An additional bunkhouse (350 sq. ft) which sleeps 2+ is a great place to entertain children or teens. Chalet Retreat is situated on the shores of Beaver Lake on approximately 4 acres which provides for many fun and relaxing activities.

The main floor has a comfortable sitting area with 55" Smart Roku TV, DVD player, leather recliner sofa and 2 recliners for comfort while watching your favorite tv shows or to just simply relax.
The master bedroom has a California King size bed w/ a purple mattress, 40" TV w/ Roku stick, DVD player ample closet and drawer space.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds and ample closet space.
There is a twin size bed in the laundry room as well w/ a closet so it can serve as a 3rd bedroom if needed.
The bunkhouse with a/c and heat is the perfect location for teens to hang out or other small private living quarters. It sleeps a full-size bed. It has a 55" Smart Roku TV and DVD player. A solid wall of windows gives you a spectacular view of the lake.
Outside the main cabin is a deck where you can sit for hours and enjoy the spectacular views and beautiful sunsets. On the deck is a gas or charcoal grill and a table and chairs for your convenience and pleasure.
Step in the backyard where an enclosed trampoline is located just waiting for hours of fun for the kids.

Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities.
We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.
Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:
The dock CANNOT be used by guests under any circumstances. This is a very strict rule with the Army Corp and they enforce it.

Parties or guest’s actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

The cabin is located in the quiet treetops of Beaver Lake offering an exceptional lakeview and just minutes from downtown Rogers and quick access to I-49 to explore Bentonville, Springdale, and Fayetteville. We are also only 15 miles to War Eagle Mill and 35 miles to Eureka Springs for a great day trip. The area also has many bike and hiking trails within a short drive.

You will love the benefits and convenience of our cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath tri-level 2000 sq ft. log home with the very best views of the Horseshoe Bend lake area! Feel right at home and enjoy the rustic setting as you relax and unwind. Visit with family and friends and enjoy the lakeview in our cool outdoor hangout area with grill, bar table, chairs and firepit that is covered so you can enjoy rain or shine.

The main floor has a comfortable sitting area with Smart TV/DVD, traditional pine floors, and windows to view the water and landscape. Sliding doors lead to a balcony to enjoy the panoramic views. Two queen sized bedrooms with Smart TVs and one bathroom with tub/shower combo are also located on the main level along with the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, dishwasher and washer and dryer.

Looking for an “Unplugged” Get-away Vacation come true?!?
So many past guests have commented on how wonderful it is to have children, family and friends unplug and truly have an enormously wonderful time interacting “in the old-fashion way”! Little cell service, no Wi-Fi.

This cabin has easy access lake frontage on TWO sides! You can actually walk right out the lower-level doors to the two-tiered spacious deck, and down the deck steps and be right in the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing or simply relaxing on the water!

The spacious great room on the main level is all glass on three sides, with cathedral ceilings that give great views from every window. (The master bedroom/loft is just above the great room and enjoys these same great views!) There is a welcoming wood burning stove in the great room to take the edge off any chilly nights and two comfy leather couches with additional chairs for plenty of seating.

Whether opting to gather at the large dining table or eat at the kitchen bar (or use both) you’ll find plenty of room for meals for larger groups. The Kitchen is known for being extremely well supplied with all kinds of cooking equipment, utensils, etc. - this is NOT a bare bone set kitchen!

With 4 bedrooms (3 kings 1 queen) and two full bathrooms, situated on three levels, you will find plenty of space to stretch your legs and not be crowded.
This cabin sits at the water’s edge, surrounded by 145 secluded private acres of wilderness to explore.
It is well worth the drive and the outside world feels a million miles away. If you like counting stars at night, this is the place to stay.

**There is NO HUNTING allowed on this property!

**This cabin is located down 6 miles of gravel/dirt/rocky groomed county roads and right at the water's edge of Beaver Lake. And then ½ - ¾ miles driveway in after you go through the gate. This driveway is dirt/rock/wild grasses and can be rutted if we get a lot of rain in the days before your arrival. The homeowner does his best to keep this driveway graded, but we highly recommend an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicles, just in case, and DO NOT recommend taking a trailer down to the cabin. (Many 2-wheel drive vehicles make it just fine, but definitely NOT pulling a trailer.) There is a large meadow just left of the gate, INSIDE the property, where you can safely store your trailer.

**FIREWOOD for the outside Fire-pit or inside Wood stove is available. $95 for a "Cord", (plus tax). Please pre-order at least two weeks in advance.

Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers

This is a very rural area outside of Northwest Arkansas! Quiet and serene setting on 18 acres. You will see lots of wildlife so don't be surprised when you do and don't be afraid as wildlife won't typically hurt you if you're not threatening them. The last 1/2 mile is a gravel road so please be aware of that prior to booking.

You're welcome to bring ATVs, UTVs or drive your vehicle around the property. We just ask that you don't tear up the grass or damage any of the property with your vehicles. Also, explore the property at your own risk! We will not be held liable.

Intermittent cleaning is done at check out. Despite our best efforts to keep a spotless pool for check in, dust settles at the bottom of the pool. The pool is out in the country and uncovered. Pool will be heated from September 20- November 1, 2024 to 88 degrees. Pool is closed from November-March.
