Our Lakehouse is close to restaurants, parks, art and culture (Walton Arts Center, Crystal Bridges, Eureka Springs, Branson, MO. etc.), and you can't get any closer to Beaver Lake! Our place is great for couples and families (with kids). You get the entire bottom apartment to yourselves! (Separate entrance)
Jina and Richard live in the top apartment and will be available to host your stay.
We can even offer you access to our kayaks and row boat or bring your own power boat (Beaver lake is 44 square miles of pristine water with almost 500 miles of scenic shoreline).
You get the entire bottom apartment which has it's own entrance and walks out to a level grass area only a few steps from the lake.
Be assured that we sanitize and disinfect before and after every stay!
This bottom level has 3 bedrooms, 1 Bath (tub, sink toilet and towels supplied) a newly renovated kitchen which is stocked with dishes, flatware, cooking pots/pans/utensils and coffee pot and a laundry room. You also have access to your own deck, table and chairs.
We have a big grassy area between the house and the lake with a fire pit and tree swing.
We have some water floats which you can use in the lake as well as fishing poles, kayaks and an aluminum rowboat with oars which you are free to use and explore the lake.
We're located on a quiet cove with bluffs and very little boat traffic. You are minutes from Horseshoe Bend Marina and open lake areas.
Our home is not far from the historic "Pyramids" submerged amphitheater.
The old resort town was submerged under the lake in 1966 when the dam was constructed. You can explore any above water structures that were not flooded back in 1966 which include the hotel tower, a historic site.
We provide parking for two vehicles. Since we are outside of the city limits, you are able to book a cab or Uber if you don't want to drive into town which is actually only 15 minutes away.
If you have a boat, there is a ramp only a few hundred yards down the road which you can put in, and then either pull onto shore behind our house or easily moor a few feet off shore behind the house for easy access.

Beaver Lake Get-A-Way is within walking distance (approx 1 mile) to Prairie Creek Marina with a boat launch, restaurant, live bait and swim area. Boat rentals are also available. The north end of Beaver Lake is known for its good water and great boating. Bring your bass boat, ski boat or personal water craft and see what a wonderful lake it is.

There isn't a more convenient location if you want to take advantage of the more than 28,000 acres of fresh water and 487 miles of shoreline that Beaver lake offers. While you are home enjoy the peaceful setting and relax in our 2 bedroom 1 bath guesthouse. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and incredibly comfortable Helix King mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the living room a sleeper sofa with pull out queen bed to sleep up to 6 people total. This approximately 525 square foot, one-bedroom apartment is the first floor of our 3-floor home on a bluff overlooking Beaver Lake. There are two windows - one in the living area, one in the bedroom, and you have a lakeview from each window--that's from the bed and from the futon sofa.
There are sliding barn doors (not pictured, we put them on after the pictures were taken) to give privacy to the bedroom.
This space is ideal for a couple or small family staying 2 days or more, or guests wanting to cook their own meals. (For single occupants or couples staying just a night or two, also check out my other listing linked in my profile.)
The 6'x20' deck is an awesome place to hang out and we light it up at night with overhead string lights. We live on top of a hill, but the entire porch area is fenced in, so kids won't toddle out.
Though small, there is a full kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, essential gadgets, dishes, utensils and silverware, as well as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, stove and refrigerator with ice maker. We also have cooking spray, salt, pepper, foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, and the like.

- "We were in town for a relative's baby shower and the apartment was everything we needed: well-decorated, comfortable, quiet, close to shopping and restaurants. There's a bit of a process to get the key, get parked and get to the unit but understandable considering the layout. Nothing that should deter you from booking. It would have been nice to have some spices in the kitchen so take note if you plan to cook. Overall, great stay and we will definitely book again!"
