- "The place we stayed was great. It was in very good condition and had all the things you would expect out of an apartment. The beds were nice and fully stocked, bathrooms were very new and clean. You were roughly a 5-10 minute Lyft ride from any attractions in the city, and a ~20 minute ride to the airport. I would definitely suggest getting a ride instead of walking. The only complaint about the property itself was the temperature differential. It felt like the upstairs bedrooms were a good 10-15 degrees warmer than the living room down below."

Some Unique features are your own Porch with front door lock box self-check-in access. You have fast Wi-Fi and a Roku TV with Netflix & Hulu. The living room is spacious with high ceilings and beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The full kitchen has a new gas grill top cast iron stove. We also provide cookware, dishes, & utensils for all of our great guests. Our private parking lot is designated for our guests and is free. It is located directly behind the apartment & will hold a minimum of 4 cars.

Guest Access:
Once you have secured your reservation you'll check in after 4 p.m. with the given 4 digit code provided to you. Only you will have full access to the apartment for the extent of your reservation. You also have access to the private parking directly behind the apartment.

Our neighborhood is quite and has mostly families and grandparents as neighbors.

Getting Around:
You may use Uber or Lyft or Taxi. Getting a rental car would also give you the best access to all of what Indy has to offer. Also taking the Bus which has a stop on the main street before turning into the neighborhood our apartment is located.

You also have fast and easy self check in so you may come at the best time that suits you and your travel needs, no need to check in with me. Beautiful upstairs Loft with Bunk bed that has a twin and full size futon, loft also has a cozy dormer back window area, good for reading or working. The bathroom has a nice size jetted tub with shower, towels, soaps and anything else you might need. Kitchen has a stove / over, blender, dishes and silverware, along with pots and pans for cooking needs. The Building is located in Downtown Indianapolis between the Wholesale District and Upper Canal neighborhoods to the North and South, and Irvington and White River. The heavily residential neighborhood boasts restaurants, bars and a large grocery store. There seems to be bit of everything to suit a wide variety of tastes when it comes to entertainment, food and culture.

Getting Around:
This is a drive-able location in Downtown Indianapolis. “The Indianapolis Cultural Trail” – 8 miles of urban bike and pedestrian corridors linking Indy’s Six Cultural Districts with neighborhoods, IUPUI, and every single arts, cultural, heritage, sports and entertainment venue downtown – is within blocks from the building. “Pacers Bike Share” has bike rentals along the trail. “IndyGo” is Indy’s Public Transit bus service; Route 8 takes you to and from the Indianapolis International Airport. “BlueIndy” is an all-electric car share with charging stations throughout the city and at the airport.
