It’s located in the heart of historic Ozark, MO just steps away from the square, local shops, and restaurants. There are trails, fishing, and the ever so popular Finley River Park all within walking distance. The unit has smart TVs in the bedrooms and living room. The high-speed WiFi lets you stream your favorite app form any TV, while working remotely without any delay! The unit has its own stacked washer/dryer. The kitchen comes equipped with a range stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, pots/pans, silverware, plates, bowels, cups, knives, and cutting board. Everything you need to make a delicious home cooked meal! The front door has a digital keypad for contactless check in. There are 4 high-definition security cameras outside the duplex for your safety that are equipped with an alarm and 911 services. - "The duplex was small and cozy. Bed was comfy. It was very clean and well kept. We had to cut our stay a night short because of flooding in the area but the duplex was a delight! Beautiful loft located in the Historic River District, downtown Ozark, Mo. The old Bruton drug store built in the late 1800's, was in need of alot of renovation when it was purchased in 2012 from the Bruton family. The now" Market House Cafe" unfortunately is closed and is now a venue for private dinners and gatherings is in the downstairs space, and, upstairs, the place where Dr Bruton once performed surgery, is now 2 beautiful lofts.
The Lofts are nestled in the heart of Ozark"s Charmimg downtown square, surrounded by the old County Court House, many beautiful boutiques, hair salons, and restaurant's. Picturesque
and Bustling by day, quiet and sleepy at night. A glimpse of what Mayberry might look like today.
The Finley River runs through town at the downtown exit where the city park is.
Ozark is surrounded by the Ozark mountains, the Mark Twain National Forrest, many lakes, rivers, hiking and outdoor adventures.

A bustling area by day, but quite and sleepy by night.
Built in the late 1800s, the building was extensively remodeled from 2012 to 2014, keeping the old time charm , but enhancing comfort and beauty. A comfy queen size bed, fully equiped kitchen, modern shower, surrounded by the natural brick walls. Very large screen tv, DVD player and Net flix is available, along with wifi. The wifi code is listed in the loft booklet.
Our city park is located on the banks of the Finley River, which is where a boat can be put in. There are lots of great rivers in the area, although they are typically slow moving, boat rentals are available.
Ozark is the County seat for Christian County.
It has seen emense growth in the last 10 years.
Located in the Ozark Mountains, The Mark Twain National Forest backs up to Ozark and surrounds the area.
Great local hiking is at the Busick state park just 8 miles south of Ozark. Beautiful wild flowers and creeks a great place for mushroom hunting and observing wildlife it's a relaxing getaway.
Ozark is 20 Miles north of Branson, and just 6 miles south of Springfield,
Appx. 70 miles from Eureka Springs , Ark.

The downtown Historic River District (HRD) is a member of the Missouri Main Street Association with the historic downtown square and Finley River as its central features. The HRD is a charming historic downtown with access to trails, a river walk, many restaurants from casual to fine dining, and a coffee shop at the Ozark Mill Finley Farms. Thursday afternoons offer a farmers market during the months of May through September, fall craft shows, and easy access to Branson and Springfield.

And just walking distance from the loft is a yummy little bakery, our favorite Mexican restaurant, delicious coffee, a salon, museum, a gazebo with seating around it and lots of boutique shopping for you to check out!
