The house is somewhat outdated, but it got a fresh coat of paint, clean original real hardwood floors, is comfortably furnished and has all for you to "survive" at a rate that no-one in town can beat. Especially not at that top location.
You get quick access to anywhere in all directions whatever you need, all sorts of restaurants, Wal-Mart, shopping.... And it is just a 10 min drive to the OKC Will Rogers Airport. 10 minutes to Bricktown / Downtown

Your room is upstairs in this old (historic) 4 BR 2 full bath home that has survived a century of changes. You feel like going back in time but still feel cozy and comfortable even though the original wood floors squeak and the walls have some "wrinkles" . Your room faces the back and is very quiet. 5 min from I-235 or I-44 and walking distance to a semi-historic district on Western street. Has Smart TV, WiFi , access to laundry.

I won't write a catch-you-make-believe novel about this pretty cool cozy spot of ours. But most importantly, I would like for you to please set your expectations right when booking any of my places as to avoid any disappointment when you book this simple youth-hostel-like room and then won't find first class Hotel Service.

You have an extra large 400 square foot room to spread out in, queen bed and 2 futons that turn into a full bed, private half bath, and a semi private Grand living room. So you could comfortably accommodate two additional travelers there and up to two more in the main living room . Also, your room is directly connected to the Köln (Cologne) room so you can easily book both rooms and you get 4 or even 6 travelers stay together . Check the listings or/and contact me before booking to make sure that it is available. . So , in a nutshell, up to 8 travelers of yours may comfortably find a roof over their head in one and the same place without having to book the entire house.

Please note: All my homes are simple Airbnbs yet comfortable and cozy. . It is a community place similar to a youth hostel and we depend on guests treating the home with respect to others and tidying up after themselves. This is one of two guest rooms available, and both share a bathroom. You’ll love our prime location—everything is close by and within walking distance (see the list of nearby spots below!).

Our home has a warm and welcoming atmosphere in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Most of the time, it will just be my husband and I, along with our three cats. We do occasionally host friends and family for dinner.

My husband, Marco (co-host Yuehui Xie), is from China and speaks Mandarin.

The space
Our house is newly remodeled and still in progress in a neighborhood off NW Expressway, south of Lake Hefner, near many businesses and restaurants, the Penn Square shopping mall and easy interstate access.

We are within walking distance of Integris Medical Center, Target, CVS, Walgreens, UPS, Michael’s, Summer Moon (coffee shop), Starbucks, Five Guys, Panda Express, Whataburger, Dave & Buster’s, Jack in the Box, Popeyes, Aldi, HTeaO, Empire Slice Shop (pizza), Sheesh Mahal (Indian restaurant), a nail salon, a liquor store and a few salons and churches.

Guest access
This room includes a comfy queen bed, bedside table, office desk, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and a closet with access to the living room, mini kitchenette and bathroom. There will be a key on the side table to lock the bedroom door when entering and leaving.

During your stay
We live here but do not personally greet guests upon arrival. You can check in independently using the keypad code.

We have a small kitchenette nook (located at the top of the stairs to the right) that includes a microwave, kettle, silverware, tea, and other items you might need.

The room is located up a flight of stairs.

We have 3 cats: Kitty, Blaze and Piglet. They generally keep to themselves but generally do not go upstairs where guests stay but they love to run the hallway occasionally. If you do not want them in the room with you then please close your door when entering and leaving and they will respect your privacy. We like to keep all doors closed so the cats don't bother guests and keep rooms clean.

This is one of 4 private separate units under one roof in the FAB house. The entire space shown is yours with no shared rooms. The Gray Suite has a private entrance, private bathroom and reserved off street parking; keurig, free WiFi, microwave, small refrigerator and walk in closet. The Gray Suite includes a bedroom and bathroom only, there is no kitchen or living room and no TV. No pets; no firearms. Due to sensitivity of nearby guests there can be NO SMOKING & NO MARIJUANA inside the Suite!

The space
The Gray Suite is in a duplex home that is nestled in a quiet neighborhood near a beautiful lake, many businesses and restaurants, the Penn Square shopping mall and easy interstate access.
We advertise this property as a quiet relaxing space. Guests come here for quiet get-away and rest. It is not suited for groups, parties or loud entertaining or pets.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access a reserved parking space (The far West/ left parking space; left of the West carport). Guests will use a key from the lockbox (lock box is found in the foyer) to access the Gray Suite through door labeled # 1. Once inside the Gray Suite. Guests will be able to access their own private room and full bathroom with no shared spaces with other guests.

Other things to note
While this suite is entirely private you may hear other guests enter and exit the building at times.

To check out, just leave the key and the lock box cover (if you were not able to get it back on) on the small table. Lock all doors behind you as you leave. Thank you.
