About this space
Nestled on the Sagana River in Kirinyaga & foothills of Kiambicho Hills in Muranga KENYA, this modern container living is at the heart of the white water rafting Mecca. We are neighbours to the famous Savage wilderness white water rafting location. We are just over an hour from Nairobi and only 45minutes after the duel carriage is complete. The design is spectacular with all the modern amenities in an idyllic farming and riverfront context. We also have stables and dog kennels for animal lovers.
The space
The spectacular cantilevered container elevated on columns off the ground with upside down living provides restful bedrooms on the ground floor and living rooms on the first floor with spectacular views to the river and surrounding hills. The different private decks for morning yoga and evening drink will allow you to experience the sunrise and sunset in the most spectacular way.
The riverfront deck has a spectacular river view where you can cull up with a book or have a drink or romantic dinner.
Guest can also seat in the evening around the fire pit enjoying an evening.
The place is not suitable for children. We are working on making it more child friendly.
Guest access
The two bedroom container house is available for guests. The guest will also be able to access the stables and kennels accompanied by Nat or the host. Seating at the river front is also available to guest.
With agreement and extra charge guests can arrange to use the riverfront cabin when it is available

Other things to note
The location has many birds especially in the morning. There are two rasps(group) of shy Guinea fowls that can occasionally be seen roaming around. You may see squirrels scurrying around the garden. In the evening you will be a able to see a troop of noisy monkeys.
