1. There is paid 2 hr parking on the street M-F from 7am-6pm. Rate is .25cents per 15 minutes. 2. There is paid parking on the lot next to the building. It is the 2nd driveway past the front door. The sign to the entrance says MIDCON MNGMT- PERMIT PARKING ONLY. There is a sign under the tree with a QR Code. You can pay for parking by scanning the QR code, entering your license plate number. You can choose an hourly option or per 24hrs for $10.00. There is usually plenty of parking.
3. Downtown Central Library garage is on 10th St. and Baltimore. They charge by the hour with a max of $10 per day. Address to the library is 14 West 10th St.

- "The property was centrally located to the Christmas activities we enjoyed -- plays, lights, restaurants. The covered parking was a big plus for us. The apartment was very spacious and equipped with items we normally use. And it was reasonably priced. Indicated a “twin bed in the common space” so I had assumed that the couch had a pull out but it did not. There was a blowup mattress but no linens or blankets. We liked our stay but had to hit up Walmart to buy stuff for our stay that should have been provided (silverware, paper towels, bedding). If you only need to sleep 4 and are planning to eat out for all your meals, it is great. Honestly, $30 is all you need to make this a great place for the 6 person capacity indicated in the listing. The dog in apt 201 next door woke us up barking at 3am every morning. That totally sucked. In general, everything was clean on the surface but the vinyl floors in the unit trap a lot of dirt that is hard to clean. It was apparent that the unit had been cleaned before we arrived but all my white socks are dark brown after walking around in the unit without shoes on."

- "We were all particularly enamored with the decor and the attention to detail. We had everything we needed plus more. Everything was easy to access and clean. Though the water pressure was very low at times, we figured this was intermittent and made due. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings. All in all, though the property is in a marginal neighborhood, we liked that this was not your run of the mill VRBO. My one comment that may be helpful to others is that although the two bedroom arrangement with king sized beds is excellent for two couples, it is inaccurate to suggest that this property comfortably sleeps 6; particularly not for three couples. Even our 10 and 11 year old granddaughters could not begin to sleep on the small fold out sofa located in the master bedroom. One child, yes, but not two and certainly not two adults making four adults in the same bedroom. I would suggest that this unit sleeps 4 adults and one child. Thankfully, our granddaughters were comfortable sleeping on the couches in the living room. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and we would stay again."

An almost 100 year old building in the center of the Midtown area of Kansas City Missouri. The neighborhood is named the Olde Hyde Park Historical District. We are centrally located for the Country Club Plaza, Westport entertainment district, the Power and Light District and City Market district. We are one block off of Main Street and a direct bus route to Union station To the North and the Brookside and Waldo area to the South. The free light rail system can be picked up at Union station and taken all the way through power and light down to the city market. The Kansas City convention center and many of the city's concert Venues can be accessed this way or with a $6 Uber ride. This includes the Sprint Center. Night clubs and restaurants surround The location.

Guest have access to their complete apartments. This includes a large room of living space containing the bed, couch, and dining table. There is a small closet for storing suitcases & such. Off of the hallway is a bathroom containing the original cast iron claw foot tub. On the other side of the hallway is a large walk in closet. We welcome you to our 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom home to enjoy during your short-term and/or long-term stay.

The home is located on the 1st level (Basement Level) of the duplex, the basement will not have access to the main level. You will have access to the back yard during the stay to utilize the seating area & grill.

The home is fully equipped whether you are traveling for business or just getting away. This unit of the home still has some make-up needed, which means the appearance of the unit may not be for everyone and some repairs are planned for the future. In the meantime, we have opened the unit as it is perfect for someone looking for an affordable stay in the area and don't mind the cosmetic things.

Quarterly, we perform pest control on the home to help prevent pest but we know that some common insects may still get away. (Spiders, Stink Bugs, Fly's and Ants)

We are consistently updating our home and always attempt to finish the updates before each stay. Please excuse any mess we may have during these updates.

Home is a Duplex style home. 1st Level(Basement level) This unit has a bit of work needed still, but as we do updates consistently we still want our guest to have accommodations. In between stays we work to improve the unit consistently but we have lowered the rates for the unit to accommodate our guest for the come needed improvements.
