Aqua Bella Cottage is a spacious bungalow with a large fenced backyard. At least two cars can be parked on the driveway. The garage can be used for parking during of season. The cottage is located and walkable distance near popular amenities such as parks (with sprinkler pads, tennis courts), rock climbing, trails, wineries, restaurants, stores in the Square.

Point Farms Provincial Park with trails and beaches is only a 7 minute drive north. The tourist town of Bayfield is a 15 minute drive and Grand Bend a 35 minute drive.

The driveway offers off street parking for 3 cars comfortably. Guests will have access to the entire property themselves as well as the patio and yard.

We prefer to give guest their space but are available when needed.

Partying is strictly prohibited. Any complaints made by other neighbors regarding partying, excessive noise or loud music will be subjected up to a $500 surcharge and may be asked to leave without refund.

Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.

This Georgian beauty, also known as “The Tom House” was built in 1888, and still maintains much of its original charm, while having modern conveniences for the perfect blend of old meets new. Our home is 1/2 block away from the famous Goderich sunsets, then down the trail where the beautiful boardwalk and beach awaits you! A 10 minute walk to the historic Goderich Square, where you will find, cafes, restaurants, and quaint little shops. Everything you need to have the perfect holiday.

Thinking of spending your vacation in Huron County? Look no further! Our home is a beautifully decorated, heritage home, with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fenced in yard with an inground pool. Perfect home for one or two families to share a getaway. Cook meals in our eat in country kitchen, Serve them in the formal dining room, or enjoy a glass of wine while the kids play in our backyard oasis with established perenial gardens, vine covered pergerla, conversation set, outdoor dining, gas BBQ, and an inground pool that the kids will love. Two bedrooms with Queen size beds, 1 room with a duble bed and 1 room with a Kig size bed. Guests have access to all house amenities including basic cable internet, Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime, A Wii console with many games, arts and craft supplies for the kids, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas bbq and enclosed private backyard with tree swing and trampoline. We do live in the house when there are no guests, so you will run into some of our personal items, i.e. clothes, toiletries in cupboards. We ask that you leave everything as you found it. :)
PLEASE NOTE- We have a sweet Bernese Mountain dog that lives with us, and while I do a deep clean before our guests arrive, it may be bothersome if you have allergies)

Our little stone house is located about a 5 min walk to the bluffs of Lake Huron. From there it is a few minutes down the trail to the beautiful Goderich beaches where you can view one of the famous Goderich sunsets or spend a day relaxing on the beach. We are about a 2 min drive or max 10 min walk to the centre of town which Goderich calls 'The Square'. Goderich is known as the prettiest town in Canada and we couldn't agree more!

The space
A few things to note when staying with us; The basement entrance is separate from the main house entrance but there is a (locked) door connecting the basement unit to the main house. The homeowners live upstairs and will be around. You shouldn’t really cross paths but there will most likely be some daily noise upstairs between the hours of 8 am - 11 pm.

Guest access
You will have full access to the basement suite. Please note that during your stay, the homeowners that live upstairs may access the laundry room that is downstairs just outside of the basement AirBnB suite. No access to the private suite is required. For stays that are 1 week or more, guests will have access to the laundry room with use of the washer and dryer.

You are invited to enjoy the entire private top floor suite in our gorgeous century home with a huge wrap-around porch in the heart of Goderich, "the prettiest town in Canada" on the shores of Lake Huron. 5 minute walk to sunset views over the bluff and all the shops and restaurants in the town square. 15 minute walk to the Main Beach or the spectacular Menesetung Bridge. This is a perfect launching point for Ontario's West Coast!

The space
This beautiful Queen Anne style home was built in 1900 and was fully renovated after a tornado in 2011. It is now furnished in mid-century modern decor. With lofty ceilings and large windows, it is spacious and bright, and if you open a window, you can feel the breeze off the lake flowing right through.

The third floor suite is a large open room with a two twins, side by side (like a King, but shorter). No door on that room. There is a queen bed in the private room off of the suite area.
The main area is versatile, it is great for games, watching TV on the large screen and enjoying a morning coffee. We recommend walking to see the sunset, but you can also watch the sunset from the window seat. The third floor has a coffee nook, a Keurig, tea kettle and a mini fridge. There are a few dishes and cups, but no cooking or microwave. The restaurants in Goderich are amazing! However, we do offer guests the use of the BBQ and the porch. Main kitchen can be shared on request.

The backyard includes a fire pit.

Guests have access to the third floor (PRIVATE SUITE,PRIVATE WASHROOM) shared entrance, veranda, back yard, back porch and fire pit.

Our interaction will only be if you need us for something as we know our guests enjoy their privacy.

We only host one set of guests at at time, you have access to the entire PRIVATE third floor suite. To access the suite you enter through the front door (key code) and walk through our home. The suite is two sets of stairs up, on the third floor.

Welcome to West End Annexe, a private and newly renovated stylish space that is attached to our family home and conveniently located to the local beaches/sunsets as well as a short walk to the "square" of Goderich, Ontario.

I have stayed at over 50 AirBnBs with family and friends and know the personal touches and details that I love to find in a rental space. A clean and comfortable spot that makes you feel at home? We have you covered.

The space
This is a private, self-contained apartment that is attached to our family home. There is a designated pathway and private entrance at the back of the house. The annexe has had sound dampening panels installed in the floor and also in the bedroom wall adjacent to the main house.
*Please note that because this space is attached to our house, our insurance will only allow two guests, no matter the ages.

The deck area is set up in the nice weather and is for the exclusive use of our guests. In order to ensure your privacy, we don’t use our yard when people are staying in the annexe.

We will provide kindling but we ask that guests bring their own firewood. Grocery stores, LCBO and beer stores are under 5 minutes away. The beach is a leisurely walk from the rental but we ask that you bring your own beach towels. The loft bedroom is accessible by a ladder. Bedding is all high quality. Everything is in excellent condition.
You will find peace and tranquility at Sunset Hideaways. It is a one of a kind experience that you won’t want to leave.

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place in the heart of Goderich. We have designed the space to enjoy outdoor living but with all the indoor comforts for a beautiful nights sleep, not to mention a pool to cool down in and a woodfired hot tub for total relaxation. It's Glamping meets the Spa! All while just steps or pedals away from the beach and the downtown square.

The space
The studio is a small pine cabin with a cozy queen size bed as well as a fold down sofa and an end table. The large antique stain glass and picture windows offer lots of light, and open to let in the fresh lake breezes. The studio is situated in the back of our yard, and is accessed via its own separate entrance. It is nestled behind a garden of flowering bushes, plants and privacy fence panels that give a good sense of separation and privacy from our home.

The doors to the studio open to a large deck with a corner pergola and newly added covered kitchen. There you can enjoy the outdoor living room complete with a large chaise lounge, couch, and coffee table, all under the shade of the canvas roof and privacy screen. Perfect spot for listening and waiting out the rain on the wet days.

If you decide to pass on beach front or downtown square dining, we offer a simple outdoor kitchen with a 2 burner propane camping stove on the counter as well as a stand alone propane BBQ to grill a meal of your own. Most of the kitchen essentials for cooking and dining are provided in the undercounter cabinet.
All you need for the BBQ is on hand, including a dual sided cast iron griddle and vegetable basket. There is also an undercounter refrigerator for keeping your food and drink chilled, complete with mini freezer and ice trays.

Follow the deck around to the back of the studio to find your private outdoor bathroom. Complete with a covered waterless toilet (see note at bottom), a hide away urinal and an open to the sky shower and antique washing station. We assure you a very unique bathroom experience!

Step off the deck to a small flagstone dining patio, with dining table and umbrella, surrounded by garden poolside view. Continue across the patio to your own separate entrance to the inground heated pool and wood fired hot tub, surrounded by its own patio and flower gardens. Although the pool is shared with us, the homeowners, the pool and tub are available to enjoy most of the day and into the night. The hot tub is exclusively our guests use during their stay, while the pool is mostly exclusive, and we limit our use to a short window in the evening to end our day, or if your out and about enjoying the town or beach.

Please note that the pool will also be closed sometime in early NOV but we keep the hot tub going all year.

For the rest of the yard, if you like flower gardens, you're in luck! You won't get enough of the sights, smells and sounds of the many plants and shrubs that line the yard and pool. The space really does offer a quiet and scenic atmosphere to enjoy some peace and serenity. There is even a second shared patio with a campfire pit should you want to stay up late to enjoy the clear night skies. All under the cover of a magnificent tree.

Although we live on the property and host you in our backyard space, we completely respect your space and hope you have the experience you want. We aren't always around but when we are, you will likely find us working in the gardens or around the yard. We are more than happy to help you with tips, advice or just chat about all what we know and love about Goderich.

The pool is open starting Mid-May! When the weather does turn to cold again, the POOL, SHOWER AND OUTDOOR SINK WILL BE CLOSED early November

For our amazing composting toilet, due to the design, it must be for sitting only. It will make sense when you see it. For the gentlemen that prefer to stand, there is a unique option for that also!

Just to be aware this is considered 'glamping'....very comfortable camping.
The toilet is a composting style toilet with no flushing water. Users do have to sit on the toilet for it to work properly. More instructions on site.

Kitchen
We provide our guests with everything they need to prepare delicious meals during their stay. Our kitchen features modern appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, all of which are in excellent working condition.

You'll find all the necessary cookware, utensils, and dishes you need to whip up your favorite meals, as well as a selection of basic pantry staples such as spices, oils, and condiments. Whether you're a seasoned chef or just looking to cook a quick and easy meal, our kitchen has everything you need to make yourself at home.

We've also provided a comfortable dining area where you can enjoy your meals with family and friends. And when it's time to clean up, our dishwasher makes it easy to get everything clean in no time

Designed with both style and functionality in mind. Equipped with all the modern amenities you need to make your stay comfortable, with high quality linens and a hair dryer for your convenience. The spacious shower with its rainfall showerhead will leave you feeling fresh and rejuvenated.

The king-size bed is an absolute dream to sleep on, with plush pillows, soft linens, and a cozy comforter to keep you warm throughout the night. The armoire provides ample storage space for all of your belongings, so you can settle in and make yourself at home.
In addition to the comfortable furnishings, the large window lets in plenty of natural light. For those who prefer to sleep in or simply want to enjoy some privacy, we've also installed blackout shades that can be easily drawn to block out any unwanted light.

Our workspace comes equipped with a functional desk, a comfortable office chair, and lightning-fast Wi-Fi with speeds up to 110Mbps, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively to catch up on work or emails.

Welcome to our lovely backyard oasis! Located just minutes away from the heart of the city, our private deck and greenspace offer a peaceful retreat where you can relax and recharge.

The deck is perfect for outdoor dining, morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The lush greenspace is a great place to read a book, play with your kids, or simply soak up the sun.

When it's time to head out and explore the city, you'll love the convenience of our large private parking lot. No more searching for street parking or worrying about parking tickets!

Welcome to Wellington House, our beautiful home in the heart of Goderich.

After purchasing the 4.97 star Reclaim'd Row from family & co-hosting during Summer 2024, we proudly open Wellington House for the 2025 season. Expect a welcoming spirit, vintage charm & contemporary touches.

Our fully renovated century home is in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks from Sunset Park and Lake Huron beach access. We are within walking distance of the town center, offering incredible shopping and dining.

The space
Guests will love our beautiful home of 2000 sq feet of guest suite space with 1st floor open concept, boasting original refinished hardwood main floor flooring, large, bright windows, 2 living spaces, a full kitchen, a cute and quaint sitting area inside the sun room with laundry facilities and Wi-Fi. As we strive to be as eco-friendly as possible, you will find no plastic in the kitchen, only glass. No need to bring bottled water as there is a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system. Full recycling and composting on site. Guests have their own private entrance at the front of the property, welcomed with a large deck, comfortable Adirondack chairs and a beautiful round propane fire pit table to enjoy (chairs and fire table are seasonal). At the side of the yard, guests have their own BBQ to use (BBQ is seasonal). A powder room is located on the main floor, with a 4 piece and a 3-piece bathroom upstairs. A nice sitting area welcomes you on the 2nd floor, with 3 comfortable bedrooms - 1 king size bed and 2 queen sized beds.

This is the perfect stay for a week with your family, a quiet getaway with some friends or even hosting small retreats.

We welcome weekly stays.

Guests must be 25 years or older to place a booking. All guests must be registered with the booking upon confirmed reservation.
Strictly no other guests on the property at any time other than those registered with us, or agreed in advance with us.

Please be familiar with our house rules.

Please note there is NO smoking, vaping or drugs in the house or on the property. There is NO loud music after 11pm.

Check In is at 3:00 pm, check out is at 10:00 am.

Guest access
Guests will enter through their private front door entrance and have exclusive access to the main and second levels. Street parking available only.

As homeowners to our large century home, we have also created our own private living quarters at the back of the house, with a separate back entrance, yard and no shared amenities with our guests. There is a locked door that separates the two spaces. We fully respect the privacy of our guests.

This labour of love was taken on by Tanner's parents, Carol and Shawn in 2019. Over many months Carol and Shawn transformed this century home to a space with a warm atmosphere, vintage charm, and modern comforts.

Carol and Shawn successfully ran Reclaim'd Row, a 4.97 star stay with over 150 positive reviews. After coming on board in Summer 2024 as co-hosts, we fell in love with the house, the experience of hosting and the beauty of Goderich.

This Georgian beauty, was built in 1888, and still maintains much of its original charm, while having modern conveniences for the perfect blend of old meets new. Our home is 1/2 block away from the famous Goderich sunsets, where the beautiful boardwalk and beach awaits you! A 10 minute walk to the historic Goderich Square, where you will find, cafes and restaurants. The perfect short term rental.

The space
Thinking of spending your vacation in Huron County? Look no further! Our home is a beautifully decorated, heritage home, with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fenced in yard with an inground pool. Perfect home for one or two families to share a getaway. Cook meals in our eat in country kitchen, Serve them in the formal dining room, or enjoy a glass of wine on our sunporch. Two bedrooms with Queen size beds, 1 room with a duble bed and 1 room with a King size bed. Guests have access to all house amenities including basic cable internet, Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime, a Wii console with many games, arts and craft supplies for the kids, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas bbq and enclosed private backyard. We do live in the house when there are no guests, so you will run into some of our personal items, i.e. clothes, toiletries in cupboards. We ask that you leave everything as you found it. :)
PLEASE NOTE- We have a sweet Bernese Mountain dog that lives with us, and while I do a deep clean before our guests arrive, it may be bothersome if you have allergies)

The accommodation is on ground and second floor. You will be given one set of keys on your arrival.
