- "The place we stayed was great. It was in very good condition and had all the things you would expect out of an apartment. The beds were nice and fully stocked, bathrooms were very new and clean. You were roughly a 5-10 minute Lyft ride from any attractions in the city, and a ~20 minute ride to the airport. I would definitely suggest getting a ride instead of walking. The only complaint about the property itself was the temperature differential. It felt like the upstairs bedrooms were a good 10-15 degrees warmer than the living room down below."

We also provide cookware, dishes, & utensils for all of our great guests. Our private parking lot is designated for our guests and is free. It is located directly behind the apartment & will hold a minimum of 4 cars.

Getting Around:
You may use Uber or Lyft or Taxi. Getting a rental car would also give you the best access to all of what Indy has to offer. Also taking the Bus which has a stop on the main street before turning into the neighborhood our apartment is located.

While we do our best to keep the propane tanks full and ready for use for our guests, there is the chance that it was recently emptied. When this is the case, we kindly ask the guest to take the empty propane tank to the nearest gas station to refill the tank, and a reimbursement will be made to the guest.

- "My friends and I very much enjoyed our stay here! It was within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and other points of interest. Parking was very easily located in the back and check-in was super easy. There were some small spots/stains on the upholstered furniture that could've been better taken care of, however I informed the owner, and they said they would make sure it would be taken care of which is much appreciated! We would absolutely stay here again!"

(Please note: the kitchen is set up with the basics but does not include a dishwasher.) At the back of the house, the primary bedroom and full bathroom provide a private, restful space to recharge.

This carefully-designed space features a cozy queen bed with blackout curtains in the bedroom and a convenient sofa bed in the living room (sleeps a total of up to 3 adults). Guests can relax in a comfortable living area, cook in a fully-appointed kitchen, or freshen up in the modern bathroom with a luxury walk-in shower. There is a dedicated workspace for a variety of travel needs. A washer and dryer is available for use with detergent provided. This is a newly constructed 1 bedroom apartment above our detached garage. You will have your own separate keyless entrance and dedicated parking space. From the parking pad there are 2 steps up to the entrance and an interior flight of stairs with a railing.

There is a 42" Samsung Smart TV on full-motion TV mount, with Netflix available for viewing. Other streaming apps are available to use via the Roku platform, with your own user account.

A Keurig, French Press, and Pour Over coffee brewers are available with assorted K-cups, a reusable K-cup for grounds, Starbucks coffee beans, and coffee filters. French vanilla creamer is available in the refrigerator. A spice/coffee grinder is available as well as filtered water from the refrigerator.

Adult hybrid bicycles and helmets are available upon request for those wanting to explore the city or nearby trails!

Laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are provided.

A sound machine is located in the bedroom nightstand.

Super comfortable queen bed in very clean and fantastic renovated historic house. About 1.5 miles from the center of the city - Monument Circle. About 2.5 miles from the convention center/Lucas Oil Stadium. Very easy access to anywhere downtown and the highway.
One Fur kid is allowed for a short stay and a small $20 fee - just please let me know what your animal is.

We do not offer laundry in the house - but you are welcome to use laundry for free in my rental next door.
This room does not have a closet - as I store my linens in there. I do my best to plan ahead not to go in while a guest is here - and if necessary, I will definitely give you a heads up!
