Our Lakehouse is close to restaurants, parks, art and culture (Walton Arts Center, Crystal Bridges, Eureka Springs, Branson, MO. etc.), and you can't get any closer to Beaver Lake! Our place is great for couples and families (with kids). You get the entire bottom apartment to yourselves! (Separate entrance)
Jina and Richard live in the top apartment and will be available to host your stay.
We can even offer you access to our kayaks and row boat or bring your own power boat (Beaver lake is 44 square miles of pristine water with almost 500 miles of scenic shoreline).
You get the entire bottom apartment which has it's own entrance and walks out to a level grass area only a few steps from the lake.
Be assured that we sanitize and disinfect before and after every stay!
This bottom level has 3 bedrooms, 1 Bath (tub, sink toilet and towels supplied) a newly renovated kitchen which is stocked with dishes, flatware, cooking pots/pans/utensils and coffee pot and a laundry room. You also have access to your own deck, table and chairs.
We have a big grassy area between the house and the lake with a fire pit and tree swing.
We have some water floats which you can use in the lake as well as fishing poles, kayaks and an aluminum rowboat with oars which you are free to use and explore the lake.
We're located on a quiet cove with bluffs and very little boat traffic. You are minutes from Horseshoe Bend Marina and open lake areas.
Our home is not far from the historic "Pyramids" submerged amphitheater.
The old resort town was submerged under the lake in 1966 when the dam was constructed. You can explore any above water structures that were not flooded back in 1966 which include the hotel tower, a historic site.
We provide parking for two vehicles. Since we are outside of the city limits, you are able to book a cab or Uber if you don't want to drive into town which is actually only 15 minutes away.
If you have a boat, there is a ramp only a few hundred yards down the road which you can put in, and then either pull onto shore behind our house or easily moor a few feet off shore behind the house for easy access.

Beaver Lake Get-A-Way is within walking distance (approx 1 mile) to Prairie Creek Marina with a boat launch, restaurant, live bait and swim area. Boat rentals are also available. The north end of Beaver Lake is known for its good water and great boating. Bring your bass boat, ski boat or personal water craft and see what a wonderful lake it is.

There isn't a more convenient location if you want to take advantage of the more than 28,000 acres of fresh water and 487 miles of shoreline that Beaver lake offers. Fishing and water sports don't get any better. While you are home enjoy the peaceful setting and relax in our 2 bedroom 1 bath guesthouse. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and incredibly comfortable Helix King mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the living room a sleeper sofa with pull out queen bed to sleep up to 6 people total. This approximately 525 square foot, one-bedroom apartment is the first floor of our 3-floor home on a bluff overlooking Beaver Lake. There are two windows - one in the living area, one in the bedroom, and you have a lakeview from each window--that's from the bed and from the futon sofa.
There are sliding barn doors (not pictured, we put them on after the pictures were taken) to give privacy to the bedroom.
This space is ideal for a couple or small family staying 2 days or more, or guests wanting to cook their own meals. (For single occupants or couples staying just a night or two, also check out my other listing linked in my profile.)
The 6'x20' deck is an awesome place to hang out and we light it up at night with overhead string lights. We live on top of a hill, but the entire porch area is fenced in, so kids won't toddle out.
Though small, there is a full kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, essential gadgets, dishes, utensils and silverware, as well as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, stove and refrigerator with ice maker. We also have cooking spray, salt, pepper, foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, and the like.

- "Clean, neat and great location. Check-in a little confusing, but overall good experience " - "So to start off with what they don't tell you is that there is a ton of paperwork that they want you to fill out that you don't get a refund if you don't fill it out. Which includes personal information that you do not want to give an individual like driver's license social security cards things like that for every single person that you have there no matter what. So if someone comes over and has dinner with you or picks you up and like comes in and hangs out maybe watches a movie they're going to have to fill out all these paperworks too. I had to reach out to the house multiple times to get information regarding check-in. This complex actually is very hard to get around The lock box is completely on the other side of the building you have no idea how to get to the unit It takes about a 9 minute walk every 2 ft there is another key stop door to go through just everything about it was very inconvenient in that sense. Also there is no streaming service whatsoever So if you actually want to watch TV or do any of those things here you have to log into all of your accounts. The unit itself is very pretty, the location also is very nice. But as soon as I seen all the forms I needed to fill out I really wish I could cancel and get my money back. I felt completely nervous the entire time I was there to the point where I even cleaned everything before I left ran the dishes did the towels like all of these things because the paperwork literally made me so afraid 2 leave anything out"

This private suite is located behind a small Real Estate office in one of the coolest districts in NWA, and surrounded by lots of amazing shops. Enjoy free parking, a year round heated pool, gym, office space & outdoor patio, all included with your stay. The space
The apartment is tastefully decorated and very cozy, the perfect launching point for your travels in NW Arkansas. It is minimally decorated with a mix of trendy and timeless art and furnishings, and big sunny windows that will leave you feeling fresh and relaxed after your vacation.

The main bedroom has a plush queen bed and plenty of closet space to store your luggage for both short and long trips! The living room has a comfortable sofa, it's the perfect spot for a movie! We make sure to keep extra cozy blankets stocked.

There is a bathroom located off the living room with a shower, washer/dryer, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a few extra toiletries that you might have forgotten to pack. (**this is an older house, so shower head sits a bit low, may not be ideal for very tall individuals.**)

The kitchen is organized and ready for cooking with all the essentials, and we have snacks and a k-cup coffee maker with coffee, hot tea, and cocoa available. Just off the Kitchen is a unique breakfast area in the turret of the house.

This historic home has been turned into three separate one-bedroom apartments, complete with their own kitchens and laundry rooms! Your apartment is #1 which is located through the original front door at the front of the house.

Guests will have the apartment to themselves and are welcome to enjoy the shared yard around the house. One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower, a fully stocked kitchen (Help yourselves to any snacks and coffee!), and a comfortable living room and dining area.

Other things to note
COVID19- During this uncertain time, we have increased our cleaning and sanitizing practices for the safety of all our guests.
While we do our best to provide essentials (Toilet Paper, Shower soap, Shampoo, Etc.) We cannot guarantee these items due to shortages in stores. Sheets, bedding and towels will always be provided and we will do our best to keep the units fully stocked.

PET FEE - Please note that our apartment is pet friendly, but we do charge a $20 per night pet fee. Your pets also need to be kenneled when you are not with them inside the home. Please let us know if you are bringing any pets with you for your stay, thanks!

The space
This approximately 525 square foot, one-bedroom apartment is the first floor of our 3-floor home on a bluff overlooking Beaver Lake. There are two windows - one in the living area, one in the bedroom, and you have a lakeview from each window--that's from the bed and from the futon sofa.
There are sliding barn doors (not pictured, we put them on after the pictures were taken) to give privacy to the bedroom.
This space is ideal for a couple or small family staying 2 days or more, or guests wanting to cook their own meals. (For single occupants or couples staying just a night or two, also check out my other listing linked in my profile.)
The 6'x20' deck is an awesome place to hang out and we light it up at night with overhead string lights. We live on top of a hill, but the entire porch area is fenced in, so kids won't toddle out.
Though small, there is a full kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, essential gadgets, dishes, utensils and silverware, as well as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, stove and refrigerator with ice maker. We also have cooking spray, salt, pepper, foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, and the like.
**EXTRAS** If an incredibly stylish and comfortable space in a beautiful natural setting with lakeview isn't enough to convince you that our place is an amazing value, let me sweeten the pot - literally! Check out our COMPLIMENTARY EXTRAS:

We do have one other guest room, so we must coordinate the use of fire pit, washer/dryer, kayaks, canoe, fishing gear, bikes and annual pass with other guests.

If you're a single person or a couple planning a short stay and planning to eat out (can get by on a mini fridge and microwave), consider our other listing on the second floor. It's got a better view and has more of a boutique feel in a smaller space - bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet and sunroom with views for miles. It's adjacent to our main living space, so you may hear a little more house noise, but it also has a private entrance. It's generally more affordable than this apartment because it's smaller and doesn't have a kitchen. Its called "Boutique Feel, Stunning Lakeview + free kayaks" on Airbnb and should be right next to this listing on the map.

Guest access
Yours exclusively: long gated/fence patio/porch, 525-square foot apartment (open floor plan living, dining, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom). Shared spaces are the laundry room on the second floor (ask us to grant you access), second floor front porch (if you want to sit and rock for a while from a slightly higher vantage point) and the yard with fire pit. The third floor is off-limits to guests. Please note this listing has no lake access and the closest access is not within walking distance. Kayaks must be transported by car.

Other things to note
While we're only 20 minutes from the edge of a metropolitan area with approx half a million in population, this location is remote and wild. You may see wildlife during your stay, both the kind that are amazing to see -- deer, fox, many birds, butterflies, armadillos, opossums, raccoons -- as well as the other kind -- wasps, bees, ants, and other bugs and maybe even a snake.

The space
I enjoy the coziness that this condo provides. Even though it is a guest suite, you still have your own privacy. The space is open with lots of natural light. It is very peaceful and quiet in the neighborhood. The backyard is fenced in with a private patio. At night it is peaceful to sit on the back porch and relax.
I also love the location of this condo, because it is in walking distance to the Historic Downtown Rogers area. "DTR," as the locals like to call it. DTR is a unique town for it’s history and the recent new developments.

You have your own private entrance in the front and the back of the house. The Airbnb entrance is on the left side of the house. This is also where parking is located. There is enough space for two cars.

The space
This beautiful, spacious loft apartment is just far away from everything to feel secluded but close enough to downtown Rogers and Beaver Lake to be convenient. The loft is above our garage (one flight of stairs) and has a kitchenette, eating area, TV room, bedroom with king bed, bathroom and a loft for additional guests or hanging out. The sofa also converts to a bed. It’s set up with everything you need for a weekend getaway or a long-term stay, including a washer and dryer. Welcome to our charming studio apartment! Up to 4 guests can stay in our private studio, located just 1.5 mi from Downtown Rogers. That puts you in easy biking distance of world-class coffee at Onyx's headquarters, local beer at Ozark Beer, and the Railyard Bike Park. Access greenway trails (1.5 mi) for farther attractions, such as the Walmart AMP (4.5 mi), downtown Bentonville (6.5 mi), or downtown Fayetteville (24.5 mi). Use this home-base to discover all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer!

The space
This studio apartment is above our detached 2-car garage. The door has a keypad so that you can enter and exit freely. There are two gravel parking spots available next to the building.

This space itself boasts a minimalist aesthetic with clean lines and a neutral palette, punctuated by navy and yellow accents. Its open-plan layout seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and living spaces.

The sleek navy-blue kitchenette is fully equipped for cooking, with utensils, pots, pans, stove-top, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, and freezer. The living area features chairs, a TV, and a cozy gray sofa with a pull-out bed. The bedroom area has a queen bed with a plush navy comforter, bed stands, and close access to electrical outlets.

Natural light floods in from skylights and several large windows and enhances the light-colored flooring, adding warmth to the space. The vaulted ceilings with recessed lighting create an airy and open feel. Unique elements like a sliding barn-style door and tasteful decor enhance its charm, making it a stylish yet homely retreat for travelers.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entirety of the studio apartment. It is completely detached from the rest of the house so that you can have complete privacy. You are also free to enjoy the back yard behind the garage if you want some outdoor time.

Other things to note
There is currently construction on the main road (Dixieland), but you can still pull into the front driveway from between the orange cones. You can also exit on the side street (Cypress) to go east.

Our lakefront home has a private walkout efficiency apartment with exceptional lake view from all windows and patio area that guests use privately. It includes a kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, basic utensils. There is a private bathroom with shower.

Guests can swim, kayak or fish off the shoreline. Public beaches are within a short distance by boat or car. Water level of lake varies throughout the season so shoreline may be muddy when water is high.

The space
Our home has walk off access to the lake. We are on a quiet cul de sac with minimal traffic. There is a public boat ramp within 2 miles on Highway 12. There are restaurants, a coffee shop and grocery stores a short driving distance on Highway 12 or in town of Rogers.
There is a private entrance with patio area. The door has keyless entry with code.

Guest access
Guests have direct walking access to Beaver Lake only 100 feet from their door! There is a private patio area, shared yard, and space in driveway to park 2 cars.

Children are welcome however, we have noted the safety concerns about being 'on the water' especially for young children. The water is zero depth entry at shoreline.

This fun and colorful apartment is perfectly designed for getaways in this crazy time! Set up for all your needs, whether that is extra room for sleeping, comfortable furnishings for chilling out, or storage for all your toys!

The apartment is tastefully decorated and very fun, great for any group large or small, and we especially love it for families! The apartment was renovated in 2018 and again in 2022 (after a long-term tenant moved out) with new flooring throughout, new big sunny windows, and an eclectic mix of modern and traditional furnishings that will leave you feeling fresh and relaxed after your vacation.

Both rooms have a comfy queen bed, and plenty of closet space to store your luggage for both short and long trips!

The living room has a comfy couch and Roku Smart TV ready for movie night. The kitchen is organized and ready for cooking, and we make sure to keep snacks and k-cup coffee stocked and ready! Check the cabinets and drawers- if we don't already have what you need I will get it for you! The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, along with shampoo, conditioner, and a few extra toiletries that you might have forgotten to pack.

If you have kiddos- let me know! We have High Chairs, Pack n Plays, Strollers, Babysitter Recs and more available! (These may not be in the unit, please ask if you need something. Only available based on availability and if arranged ahead of time)

Welcome to Milk Plant! Lovingly converted into living space, the old Carnation Milk Plant offers a cozy, unique, and industrial space for you to relax while visiting Northwest Arkansas. The main floor consists of one cozy bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and the living space.

The main floor bedroom has a queen sized bed and easy access USB ports for all your charging needs.

The Bathroom has a tub/shower combo with all the towels and toiletries you need to have a relaxing time.

The Kitchen has a retro fridge, induction stove top, microwave, and a fully loaded coffee bar.

The Living room has a smart TV, couch and two armchairs, and books available for guests to borrow.

The space
This upstairs 2 bedroom apartment is perfectly designed for comfortable and relaxing getaways in this crazy time. The apartment is set up for any (and every) need, whether that is space to relax after a long day hitting the trails, a cozy living space for enjoying a movie, or an outdoor space for chilling by the fire. It has a large footprint with tons of storage space, so it is ideal for families transitioning to/from the area as well as extended travellers.

Of all my Airbnb units, I personally think this is the most comfortable and relaxing (Check the other units- I don't say that in any of the other listings lol!)

This centrally located property has 4 spaces- 3 Airbnb properties and a garage accessed only by the owners of the property. (Need something else? We would be happy to show you the other units available!)

This building has two levels, a ground floor with a Studio Airbnb and a garage (not accessible to guests) and this space which is the entire upper level. Once in the apartment, the space is totally private and yours to enjoy!
There is also another 3 bedroom Airbnb Home on the same property- all share a HUGE and gorgeous 1/2 Acre yard.

As you walk up the stairs and into an enclosed patio, you'll start to notice the clean minimalist design, a calming color pallet, and thoughtful touches to make this the very best stay in NWA. Welcome!

Inside, you'll be welcomed by a huge living area with couches comfortable enough to chat for hours with old friends and a large Smart TV ready for the perfect movie night. This is the spot to unwind and enjoy time with your friends or family after a day exploring the Ozarks.

Just beyond is an open and organized kitchen- ready for cooking, drinking, and enjoying the perfect meal. Check the cabinets and drawers- if we don't already have what you need I will get it for you! We make sure to keep snacks and coffee (k cups) stocked and ready!
The large dining space is ready for a delicious meal or for finishing up any work projects you (unfortunately) had to bring along with you.

Both bedrooms are huge and feature a Queen bed with luxury cooling mattress toppers. Did I mention the closet space? Don't get lost!

Take advantage of the new front loading washer/dryer set tucked away in the main hallway. Laundry supplies are in the cabinets to make chores during vacay as easy as possible!

As if you don't already have enough living space, you can venture outside and enjoy a glass of wine on the private balcony (views aren't anything special, but the gorgeous Arkansas weather sure is) or a pint with friends on the backyard patio (or make new friends! The backyard is shared with the other two airbnb units). There is also a firepit in the middle of the yard, feel free to enjoy it on a cool fall night!

There is some potential for noise, we are very sensitive to our guests' needs and privacy, but we do use the garage for projects. We will always keep quiet after 10 pm.

For your comfort, we added window AC units, but there is no central air. There is central Heat!
