Note: the wifi signal being weak also means there is no TV because it's a Roku and needs an internet connection to work..Another issue is that the water is gross. I thought someone had left pee, but the bowl was just dyed from the yellow water. The water has sediment and smells metallic. The pressure is not very consistent. Luckily that prospective buyer was able to tell me the place is on well water! (He plans to switch it to city water, so hopefully this complaint is irrelevant in the future.) This would have been nice to know in advance..Last complaint is the communication with the host is not great. There's a phone number for urgent needs, so I guess I should have called, but I expected an answer to a text within a few business hours; that seems reasonable to me?? It's managed by a big company, so that's probably why they dgaf.All that said, overall it was a fine place to stay a couple days if you don't mind the water. Small and cute. Convenient enough location. AC is window units and is loud; cool the place before going to bed and use the fan overnight!"

- "First, there was a very nice view from the balcony, but also could be seen from the couch inside. There were nice local magazines and coupons of various activities. Nicely decorated. I would suggest having a map/guide for both pools (because there is also a 3rd pool but for a different set of condos) and trash disposal locations for this complex; although there is a directional sign upon entry it wasn't easily noticeable for us until we took a walk around the complex. This place is really close to a couple restaurants and a store. There was minor issue I reached out to the host and she quickly responded. It was great that this was so close to Dogwood Canyon and that we didn't need to go into Branson for lodging. "

- "Beautiful property inside and out! Serene location away from the hustle and bustle of Branson, but close enough to all the great entertainment venues the area has to offer. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Our unit had everything you need. We were so relaxed and the bed was very cozy, we slept so soundly! We loved having coffee in the morning on the deck staring in awe at Tablerock Lake and at the beautiful boats passing by. In the evening after a day of adventure, we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub along with the beautiful views of the lake and staring up at the stars! The properties around were all beautiful and people were very friendly. We drove to Eureka Springs one day and headed to the Buffalo River to kayak another day. Our last day we went to Joe Bald Park and swam in the lake. That evening we went to LakeTime Bistro, the ribeye was very good and we had great service. We also went to Big Bouy’s for an awesome burger and a beer after coming back from Eureka Springs. Christene and Scott were awesome hosts!! Christene was wonderful to reach out to. She was always on top of it when we needed her assistance. We would definitely come back and stay here! God’s Beauty!!!"

- "We arrived late and it was very dark and hard to see, I would recommend more lighting and better markings on the building. The A/C didnt seem to work too well, but that could also be because of the giant gap at the bottom of the door. We rolled up a towel to put at the door to keep critters out and air in. My boyfriends pillow case was dirty. The last night there we woke up to the ceiling leaking in the middle of the night. Water poured in around the kitchen light and smoke detector for a solid 20 min. We spent over an hour cleaning and dealing with the issue."

- The seasonal community pool is open between Memorial Day weekend and September 30th
- A starter amount of supplies is provided, including trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests will need to bring any additional items they may need beyond that
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the corner of the restaurant facing the pool area. Camera 2 is on the walkway to the dock facing the dock. Camera 3 is on the front of the restaurant facing the front entrance. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
