Welcome to our Beautiful Poplar Ridge Golf Course Condo with Scenic Views of the 9th hole green and water hazard from our back deck! This immaculate two-level condo features a primary ensuite with a king-size bed in the upper level with a soaking tub. Please note when you enter through the front door from the parking lot there is only one step but once inside you do need to either go down or up stairs, similar to a split level home. When you head to down to the living room you will find a bright and airy room featuring a NEW Queen size sofa sleeper, an electric fireplace, flat screen tv, dining room, kitchen, laundry room (full size washer and dryer for your use) and a full bathroom. Upstairs you will have a large bedroom with a King size bed and en suite bathroom. The lofted area is a great spot to do some quick work on your laptop or journal your time in Galena. Our home will also provide you a NEW propane grill, fully equipped kitchen including regular coffee maker and super FAST WiFi. Welcome to our Valleywood Golf Villa! You will love the location of our two bedroom, two bath townhouse overlooking the pond and 16th hole of the Eagle Ridge North Golf Course. VW has just been upgraded, freshly painted, new carpeting, furniture, flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, linens and light fixtures. The owners have decorated the home for the golf lover and wine enthusiast in mind. Our two “master bedrooms” are furnished with new Queen size Viscopedic mattresses and both feature ceiling fans & flat screen TVs & overlook the pond & golf course. South Course Villa is just minutes to our GTA Owners Club featuring the pools, tennis courts, gym, etc. or a 9 mile drive to downtown Galena. This home is not pet friendly. Our sleeping arrangements will accommodate 6 guests in:

Enjoy breathtaking views of the 10th Green on the Eagle Ridge South Golf Course. We are conveniently located around the corner from the South Pro Shop. You'll enjoy a southern exposure, which will make everything feel spacious and breezy. Our home features two bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) both have queen beds and are connected to full bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom has a flat-screen tv to enjoy. The galley-style kitchen boasts granite countertops, a regular coffee maker, microwave, and electric stove. We can seat 4 guests at the kitchen island and 4 at the dining table. Our home features lofty ceilings, skylights, and a wood-burning fireplace, we will provide the wood for your stay. Our home was recently renovated, and we look forward to hosting your friends and family. VRBO will sometimes show incorrect information - this home DOES NOT have a hot tub.

As our guest, you will have access to the GTA Owners Club. The indoor pool is open year-round and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day (sometimes longer). The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi, and outdoor playground. Don’t forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Disclaimer: You may not have enough cards for your entire group. Guest passes can be purchased for just $5 a day at the GTA admin office or pool entrance, staying with us grants you access, it may not be free. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not offer discounts or refunds due to their closure.

When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days before check-in. If you cancel before the 14 days, you will receive the first payment minus a $35 cancellation fee. At 14 days, your stay will become non-refundable, and dates cannot be adjusted. Please Note: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking, we ask this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receiving to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older when booking and present during the entire stay. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file when booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts. Our cancellation policy is not flexible, so we highly recommend the travel insurance offered at checkout.

**Check-in details are sent to the email on file 3 days before your arrival. This includes the address, access code and other pertinent home/area information. Early check-in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or the morning of your arrival. The check-in details will cover this process.
