This is a HUGE studio apartment with a comfy queen bed right in the heart of downtown Des Moines is stocked with all the necessities to make for an great stay! The studio apartment is HUGE, it feels more like a 1 bedroom with all the closet space, large bathroom, complete with washer & dryer. Industrial urban decor, super comfy bed, the perfect place to enjoy a weekend (or longer) in downtown DSM! The apartment is located in the newly renovated R&T Lofts building. Very cool "hang out" areas scattered throughout the building for all guests to use.

Other things to note
You can't get more centered in downtown Des Moines than this apartment. You're a minute's walk from the Court Ave district AND Wells Fargo Arena AND the Civic Center AND the Sculpture park district. The building has access to the skywalk, so even when the weather is bad, you can walk to all of the important places in downtown. Hello Marjorie - one of Des Moines's hottest cocktail bars is just outside the elevator - in the same building.

First you will enter the living room where you will hang your coat in the coat closet which is also where your cleaning supplies and first aid kit is stored. Then you will relax on the comfortable sectional couch, put your drink on the round glass top coffee table or the accent table and turn on the 55 inch Smart TV. You will be surrounded in boho decor, comfortable pillows, a throw blanket.
~Kitchen~
Just off of the living room is a eat-in dining area off of the kitchen. Here you will find everything you need to cook a delicious meal including pots, pans, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee essentials, mugs, coffee maker, and toaster. A nice pantry area is tucked away for food storage. Next to the refrigerator is the in-unit laundry.

In the hallway is the bathroom with plenty of room for storage and bathroom essentials.

Here you will find a comfortable queen bed on a bamboo bed frame with as many pillows as you need for a restful night, surrounded by two bamboo nightstands and two dimmable lamps. In the corner is a large full-length mirror and opposite is a vanity/desk area. Lastly, the walk-in closet is stocked with a hair dryer, extra linens and towels as well as hanger and a laundry bin.
