Nestled between Lake Erie and Cedar creek conservation area, our cottage is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway!

Our kitchen is well stocked and we provide a propane bbq to help you grill up a great dinner.

We have 3 bedrooms each with a queen size bed on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has access to a private balcony with fantastic views.

On the main level, we have a den with a double bed. The den is also a great spot for a playpen (available upon request). It is closed from the main living space, but also functions as a walkthrough to upstairs.

We have a large dining table in the main living space with seating for 8. There is a small desk with a view of the lake, should anyone in your group need a place to work. Our internet was recently upgraded to high speed fibre optic making it easy to stream or work remotely.

Gather around in the living room and make use of the fireplace in colder months. We have books and games available for guests to enjoy. There is free wifi, antenna tv, and streaming services available on the smart 55" tv. There is also a smaller 2nd tv in the den.

There is a large locked shed if you want to store any personal recreational equipment.

Other things to note:
Water Access: Lake Erie is a Great Lake ! We have many calm days, however we also have rough, wavy days. We have large (2foot) flat rocks leading to the water but do NOT have beach. Water is approximately 2 feet deep upon entry and there are rocks in the water. We suggest bringing water shoes if you plan to get in! Small children and guests with mobility limitations will find water entry difficult, but can explore nearby Cedar beach for water entry.
A variety of life jackets and some floats are provided.
2 sit on kayaks and 2 cruiser bikes are available for guest use.
Should you choose to enter the water or use the kayaks or bikes, you do so at your own risk.

While we welcome families with children of all ages, small children will require close supervision in the backyard.

Unannounced guests - Prices are quoted in accordance to occupancy of the rooms. We ask that there are no unregistered guest past 11 pm. .

Rental Agreement - Guest must sign rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed.

Check In is after 4 pm unless otherwise arranged.

Check Out is 11 am to avoid the $75 late check out fee.

First Aid Kit & Fire Extinguisher - We have provided both a First Aid Kit and fire extinguisher in case of an emergency.

Housekeeping - There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit to towels or linens to be taken from the house. Should you need extra maid service, please contact us to arrange it. Extra maid services would be at an extra cost.

Noise - Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbours. Quiet hours are from 11 pm- 7 am.

Garbage - Any garbage must be stowed in the appropriate bins. We recommend the garbage is taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors.
Recycling - please use the large blue bin on wheels for all paper and plastic

Furniture and decor - Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create.

Pets - Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.

Water - DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you will be charged the service fee.
Liability - The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. The base fee for each reservation includes up to 6 guests. Additional overnight guests must be added to the reservation ($50/guest/nightmax 8). Special events of more than 8 people total must be approved by the hosts and are subject to additional fees.

Pets (max 2) are welcome but must be added to the reservation. The pet fee is $50 / pet / stay + HST. Please review the house rules regarding pets.

The entire lodge has no steps and is fully wheel chair accessible.

We have plenty of parking. For large trailers or buses we can open a gate to allow drive-thru exits so no turning around is required.

The lodge is located on a 55 acre estate which is shared with 2 other dwellings. The lodge has a separate driveway and is separated with a privacy fence. Guestswill have private access to the entire lodge, swimming pool, sauna, surrounding yard,as well as over 20 acres of natural forest.

We are located on a county road just outside the town of Kingsville. Jack Miner Bird Sanctuary, Mastronardi Estate Winery, Colosantis Tropical Gardens, and Kennedy Woods Trails are all located on our road.

- "The cottage was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed for meal prep. The pool table was also nice to have as well as the dock on the creek. The cottage is truly a 5 minute walk to the lake.The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. The only drawbacks are that the living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable. There was no comfortable place to sit and read . And there are no chests of drawers. There were closets but nowhere to put underwear socks shorts etc so we were living out of our suitcases for the week. Even so I would recommend staying here."

All reservations canceled more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Bookings become non-refundable within 30 days of check-in.

Our rental agreement ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules and guidelines for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.

In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you.

To make your check-in process easier, we have an online check-in form and ask for a copy of your valid photo ID. This will need to be completed in order for your door access code to be generated.

Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarettes butts appropriately.

Shoes: We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as it tracks in a lot of things we prefer stay outdoors. Also we ask that feet get wiped off before entering the hot tub and the house.

Bugs- We recommend that you come prepared with appropriate bug repellent, such as bug spray, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your outdoor activities. Bug spray can greatly assist in minimizing any inconvenience caused by insects.

Unannounced guests: We ask that there are no unregistered guests past 10pm.Pre check in form must be submitted- All guests must be registered.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit to towels or linens to be taken from the house. Should you need extra maid service, please contact us to arrange it. Extra maid services would be at an extra cost.

NOISE- GUESTS SHOULD NOT CREATE EXCESSIVE NOISE AT A LEVEL THAT DISTURBS NEIGHBORS. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM-8AM

Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the appropriate bins. We recommend the garbage is taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors.
Recycle - Please separate plastics and cardboard and place in the correct bin. Do not place in plastic bags. Failure to separate will result in a $75.00 sorting fee.

Parking: Please Park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the grass. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Appliances & kitchenware: Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided kitchenware for our guests; we kindly ask that you load dishwasher and start before leaving. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.

Furniture & décor: Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create.

Pets: Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.

Towels: Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom.

Water & septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.

Liability: The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other whom the invite to use the premise.

The suite does not have temperature control, but I’m happy to adjust the temperature anytime and there is a space heater and fans available.

I live upstairs and part of the downstairs but have my own entrance and we don’t share any spaces. The units are sound proofed and it’s not loud, but you will hear the presence of others and footsteps.

Located on quiet Pelee Island our Family Cottage is an escape from the hectic day-to-day life. Pelee Island is a delight for cyclists, hikers, sun worshippers and those that just want to unwind. Fall is one of our favourite seasons on the island. We just love it!
We want to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The cottage is very well equipped with bedding, kitchen wash cloths, our well equipped kitchen, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels.

Singor Shores is located along the Essex Pelee Island Coast wine route near charming downtown Kingsville. Point Pelee National Park is located in neighbouring Leamington, popular for bird watching and hiking. This space is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. However, it is NOT a Cottage. Think of it more as a quality Hotel Room when it comes to planning your stay.

The space
Singor Shores is newly renovated. The guest house is a cozy and comfortable studio-style space detached from the main home. Guests have access to wifi and Netflix. A mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle are provided. Please note this is a non cooking environment.

Just a reminder, this is NOT a Cottage, so things that are not available are items like a Fire Pit, a BBQ Grill, an actual working Kitchen for cooking, etc.
Also there is no smoking. Therefore I expect my guests to be non smoking. There is no smoking in the room or on the property. The reason I need to be firm on this is so I can be a non smoking space. Thank you for understanding.

As you can see by the photos, all the amenities you need are there , but space is limited, so pack light!
There is ample parking on site and guests are encouraged to enjoy the surrounding property's garden and lake views.

There are only 2 upper units, your apartment is the first on the left. The other is occupied by a long term tenant. Foyer is a common space however the recycle and garbage bins are for private unit.

The living space is entirely occupied by the guests. We have an attached workshop / storage space with seperate access.

Other things to note
For a small daily fee we offer pet sitting, walking, feeding if you want to go out for the day and leave your pet at home.
There are bike rentals available for those who wish to visit the local area by means other than driving or walking.
In the summer months we grow tomatoes, cukes, peppers etc. which our guest are free to pick during their stay.

Due to Covid-19 I have extended the minimum stay to 3 nights and time between check-out and check-in to 24 hours to ensure proper disinfection. I have added an air purifier that recycles the air every 3 hours.
Cozy, clean and comfortable open concept suite located on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie just one mile from downtown Kingsville where you will find excellent restaurants and eclectic shopping. The suite has its own entrance so that you have complete privacy during your stay.

The space
Offering 450 sq feet, this is the perfectly sized suite for those seeking tranquility, cleanliness and comfort. Inside you will find a comfortable seating area featuring tv and fireplace, queen size bed, kitchen and private bathroom. Ideal for couples, business travellers and the solo adventurer. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, table & chairs, Keurig, tea kettle, toaster and toaster oven and is equipped with dishes, pots & pans, silverware for your convenience. There are towels (bath, hand & facecloths), hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. There is a clothes closet with hangers, iron and small ironing board as well as a cedar chest with extra blankets. TV, Android box (countless movies, services and stations) and Wifi are available but you'll want to be outside to enjoy the lake. There is a separate charcoal bbq available for guests to use, bring your own charcoal briquets.

Guest access
You have access to parking in the driveway. A key box is located by the door and the combination will be provided upon checkin. You have water access (no beach due to high water levels) and there are Adirondack chairs for those relaxing warm days and nights. There is a screened in gazebo with patio furniture also available for use.

Other things to note
You will need to go through a well-lit side gate to access your private entrance, but once through the gate, the view is spectacular. Because of the sloping lawn, it should not be considered accessible for those with physical limitations for safety reasons.
Walk 8 minutes to the dock where you can take the Jiimaan Ferry to Pelee Island (subject to schedule), 5 minutes to the Chrysler Greenway walking/biking/jogging trail or 20 minutes to the pharmacy and grocery stores. There are now 2 breweries within easy walking distance (approximately 7-8 minutes) from your door, and many wineries in the area, 1 within walking distance, the others by car or bike.
As the water levels have been very high for the past 7 years, there is currently no sandy beach. The water is accessible, however rocks have been exposed from high waves and it's use is at guests own risk. If you plan on going into the water, some type of water shoes are recommended to prevent injuring toes or feet.
