We are happy to share guidance and recommendations for enjoying the property and the city attractions to the fullest, but we also can hang back and let you enjoy your time here without interruptions. Some local guidebooks are available in your room along with the personal guidebook we created here on the Airbnb app. You can ask us anything if we are around, or send us a message on the app for a quick reply.

Other things to note
This is our primary residence so please ask us for anything you need during your stay. You can use the WiFi and are welcome to adjust the thermostat which is located outside your room. We just request that you ask us before adjusting the temperature since we try to save energy here on the farm and often utilize open windows as much as possible. Our Anatolian Shepherd is a livestock guardian dog who is very friendly (please read our many glowing reviews that describe him), but he is also trained for his job of protecting the animals from dogs and other predators. Please do not introduce your pets without our kind assistance and plan to keep your pets on a leash at all times.

This cozy "Tiny House" is on an acreage near Norman. You will have the whole house, consisting of the main room (kitchen/living/queen bed), a full bathroom with a washer/dryer combo, and a loft with a twin bed. Both beds have thick comfortable mattresses (memory-foam twin), and the full-size leather couch is super comfy.

You will have very easy access to highways into Norman, South Oklahoma City, and Will Rogers Airport, but without all the noise of the city.

You will have access to the entire house. Please note however, that the ladder to the loft has a strict weight limit of 200 pounds.

From the parking space, there is a rubber mulch covered path to the house, and then three steps up to the porch. These features may make for difficult access, for some people. I'm sorry, but we do not have a ramp.

This cozy barndominium guest house combines rustic charm with modern convenience, located 15-30 minutes from Mustang, Norman, Moore, and Newcastle, Oklahoma. Located just four miles from Will Rogers Airport, this one bedroom guesthouse provides privacy and amenities. A full kitchen, washer, dryer, and covered parking are included with the guesthouse. You do not have to go through the house or yard to get to the guesthouse so you can come and go as you please. Bricktown is just 8 miles so great for concerts or a night out. A queen bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living room that can be made into a second bed or you can request an air mattress.

The space
The guesthouse is like a one bedroom apartment. There is a full kitchen to cook food and a full size refrigerator. A washer and dryer is available to use in the unit but detergent is not supplied. There is a carport attached to the house for covered parking. There is a tv in the bedroom as well as the living room.

You have access to the guesthouse only. The charcoal grill outside the guesthouse is available for you to use but charcoal is not provided.

Other things to note
There are three dogs that live on the property. Maximus, a two year old corgi, Artemis, a 2 month old corgi, and Molly, a 12 year old blue heeler. The dogs do spend time outside in the backyard but it is totally fenced so you will not come in contact with them. If you have any issues just let me know and I’ll make sure to keep them inside. I do ask that you do not try to pet them.
