We have a medium sized dog that may be hanging out in the enclosed backyard occasionally. She may bark and growl at strangers but she is enclosed in her own space.

Access to the apartment has a flight of steps leading to and from the lower level. There is an informal walkout entrance/exit from the walkout patio, allowing guests to avoid the stairs if desired.

Other things to note
This unit is not handicap accessible. There is a flight of approximately 18 or 20 stairs to the lower-level apartment. Additionally, there are two steps to reach the exterior entrance door where you put the entrance code, and another step to enter.

Our unit is located on the second floor of an apartment building and is accessible by a flight of stairs—please note that there is no elevator.

This is a safe, family-friendly neighborhood with open parking available right outside the unit. As in any shared community, we recommend keeping personal belongings secure and avoiding leaving valuables in your vehicle.

As part of an apartment complex, you may occasionally hear noise from neighbors throughout the day. For your comfort, we provide white noise machines and earplugs. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, please keep this in mind when booking.
