- "nice" - "Online it talked about the gorgeous view from the room sooo we were surprised when it was a basement room and we could only see the yard and trees not really a "view"! This unique and inviting space features a spacious King bed and a comfortable living area, ideal for relaxing after a fun-filled day in Branson. The loft offers a private and quiet setting. Please note, this unit requires three flights of stairs to access, providing an elevated escape for your stay.

The Den – A Shared Space for Entertainment and Relaxation:
The Den is a shared common area designed for all guests at The Bradford to enjoy. Spend time with family and friends playing pool or shuffleboard. Relax in the additional seating areas, or gather around the large TV with streaming capabilities for some shared entertainment.

Room 15 is up 7 stairs on the front of the building. There is a fridge, microwave, keurig, with coffee provided. You walk into a queen room. There is a door to the other queen room that closes and a jack and jill bathroom. The bathroom shower and toilet stall is a bit tight in our vintage 1958 building so keep that in mind. If you’re looking for a really nice value this is it!! You have full access to the back yard area with a creek.

The space
Room 15 is on the front of the building up seven stairs. It’s a two bedroom suite with a jack and Jill bathroom. It sleeps four guests and has a door that closes between the two rooms for privacy. The shower and toilet area are a little tight in our quaint 1958 building so keep that in mind. This is a really great room for the value!! You can walk to historic Downing Street where there are restaurants etc. We are only one mile from the Branson landing/downtown Branson as well.

You have access to the whole back yard area. There is plenty of seating. There are yard games, two fire pits, pickle ball, basketball, volleyball, an outdoor grilling area, on site coin laundry, kayaks, and the creek!

The building is located on 2 acres of wooded area walking distance to the strip. There's total of 35 Condos and that building which 24 of them are ground level access

Marijuana smoking on property is forbidden. We do have cigarette smoking sections that are designated so please ask at the time of check-in.

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently under construction on the exterior of the building with many upgrades being done. The indoor pool may be difficult to access at times due to the construction.

Stay the winter for $2000 a mth. This comfortable condo is very close to the strip but is far enough away for peace. Pools, hot tub, sauna, & jacuzzi are available as well. We have comfortable beds, streaming tvs, and a nicely equipped kitchen. The full bathrooms are conveniently located for private access from each bedroom. The strip is a short hop away where there are stores and family activities galore. Come have some family fun! We allow up to two dogs under 30 lbs. that are non-shedding.

There is a roomy kitchen that is open to the living room area with the two bedrooms off of there. One bedroom has easy access to the main bathroom and the master bedroom has an en-suite.

There is bedding for the sleeper couch under the wet bar in the living room.

We allow up to two dogs under thirty pounds that are hypoallergenic . Please do not allow pets on furniture and beds. Extra cleaning fees will apply if needed.

Our TVs are smart TVs, they are set up for your streaming pleasure so be sure to bring your passwords for any subscriptions that you have. No local channels are available.
