An additional bunkhouse (350 sq. ft) which sleeps 2+ is a great place to entertain children or teens. Chalet Retreat is situated on the shores of Beaver Lake on approximately 4 acres which provides for many fun and relaxing activities.

The master bedroom has a California King size bed w/ a purple mattress, 40" TV w/ Roku stick, DVD player ample closet and drawer space.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds and ample closet space.
There is a twin size bed in the laundry room as well w/ a closet so it can serve as a 3rd bedroom if needed.
The bunkhouse with a/c and heat is the perfect location for teens to hang out or other small private living quarters. It sleeps a full-size bed. It has a 55" Smart Roku TV and DVD player. A solid wall of windows gives you a spectacular view of the lake.
Outside the main cabin is a deck where you can sit for hours and enjoy the spectacular views and beautiful sunsets. On the deck is a gas or charcoal grill and a table and chairs for your convenience and pleasure.
Step in the backyard where an enclosed trampoline is located just waiting for hours of fun for the kids.

We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.
Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:
The dock CANNOT be used by guests under any circumstances. This is a very strict rule with the Army Corp and they enforce it.

The cabin is located in the quiet treetops of Beaver Lake offering an exceptional lakeview and just minutes from downtown Rogers and quick access to I-49 to explore Bentonville, Springdale, and Fayetteville. We are also only 15 miles to War Eagle Mill and 35 miles to Eureka Springs for a great day trip. The area also has many bike and hiking trails within a short drive.

You will love the benefits and convenience of our cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath tri-level 2000 sq ft. log home with the very best views of the Horseshoe Bend lake area! Feel right at home and enjoy the rustic setting as you relax and unwind. Looking for an “Unplugged” Get-away Vacation come true?!?
So many past guests have commented on how wonderful it is to have children, family and friends unplug and truly have an enormously wonderful time interacting “in the old-fashion way”! Little cell service, no Wi-Fi.

This cabin has easy access lake frontage on TWO sides! You can actually walk right out the lower-level doors to the two-tiered spacious deck, and down the deck steps and be right in the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing or simply relaxing on the water!

The spacious great room on the main level is all glass on three sides, with cathedral ceilings that give great views from every window. (The master bedroom/loft is just above the great room and enjoys these same great views!) There is a welcoming wood burning stove in the great room to take the edge off any chilly nights and two comfy leather couches with additional chairs for plenty of seating.

Whether opting to gather at the large dining table or eat at the kitchen bar (or use both) you’ll find plenty of room for meals for larger groups. The Kitchen is known for being extremely well supplied with all kinds of cooking equipment, utensils, etc. - this is NOT a bare bone set kitchen!

With 4 bedrooms (3 kings 1 queen) and two full bathrooms, situated on three levels, you will find plenty of space to stretch your legs and not be crowded.
This cabin sits at the water’s edge, surrounded by 145 secluded private acres of wilderness to explore.
It is well worth the drive and the outside world feels a million miles away. If you like counting stars at night, this is the place to stay.

**There is NO HUNTING allowed on this property!

**This cabin is located down 6 miles of gravel/dirt/rocky groomed county roads and right at the water's edge of Beaver Lake. And then ½ - ¾ miles driveway in after you go through the gate. This driveway is dirt/rock/wild grasses and can be rutted if we get a lot of rain in the days before your arrival. The homeowner does his best to keep this driveway graded, but we highly recommend an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicles, just in case, and DO NOT recommend taking a trailer down to the cabin. (Many 2-wheel drive vehicles make it just fine, but definitely NOT pulling a trailer.) There is a large meadow just left of the gate, INSIDE the property, where you can safely store your trailer.

**FIREWOOD for the outside Fire-pit or inside Wood stove is available. $95 for a "Cord", (plus tax). Please pre-order at least two weeks in advance.

Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers

This is a very rural area outside of Northwest Arkansas! Quiet and serene setting on 18 acres. You will see lots of wildlife so don't be surprised when you do and don't be afraid as wildlife won't typically hurt you if you're not threatening them. The last 1/2 mile is a gravel road so please be aware of that prior to booking.

You're welcome to bring ATVs, UTVs or drive your vehicle around the property. We just ask that you don't tear up the grass or damage any of the property with your vehicles. Also, explore the property at your own risk! We will not be held liable.

Pool will be heated from September 20- November 1, 2024 to 88 degrees. Pool is closed from November-March.

The bedrooms:

- "You’ll need a high clearance 4wd depending on condition w the driveway bc it’s very steep. Trail to water is amazing but can be tricky if your inured or not fit etc. I love these architects. Biggest downside was dealing with their 3rd party property manager “vacasa” was out Wi-Fi which means you’ll likely have poor cell signal too. Wasted hours trying to get Wi-Fi back up with terriiw service. This being said it will not deter me from renting here again. Love love love this property! Not so much vacasa…"

The hot water is from a new tankless propane heater so you will not run out of hot water if all of your guests are showering a lot. The kitchen is provided with all new double wide refrigerator, full size microwave/stove/cooktop so you can cook all you want to. We even included a full size washer, dryer and the laundry detergent so that you can wash all your towels and clothes as much as you need to. We are family friendly and we hope that you will enjoy our vacation cabin as much as we do!

This is a private home for you to enjoy located in a quiet neighborhood with mature trees and lots of privacy.
The open beamed cabin is uniquely decorated with the comforts of home. A beautiful rock fireplace is a lovely focal point containing a wood burning stove.
Comfy mattresses, luxury linens and fluffy or flatter pillows to choose from.
Bath linens are soft turkish cotton. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and kitchen ware to make our kitchen feel like your kitchen. It is stocked with spices, flour and sugar.
There is a washer and dryer. Guests enjoy a grill that is either gas or briquette on the back deck, we provide the gas you will need to bring briquettes.
Cabin and bunkhouse have wifi. We hope you enjoy! The owners are located near cabin so we are available when our guests need something.

If using a boat the cove is a no wake cove so please drive very slowly coming in and out of the cove. There are other docks in the cove and they don't like it when their docks go to bouncing. A rental agreement is required upon booking.

You'll drive down a gravel road to reach the home where there are several off-road parking spots. As you enter the home, you'll step into a cozy living room with lake views and a word-burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked and features an open-concept dining area that comfortably seats six.

The bedrooms:
(1) The main bedroom is downstairs and includes a queen bed with direct access to the bathroom.

On a dead end road, my home offers a semi private setting (only one close neighbor, he is awesome and keeps to himself) on 1.8 acres and 250 feet of shoreline(access to all depends on water level), a breathtaking lakefront view, short walk down to water(75 feet) to enjoy our “Beach" area that has been cleared for swimming, fishing, room to anchor your boat, use our Lilly pad or kayaks in our EXTREMELY quiet long cove. Queen bed in main bedroom, two full size in loft (separate bedrooms) and a sleeper sofa in living.

Prairie Creek Marina & Lost Bridge Marina offers boat rentals, bait and a boat ramp. They are 30 and 20 minutes away from my cabin.

Rogers is the closest town that offers anything you need, 20-25 min drive due to slow/curvy roads.

Note: We have well water, it is drinkable but I don’t. Please bring enough drinking/coffee water if you don’t want to drink it.

FREE We have three kayaks, Lilly Pad & a paddle board with paddles & life vests for your use. Cove & nearby coves very quiet with low population & no fast boats.

We are dog friendly but dog must be approved and a fee involved for extra cleaning/disinfecting. If approved, dog is not allowed on any furniture, blankets or bedding. If your dog accidentally does, please clean it all up before leaving. I have a vacuum, washer/dryer and all cleaning supplies there.

Please communicate accurate amount of people staying at the cabin as that determines our cleaning time. I do charge $10 extra each night for every person over 3 because of this reason. I do this to keep nightly rate lower for the couples that come alone.

Fully equipped lakefront cabin has a basement level master with a king bed, closet & tv with access to the covered patio on the basement level. The 2nd bedroom has a king & double bed, closet, and tv. These bedrooms share a full bath with shower. The main living is an upstairs area and is an open room with a comfortable living space, kitchen, bar & table, and laundry closet. A ladder takes you to the loft where there is a full bed. This area would not be good for small children. No hot tub

The space
The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need. It has a large covered upper deck with tables that seat 10 as well as additional rockers to sit and relax and enjoy the view even in the rain. We have a covered grilling area with a gas Weber grill that has a door directly to the eating area. Below is a covered/noncovered patio with TV and comfortable furniture. Unfortunately, we no longer offer a hot tub. We have 2 new 50 inch smart TVS in the living area and the master bedroom.
This is a lake front property with a private concrete path to lake (the concrete does end at the corp line). (You then will have to walk a very few feet on a cleared path to the dock). As most properties on Beaver Lake we are on a hill so coming back up is not for someone with mobility issues. You will have access to private swim platform which has 2 layout chairs with ladder for swimming. Our boat will be in the slip as we use it weekly so there is no actual slip available. Slip rentals are prohibited by the Corp of Engineers. This cabin is situated in the perfect location to go enjoy the water of north or south Beaver. We are on a deep water cove that is great for swimming and the dock is at the back of the Sugar Hollow Cove with very little boat traffic. We are also within minutes of Horseshoe Marina & Prairie Creek Marina (JJs on the Lake): Hwy 12 boat ramp is less than 5 minutes from the cabin, hiking trails, Hobbs State Park & War Eagle Mill and Cavern . Enjoy shopping & nightlife just 10 mins away in downtown Rogers. We are located about 45 minutes from the University of Arkansas.
Northwest Arkansas (NWA) is a mountain biker’s mecca. Good weather, active, community-driven cycling advocates, and a lifetime of trails of varying length, difficulty, and style keep riders busy. Think of Rogers, Arkansas as the hub, set in the center of the action with spokes heading to epic areas like Bentonville and Fayetteville. The Bathroom on the main floor is squeaky clean with an eye-pleasing, newly remodeled modern rustic theme and has a walk-in shower with a bench seat (Shampoo, Conditioner, & Body-Wash are provided), an extra-large sink, and great lighting.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook meals during your stay. Complimentary coffee and sugar are also included, accompanied by a coffee pot that makes up to 6 cups with coffee-press capabilities.

In The Living Room, you will find a comfortable sectional couch, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy sitting area next to an antique stove with some complementary firewood. There is also a bench-style dining table for eating or extra seating. Grab the memory foam bean bag and just chill and watch a movie.

Upstairs Loft has a comfy queen-size bed, a ½ bath, and a trundle with 2 twin beds. There is also a second flat-screen TV that has an HDMI hook-up for the kids’ gaming devices. You will also find a workspace that looks out at the large ‘A-frame window.

The Washer/Dryer is located in the basement and available for you to use if needed.

Outside the Deck has 2 separate seating areas: one is right out the back door and is perfect for a cozy morning coffee. Around the corner, you will find the hot tub, fire table with seating, and the BBQ grill.

Driveway - You can park 2 vehicles, or 1 vehicle with a boat trailer, in the upper driveway space and 2 vehicles in the lower space.

Follow the dirt road to a rugged trail to our hill top home, the view is worth the drive. 4x4 or SUV recommended but not required. From the bottom of the driveway to the top of the driveway at the entrance of the house it’s about 1000ft. We get Instacart deliveries all the time different types of vehicles make it just fine, if you drive slow the drive will not be as rough. Not suitable for motorcycles.

The small winding wooded road through Larue is like a step back in time. But, it's located just 20 minutes from Rogers and 30 minutes from Bentonville. Minutes from the Rocky Point Marina and 10 minutes from Prairie creek marina and restaurants.

You'll find glimpses of the lake through the trees as you make your way to this peninsula on Beaver Lake. As you pull into our peaceful lakeside retreat, you'll see a well maintained cottage and lake views. There is a circular gravel drive with lots of parking and a large shop/garage.

The home features 3 bedrooms with queen size beds.
Upon entry to the right you'll find a large bedroom with a walk-in closet, a private bath and a queen bed with a adjustable mattress that moves up, down, and massages!
The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and dresser and the third bedroom has a jack and Jill type bath/laundry walk through. It also has a queen log bed, beautiful views and a private door opening onto the deck.
Upstairs is open loft with a futon, flat screen tv and a private bath with shower.

The family room features a very cozy sectional couch, a large 72" flat screen tv and opens to the large kitchen/dining area.
In the kitchen you'll find newer appliances, a large table, lots of seating and beautiful pine wood work. There is no dishwasher, so get ready to wash if you like to cook! The kitchen is well stocked with all you'll need to cook up that fresh fish you'll be catching! The gas fireplace in the corner of the kitchen is a cozy spot to warm up after a day on the lake.

Outside you'll find a large deck area with plenty of seating and a massive swim spa that is heated year round! Just off the deck is a nice fire pit and a large lawn area that gently slopes down to the water and private dock.

Welcome to Cozy Posy! This unique cabin is TRULY a log cabin on the very top of a mountain and sits on nearly 18 acres! If you're looking for a quiet getaway to the woods then look no further. Come enjoy seclusion outside of the hustle and bustle of NWA. Feel free to roam the 18 acres that the cabin sits on or just relax on the large and brand new deck overlooking the pasture. You're sure to let all your worries go while you're at Cozy Posy!

The space
Upon arrival you will first be greeted by a gravel drive that does go up a steep hill but please don't be intimidated by this. We have never had access issues even with cars vs trucks. I assure you it will be worth the climb once you get to the top! As you reach the top you're greeted by a rustic sign pointing you to the left where Cozy Posy will be at the end of a dead end driveway.

As you arrive to the cabin you'll see that you're truly on TOP of the mountain and have beautiful views (particularly in the fall/winter) and are surrounded by a beautiful pasture and large mature trees. You will enter the cabin through the downstairs door which has a smart WIFI lock on it. As you enter you're greeted by a welcoming living area that has a couch, loveseat, ottoman and smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, movies or the game from your own accounts. There is an electric fireplace in the downstairs living room that's great for ambiance and some extra heat on those cozy nights. Beyond the living room are 2 guest bedrooms each with cozy queen size beds and closets for clothes storage. Both bedrooms will share a full bathroom which is newly updated and have a comfortably sized walk in shower. Also located downstairs is the laundry area if guests need to wash/dry some clothes during their stay.

A fun design of the cabin is the spiral staircase taking you to the upstairs! As you circle the staircase you enter into the open concept kitchen, dining and second living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to create a wonderful meal for the group. We provide coffee grains and filters for the drip coffee maker and the kitchen has nicely updated appliances as well (We also have a Keurig). The kitchen overlooks the dining area which has 4 chairs and you'll find an additional 4 barstools at the island bar top for extra dining. The second living area upstairs provides a couch, cozy oversized chair and ottoman as well as another smart TV for streaming! Upstairs you will also find the master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite full bathroom. The master bedroom has it's own Smart TV for streaming as you head off to bed. The en-suite bath has a large soaking tub in lieu of a shower so plan on spending some time relaxing in an oversized tub at the end of the day! One of the best features of the cabin is the french doors leading out from the upstairs area onto the oversized and brand new deck! The deck is uniquely designed with built in bar top railing all the way around the deck where we have setup 4 bar stools for outdoor seating as you overlook the 18 acre property. We're setup for outdoor living with an additional table and 4 chairs for enjoying those outdoor meals! Conveniently positioned on the deck is also the stainless steel propane grill so that you're close to the kitchen!

The Cozy Posy is all about embracing the rural outdoors! So come enjoy our quiet, country cabin in the woods!

Guests will have access to the entire cabin (minus the cleaners closet), the large brand new deck and the entire 18 acre property. We have a horseshoe pit & fire pit behind the cabin for guests to enjoy as well as open pasture and woods surrounding the cabin if you'd like to bring a 4wheeler or dirt bike. We also have corn hole boards that are kept inside. We just ask that you explore the property with caution and at your own risk.

Other things to note
We provide a charcoal grill for guests to use. Charcoal and lighter fluid is not provided so be sure to pick some up on your way. Please pull it away from the cabin and railing before lighting it and while grilling. We also provide wood for the fire pit if guests choose to use it. Feel free to bring all of your outdoor toys, frisbees, footballs, or other outdoor games. Please note that due to the rural area our WIFI is a cellular WIFI so it can be affected by weather and other things. Speaking of weather, we are on top of a mountain and the road taking you to the top is steep so if inclement winter weather is coming in, please take caution and likely plan to stay until the road is clear enough to drive. Lastly, we want guests to be aware that we are on well water and that often comes with a more unique taste than some are used to. If this might bother you, please bring some bottled water with you.

This cabin has easy access lake frontage on TWO sides! You can actually walk right out the lower-level doors to the two-tiered spacious deck, and down the deck steps and be right in the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing or simply relaxing on the water!

The spacious great room on the main level is all glass on three sides, with cathedral ceilings that give great views from every window. (The master bedroom/loft is just above the great room and enjoys these same great views!) There is a welcoming wood burning stove in the great room to take the edge off any chilly nights and two comfy leather couches with additional chairs for plenty of seating.

Whether opting to gather at the large dining table or eat at the kitchen bar (or use both) you’ll find plenty of room for meals for larger groups. The Kitchen is known for being extremely well supplied with all kinds of cooking equipment, utensils, etc. - this is NOT a bare bone set kitchen!

With 4 bedrooms (3 kings 1 queen) and two full bathrooms, situated on three levels, you will find plenty of space to stretch your legs and not be crowded. This cabin sits at the water’s edge, surrounded by 145 secluded private acres of wilderness to explore.
It is well worth the drive and the outside world feels a million miles away. If you like counting stars at night, this is the place to stay.

There is a boat launch close to the house so you can easily tie up to the shore behind this cabin.

**This cabin is located down 6 miles of gravel/dirt/rocky groomed county roads and right at the water's edge of Beaver Lake. And then ½ - ¾ miles driveway in after you go through the gate. This driveway is dirt/rock/wild grasses and can be rutted if we get a lot of rain in the days before your arrival. The homeowner does his best to keep this driveway graded, but we highly recommend an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicles, just in case, and DO NOT recommend taking a trailer down to the cabin. (Many 2-wheel drive vehicles make it just fine, but definitely NOT pulling a trailer.) There is a large meadow just left of the gate, INSIDE the property, where you can safely store your trailer.

**FIREWOOD for the outside Fire-pit or inside Wood stove is available. $95 for a "Cord", (plus tax). Please pre-order at least two weeks in advance.

Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers
and Eureka Springs. The actual address is ROGERS, AR (not Little Flock as noted by the google maps program).

If You have purchased a Waivo™ Security Deposit Waiver, then the following terms and conditions are now part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.

I. AGREEMENT
A. On behalf of Beaver Lake Vacation Rentals, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $1,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.
B. Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $1,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.
C. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.
II. EXCLUSIONS
A. This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from:
1. Acts of god
2. Prior damage, or normal wear and tear
3. Theft without a valid police report
4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property
5. Rodent, termite, bed bug, infestation, animal, or pet damage
6. Damage to a motorized vehicle
7. Fine art or collectibles
B. This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.
C. This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, mechanical breakdown.
III. CONDITIONS
A. Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.
B. Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.
C. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. A stain or spillage is considered damage.
D. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.
E. This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 3 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.
F. Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars.

The Bear Den is a fantastic base camp for mountain bikers. The ever growing MTB trail system in and around Hobbs State park boasts some of the most epic trails in the country.

Dive into your next wild adventure at Heart Haven! Nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts will love our lakeside cabins on Beaver Lake. Quaint & cozy, ideal for a romantic getaway, wellness retreat, or solo staycation. Hike the property, enjoy some paddleboarding, and relax by the fire at night.

It is a large wooded property and each cabin has its own private spaces. However, the dock and some of the hiking trails are shared so you may run into some fellow adventurers during your stay!

There are animals on site at the property: 2 Great Pyrenees dogs (Smokey and Bandit) that keep predators away, Fern the pig, Francis the goat, Spud the cat, and a flock of chickens and ducks. All of the animals are friendly and love greeting the guests! Feel free to wander to the chicken coop in the mornings to grab fresh organic free range eggs.

*The retreat is tucked away in the woods in a remote location. Keep in mind that bugs and critters are common. We recommend bringing bug spray and keeping the cabin doors closed as much as possible to keep bugs from getting inside.

*Cell service can be spotty due to the remote location, but the cabin has reliable satellite internet. However, please keep in mind, satellite can sometimes be spotty under extreme storms or bad weather.
