We're located 20 Minutes from Fort Smith and Old Town Van Buren. These cities have historic landmarks and places of interest, including Judge Parker's courthouse and gallows, Miss Laura's former bordello, lots of shopping and restaurants. We're also about 45 Minutes from Fayetteville and the Springdale/Rogers areas; we have easy access about 2 miles off Interstate 40. Our pricing is based on 4 adults, with kids staying free. For more than 4 adults, there will be a $25 per person per night charge, and this will be paid on arrival for the entire stay. We also have a $25 per pet fee, with one being allowed to pay on the website through the booking fee. Additional pet fees will be paid on arrival, and this is a one-time charge for the stay. We do not allow CATS unless declawed - we've had damage from scratches to bedding and furniture. Maximum stay is two weeks. This is a nice established home w/newer furnishings and comfortable bedding and seating. TV's are provided w/internet stations and access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and Peacock. We have a fully fenced yard w/a small patio and grilling area, with both charcoal and gas grills provided. Our kitchen includes a coffee maker with coffee (ground and pods), cream and sugar, microwave oven, full stove and full-size refrigerator. We provide basic pots and pans, dishes, flatware and drinkware for eight, along with paper/plastic options if you prefer. There is a covered carport and a gravel drive inside the gates, along with a space in front of the house as well as being located on a cul-de-sac, so there is extra parking available. We have locks for the gates if needed. Beds consist a of king and 2 twins, along with two couches and two recliners which could be used for sleeping. We have no minimum night stay, so if you're coming for a Hog Game or just passing through the area, we'll be glad to have you for just one night. Come and stay with us!

This city is easiest to get around via car. This home is 100ft from a bus stop. Bicycles will get you most everywhere but the weather doesn't always cooperate. this neighborhood has nice sidewalks and is is a 7 minute walk to downtown for restaurants, bars, and entertainment.

Old Fort Loft is a contemporary three story apartment in the heart of downtown Fort Smith. Just blocks away from the U.S. Marshals Museum, Arkansas River, Fort Smith museum, National Cemetery, Convention Center, and the Amphitheater. Numerous restaurants and city nightlife are all within walking distance. There are lots of activities going on in Fort Smith and our apartment is at the hub. Our space is three stories. On the first floor you will find a long garage big enough for two cars or 20 motorcycles. You will have full use of the garage during your stay. We have a Nema14-50 outlet, just right to charge your electric vehicle. The second floor has our living room with pull-out sofa, dining area, half bath, and full kitchen with island counter. Outside of the living area is a spacious porch with patio furniture. The third floor is where we keep the two bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a spacious closet. The laundry room is also located on the 3rd floor. You will have access to the full sized washer/dryer.

This one bedroom is tucked behind the main house along 7th street in the Belle Grove Historic District. It has a Queen bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, large flatscreen, Apple TV, and sofa with pullout bed.
The Carriage house is behind the main house along 7th street, one of the few remaining brick streets in the city. The neighborhood was started in the 1800's and carriage houses were common behind the main house for more well to do of this time period. The private access for carriage house is off the alley with off street parking. The main living space accessed by stairs up to a full front porch. In the 1920's carriage was converted to a motor court that was 2 living spaces and 2 cars could park under the space. When the space was renovated in the last 5 years the exterior looks as it would in the 1920's but has been converted to one unit inside.
The space is a 1 bed, one bathroom that will sleep 4. There is also a walk in closet and laundry room. you are less than 5 blocks from Garrison Ave. which is one of the main areas for bars and restaurants.
Fort Smith boasts a rich history though for one reason or another a lot isn't publicized. Wyatt Earp was jailed across the river before escaping to go further west. One of the brothels from "The Row" has been restored and can be toured. Judge Isaac Parker "The Hanging Judge" set not the bench here for the Western district of Arkansas and Indian Territory (now Oklahoma). Pretty Boy Floyd grew up across the river and lived in Fort Smith for a while. Bonnie and Clyde stayed here after their wreck to try and recover.

During your stay
This is where we live, and we are semi-retired, active in ministry so are available but also busy. We take our cue from the guest: we chat and share about our favorite eateries and shops if asked or leave guests on their own if they seek privacy.

Living room, kitchen and outdoor spaces are shared with the hosts and our two dogs. Your bedroom and bathroom are exclusively yours and we nor the dogs ever enter.

Other things to note
PETS: Skippy is our old lady rescue, and Shadow is an escape artist, who will bolt so use care entering and exiting the house or using any exterior gates that are part of our backyard fencing. No pets or service animals allowed so as to not stress our older doggies.

3rd Person: Those traveling with an infant, child or a third person can discuss adding them to the reservation for a nominal fee. We can, with notice, set up a pack n play or air mattress. Please inquire about prior to booking.

To control room rates for all, any guest who wishes to use the washer and dryer may do so for a nominal fee per load to cover the added rising costs of hot water, detergent and electricity.

There is no smoking inside the house. And absolutely NO evidence can be left of outside smoking. None. So use a can or bottle to house any cig butts.

Most everything in Fort Smith is within 20 min from the property, making this a great little spot, for whatever your visit. Just 5 minutes from the Historic downtown Ft Smith. Honestly, I don't know my favorite part, the front porch is so relaxing, weather permitting. Atmosphere & decor has a soothing & calming effect. It's just the perfect place! There is a Dollar General .5 miles away, they even have a nice little produce section, plus a great grocery store Harps only 1.2 miles away.

Entry is to the dining room / kitchen area, there is an open doorway to the bedroom, across the room is a double open doorway to the living area. The bedroom has a closet and a small walkway to a linen closet and the bathroom.

Entire triplex for your stay. It has 1 bed and 1 bath, washer/dryer. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. If you travel by yourself or with your significant, this is the perfect place for you.

Desk to work and table to eat. Cute little place but is 550 square feet. Small shower. There are stairs getting up to the apartment but great cozy place once you are up to the apartment.
