The house is built on 3 levels and can be split into three self-contained luxury apartments, one on each level.

Enjoy a gorgeous front deck with views of the Kauffman center and downtown and is perfect for enjoying your evening cocktails.

A grand Victorian staircase complete with Chandelier greets you in the foyer on the first floor.

A 3 King sized bedroom and 2 full bathroom luxury apartment with incredible historic charm will wow you on the first floor. Light the gas fireplace and enjoy a glass of wine during the winter months in the Parlor. Or soak in the clawfoot tub for that feeling of total luxury.

We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

The charge for returning lost items (that fits in a standard envelope) is $40. We DO NOT keep, and will not return lelt over food, alcohol, or anything that is disposable. Always do a full property sweep before you check out at 10:00am.

Guests love our property and we know you will too! There are three units on our 3.5 acres. The House sits facing the street, the guesthouse is set back to the left and the Studio just past the guesthouse. There is plenty of parking as well as a large backyard area surrounded by nature, 2 fire pits to gather for s’mores and a quarter mile walking trail, it’s a perfect place to relax and recharge in this tucked away wooded property of ours! Yet, hop in your vehicle, and you are just a couple blocks from the highway that takes you straight into downtown, only 20 minutes and you are at the Plaza, Westport, Crossroads Art district, Power and Light. 15 minutes to both stadiums. And minutes to so much more!
House has 5 bedrooms (sleeps up to 13). Rm 1- King bed. Rm 2- queen bed. Rm 3- queen bed and futon, these 3 rooms are on the main floor. Upstairs is Rm 4- queen bed. Rm 5- queen bed and daybed (2 twins). 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, as well as washer and dryer are all in the house.
Adjacent from the house is the newly remodeled “barn”, now Guesthouse, we call the units the Loft and Bungalow, each of these units has 2 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6) both with queen beds and futons and 2 full bathrooms with kitchenette areas.
When you stay with us you get the extra bonus of a unique space we call the Studio, it can host small gatherings: baby showers, poker nights. Large open floor plan, large shower area with bathroom and kitchenette area with full size refrigerator. 2 wall mounted smart TV’s with hdmi for easy access to upload your personal slideshow for your event. The Studio is also able to host an overnight stay with its hidden queen cabinet bed and queen air mattresses (sleeps up to 6).
All in all the property can sleep up to 25 guests.
Other things to note
At the back of the house past the kitchen we have a storage room where we may need to get into at times, we definitely want you as guests to know that we will be quick and quite if we get into the storage room, which we always use the private entry from the back deck to enter and never come past the door to the kitchen. Thank you!
One more thing to note when staying at the Restoration Estate: the back yard open area and walking trail are our property, but the pond and anything just left of the studio and studio patio past the tree line is the church property and is off limits and considered trespassing by the church.
