quartz island and counters, fully equipped and ready for family dinner parties. The open plan living with a new great room , kitchen and dining area offers a perfect place for the whole family to be together. There is plenty of table space for a large group, both inside and out. Large screen TV, Cable and WiFi !

The design is clean, fresh and cheerful. Cathedral ceilings. Brand new white washed wooden floors through out for clean low allergen environment. Pretty china and glass cabinet full of wine glasses waiting for the vacation to start....

Villa Finlandia is situated in the middle of the Powers Lake, on Jefferson Island. Couple of minutes walk to the bar/restaurant Annex, where live music and fun evenings take place. On the lake the social scene is busy, there is the wonderful and popular 'rock bar' - a shallow area in the middle of the lake where boats anchor and people mingle and have fun (volley ball and cook outs in the middle of the lake). The 4th of July fireworks on this lake are impressive, the Powers Lake Yacht Club even host a Venetian Carnival - a must see - as pontoon boats get dressed up and parade around the lake competing for a winner! Sailing school for children, regattas, dinner parties, ladies tennis, all part of the Powers Lake Yach Club activities.

Lots of festivals nearby! To mention few: Country Thunder Concert (mins away), Alpine Valley summer concerts and Lake Geneva has events through out summer...

Guests may bring their own boats and dock at Villa Finlandia's pier. Boats can be rented nearby on the lake, they bring the boat to the pier for you. Ask for the info.

Wintertime the area is a wonderful place to enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice fishing, etc. Villa Finlandia has its own hill for sledding, Powers Lake has a busy ice fishing scene and derby, and the nearby lakes offer ice sailing and other fun activities. There are 3 ski hills nearby; Wilmot just 7 minutes drive, Grand Geneva about the same and Alpine Valley little further. Lake Geneva hosts an international ice sculpture festival and Powers Lake has its own ice fishing derby.

Please note that during wintertime, the boathouse is not included. So the 8th bedroom, which is in the boathouse, is not included. The piers and water trampoline are installed as weather permits.

Any extra guests, events, parties, pets, etc, to be discussed with management with an agreement made in writing prior to booking.

Updated two-story Abbey Springs Villa with the closest proximity you can get to the Clubhouse and beach all within a quiet cul-de-sac. The main level has two bedrooms, cozy living room, full bath and laundry. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, a large family room, renovated kitchen and island, screened in dining room, a second full bath and deck. The upper level sleeps 2 more with an inclosed loft/ 5th bedroom.
Golf cart included, although you won't need it being steps to everything Abbey Springs has to offer: The Clubhouse area features: indoor pool, hot tub, arcade and recreation room, beautiful shower house and sauna, outdoor pool, tennis, pickle ball, and access to the Abbey Spring golf course. The Clubhouse areas also has a lovely restaurant overlooking the course as well as a lunch/ ice cream shop with kid friendly snacks and quick edibles.
The beach area offers (a private BYOB) sandy beach with jumping pier and climbing hill, brand new playground, grills and picnic tables, sand volleyball, basketball, fishing. The beach area also has a lakeside full bar and grill with snack and ice cream as well as a fine dining lakeside restaurant more suitable for an adult dinner.
Abbey Springs offers an unprecedented golf course as well as workout room, aerobic classes and yoga on weekends.
There isn't one thing overlooked in Abbey Springs. Stay once and you'll be hooked for life!

- "The house was clean and well maintained. There were more than enough beds for our family of ten. Everyone enjoyed the clubhouse amenities including the pool, the game room and the activities held that weekend. Location to lake was perfect for a walk to the marina and a drive to the other side of the lake to walk there. A couple recommendations: dish towels in the kitchen and directions on how to turn up the heat for those of us with “old-fashioned” thermostats at home."

Villa Nordica is a lovely Scandinavian style lakefront home and a perfect location for a family vacation. Sitting on top of a small hill, it offers wonderful views of the lake. An acre of manicured lawns, private sandy bottom beach, 2 piers for relaxing and docking boats, a floating raft, huge water trampoline (shared with sister villa next door) and waterside fire pit for guests private use.

This house is ideal for families who want their own waterfront with a large yard for kids without danger of road between house and lake! Lots of space for everyone to spread out, work from home and physical distancing if need be.

Lounging on the pier, guests can enjoy the fun 'wake boarding show' that goes by. The beach between the two piers is ideal for little ones to play in the water, sandy bottom, shallow and very gradually deepening towards the end of the piers. At the beach, a beach house with living room and extra bedroom/changing room, refrigerator and comfortable lounge area for waterside relaxing.

Kitchen is fully equipped and ready for family dinner parties. The open plan living with a new great room , kitchen and dining area offers a perfect place for the whole family to be together. There is plenty of table space for a large group, both inside and out. Cable TV and WiFi !

Villa Nordica is situated in the middle of the Powers Lake, on Jefferson Island. Couple of minutes walk to the bar/restaurant Annex, where live music and fun evenings take place. On the lake the social scene is busy, there is the wonderful and popular 'rock bar' - a shallow area in the middle of the lake where boats anchor and people mingle and have fun (volley ball and cook outs in the middle of the lake). The 4th of July fireworks on this lake are impressive, the Powers Lake Yacht Club even host a Venetian Carnival - a must see - as pontoon boats get dressed up and parade around the lake competing for a winner! Sailing school for children, regattas, dinner parties, ladies tennis, all part of the Powers Lake Yach Club activities.

Lots of festivals nearby! To mention few: Country Thunder Concert (mins away), Alpine Valley summer concerts and Lake Geneva has events through out summer...

Guests may bring their own boats and dock at Villa Finlandia's pier. Boats can be rented nearby on the lake. Ask for the info.

Wintertime the area is a wonderful place to enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice fishing, etc. Villa Nordica has its own hill for sledding, Powers Lake has a busy ice fishing scene and derby, and the nearby lakes offer ice sailing and other fun activities. There are 3 ski hills nearby; Wilmot just 7 minutes drive, Grand Geneva about the same and Alpine Valley little further. Lake Geneva hosts an international ice sculpture festival and Powers Lake has its own ice fishing derby.

Please note that during wintertime, the boathouse is not included. So the 6th bedroom, which is in the boathouse, is not included.

- "We had a reunion of 33 friends, who hadn’t all been together in 25 years. Aging from 2 to 80. We rented both properties. A little tight in sleeping arrangements because no one wanted the nice boathouses without bathrooms, but we knew that going in, as the listing says that. (A great place for teenagers, but we had none). But all was fine. The properties are well equipped with everything you would want..kitchen supplies, grills, high chairs, outside chairs and tables, small step-in beach, and the trampoline..wow..great entertainment. We had every night’s dinner on the fantastic large outside patios with a terrific amount of seating and a spectacular view of the lake! We fully enjoyed ourselves at these lakefront homes and would definitely recommend them to all. Checkin was simple and Helena was responsive to our few needs. Thanks!!"

Checkin at the main resort lobby was easy. The condo appeared newly renovated and very clean. The condo was technically two separate condos with a lockout/adjoining door. There were two full kitchens and living rooms. It was very spacious for a family of 5. We did room service multiple times which was delivered within 30-40 minutes each time. The food was good and delivered still hot. We enjoyed the pool on site. Good family atmosphere. The pool attendants were attentive and had a good music playlist to enhance our vacation experience. They have a snack bar at the pool that sells chips/pretzels, soda, beer, etc. You do not have access to the main resort outdoor pool but this was not an issue as we enjoyed our pool. The condos are close to the golf pro shop and driving range. We did not golf this weekend, but we have golfed both courses in the past. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and we would be happy to return to this property in the future."

Lake Geneva is one of the best known year-round vacation towns in Wisconsin and has held its charm for a century. You will find the business places, shop owners, and the general public friendly and accommodating because they want you to return to their great South Eastern community. The town is safe for all guests.

Getting Around:
There is free transportation around the vast resort by a "old fashioned" looking trolley. You will need transportation to the down-town area which is only two miles away. The Grand Geneva resort is the closest resort to downtown Lake Geneva.

Occupant will be charged a penalty of 200% of the fair rental value of their villa for everyday that they stay beyond the reserved use period.

- "This is in the Holiday Inn Vacation Club properties at Grand Geneva, though the owner is not directly part of the Holiday Inn. The property is nice. Only negative was the tub was not jetted as advertised. We were there for a getaway and it served our purposes nicely. I would imagine it is great in the summer. It was cheaper than through the resort and no resort fees. We would recommend it."
