- "The Elms was a perfect get-away spot for a January weekend! The accommodations were lovely and the staff were amazing. Special shout out to Mary at the check in desk for managing the difficulties we experienced with our Expedia reservation. Also, Erin, our server at The Three Owls, was outstanding. The room was clean but the leather bench in our room had a tear and large black spot on it. For the price of the room would expect no real flaws. The spa told me they are booked 6-8 weeks out for massage and other services but very unclear from the site I booked on how to proceed with booking services. LOVE that checkout is not until noon so you can truly relax and not be rushed out or have to get up early. "
