The hotel is within walking distance of the mall, however, I would choose to drive over there just because of how busy the road is. We were visiting the Air Force museum/Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and Wright Brothers sights and the hotel is within about 20 minutes of all the sites. There is also a coin op washer and dryer on premises for your convenience, but you are responsible for your own detergent etc. You will be responsible for your own WiFi or pay an additional fee for it.

The space
This building is only a few feet away from Walmart, restaurants, gas stations, University of Dayton, bus stops. It's only about 10 minutes from the Oregon district. It's also only 10 minutes away from the Dayton Mall where you can shop and find a lot more restaurants etc.

Guest access
Guests are allowed to use the washer and dryer which is available in the basement. Guests are allowed to bring their own food and drinks. Do not drink or eat anything that you haven’t paid for or gotten permission for. Guests are also allowed to use whatever is in the apartment.

I'm available 24/7 by way of phone, email or text. Feel free to give me a call whenever.

Other things to note
All utilities are included, but if the light bill goes over $50/month, you will be responsible for the remainder.

There’s a $250 smoking fee if smoke in house or if house smells like smoke.

If you are late checking out, there will be a $25 late fee.

If you loose the key, the fee is dependent upon the contractor that has to change the key.

Basic private room with open use to the kitchen and a shared bathroom. The house is being shared with other roomates on the two other rooms.
Great location, near Wright Patterson AF base, the national AF museum. It is across from Kroger the grocery store and WSU. Bus stop is a few steps with buses going to most main areas in Dayton.
