The kitchen counters were low enough that my husband, who is in a wheelchair, was able to help cook and clean up afterwards. Cozy one bedroom house in the country 25 minutes from Fort Sill’ Key Gate. It features one queen size bed,one queen size sleeper sofa,and twin trundle bed set that could accommodate up to six. The mini kitchenette includes sink, 2 medium-sized dorm refrigerators, 1 microwave, 1 ninja air fryer/convection oven, 1 toaster oven ,crockpot, electric skillet, instapot, mixer and single burner plate. A propane grill is also available in a covered pavilion overlooking a pond with 2 picnic tables and mister for comfortable picnic days outside. There is one ¾ bathroom. There is one television receiving Over the Air channels as well as programing via Roku on Wifi. There is also a DVD player, older Nintendo and some Legos/books/games. It is a very quiet place. You might hear cows or coyotes, but that’s about it. It’s about a 15 minute drive into Lawton with it all being paved except the last quarter of a mile. Owners home is just 150 feet away on the same 80 acre property if there any concerns.

The Space:
The InnHabit tiny house resort contains 10 separate tiny houses arranged into 5 sets of tiny houses, each with a separate downstairs and upstairs unit. The 5 sets are arranged in a semicircle around a central grain bin gazebo gathering place. Full Throttle Garage is one of the second floor tiny houses, and it is located directly behind the gazebo in the center. It has a queen bed with a full sized trundle that pulls out from under the queen, as well as a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, and a bathroom with shower stall.

Guest Access:
Guests that reserve Full Throttle Garage will have their own second-floor landing deck with a bistro set, as well as an entire rooftop deck with additional seating. They also have access to the common gazebo and the grounds.

The Neighborhood:
InnHabit is a tiny house resort nestled in the small southwest Oklahoma town of Medicine Park surrounded by the Wichita Mountains. Onsite at InnHabit are Little Bear Street Eats restaurant, The Refuge Ale House bar, Little Bear Sweet Eats dessert shop, Misty’s Popcorn shop, The Spot at Mt. Scott pet boutique, and Great Ash Cigars shop. Other shops and restaurants are across the street and a very short walk away.

We are in the heart of town, so expect lots of foot traffic and occasional noise, especially during events. In the Heart of Medicine Park, Right outside of Fort Sill perfect for Basic Training Graduation.

Getting Around:
InnHabit offers one reserved parking spot per tiny house. We are within an easy walk to all that Medicine Park offers, including shops, restaurants, swimming, hiking and biking trails, kayak launch areas, and fishing. So park at InnHabit and explore our town on foot!

Other Things to Note:
Note: You are free to use the community gas grill in the gazebo, but you will need to bring your own utensils and dishes. The health department will not let us provide them; we can only provide disposable items at this time.

Note: The stairs to the rooftop deck are very steep, and should be climbed like a LADDER (facing it going up and down).

The Space:
The barn is on our larger 9-acre property with the main lodge under the view of 1,900' Ketch Hill.

You reach the property through the remote-controlled gate and over the lower water bridge crossing beautiful Ketch Creek.

The country lane has a wooded park-like area extending to a playground and sitting area and you continue on past the main house a few dozen yards to your quarters -- the barn.

You have your own independent area with free parking and if needed barn spaces to protect your vehicles from storm weather or hail.

You enter through a typical entry door into an open area with a full kitchen and utility space. To your right is the 2nd bedroom with trundle, day bed, remote office workspace, and chest drawers.

You walk forward into a comfortable living area with a couch, chair, and 65" television. On your right, you will see a wheelchair-accessible shower/bath.

Ahead is a murphy king bed with storage, remote-controlled light. The King bed can be made into a private bedroom by pulling the large rustic barn doors across and latching them. Passing by the King bed are french doors that open onto your very own patio area.

Other Things to Note:
You have complete use of the white barn and spaces immediately around it. You may keep 2 or even three vehicles in the tin barn if you need to cover them.

Ask the hosts if anyone is staying at the main property. If not, you may have access to the playground and the hot tub by the main house.
