SIMPLE CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
- After your evening soak: Please add half a lid of spa shock to the center and run the jets briefly.
- Water level should stay at the first ridge (about 6" from top) - there's a hose by the pool pump.
- When not enjoying it, please keep temperature at 95° (it warms up in about an hour when you're ready).

EASY CHECK-OUT (10 AM):

- Rest easy! No need to strip the beds - we'll handle washing all sheets and comforters.
- Simply place used towels and washcloths in the laundry room.
- We appreciate if you'd rinse dishes and start the dishwasher (soap is under the sink).
- Please toss trash in the bins on the east side of house (we provide both recycling and regular trash bins).
- If you used the grill, please clean it (supplies in container next to grill) or a $30 cleaning fee will apply.

Our ranch has roomy bedrooms with two double beds (Full) & 1 single (twin) bed in each of the 3 bedrooms. Our sunroom is very spacious with great views out windows on 3 of the walls. This is our guest’s favorite room to hang out! The sunroom transitions to the cozy and more traditional living room for extra mingling space. The kitchen and dining room are also combo for easy entertaining and socializing. We offer bar seating for 3 and a table for 6 in the kitchen.
We also have another table for 6 in the sunroom. The patio, fire pit, and grill are just off the sunroom entrance. Feel free to walk and roam our entire 160 acres!

Guest access
Unless specifically arranged for handicap access, our garage is for owner use only. We personally host all our guests and ask that the owner’s suite off the kitchen remain private. The 4 oil wells on our property are working and pretty cool to observe! For safety reasons, please observe from at least 10 feet away from their fencing/boundary. If you wish to bring domestic pets, horses, or livestock, please message us for instructions and limitations in advance.

Other things to note
Our property is IDEAL for large family or group functions! We love to “unplug” and really focus on relationships and encourage our guests to do the same. Primary Suite: King bed, full-size dresser nightstands, large closet, and arched entry to a spa-inspired wet room with marble surround, waterfall tub spout, privacy glass windows, brass fixtures, double sinks, and a heated bidet toilet room.

Detached Ensuite: Above the garage with private access via the second-story deck, this fully private suite includes a king bed, pull-out daybed (king or two twins), walk-in closet, full bath, and a corner desk workspace. A full-size glass garage door with remote-controlled screen lets you sleep “under the stars.” The bed is on casters and can be rolled onto the deck for a true open-air experience.

Outdoor Spaces: The wraparound porch boasts a large bed-style porch swing, indoor/outdoor see-through fireplace, outdoor TV, and dining area with a designer table and chairs perfect for al fresco meals. Fire pit and basketball hoop add to the entertainment options.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the main house, loft, game room, bedrooms, bathrooms, deck, porch, fire pit, basketball hoop, and detached ensuite above the garage. A large built-in safe room under the stairs is available for tornado shelter. Covered parking is provided under the carport. The garage is not accessible during your stay unless in case of emergency. Access to the indoor/outdoor fireplace and fire pit is available upon request with firewood and instructions provided.
