It’s far enough away from the activities downtown that the noise isn’t an issue but still close enough to walk to the events. 6/5/2025 UPDATE Due to recent storms the damn has broken and is under repair. This leaves our water levels at either none or very high depending on when the upper damn gates are open. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope this is corrected soon. You can, of course, take our kayaks to other open waters for personal use.

The Space:
The InnHabit tiny house resort contains 10 separate tiny houses arranged into 5 sets of tiny houses, each with a separate downstairs and upstairs unit. The 5 sets are arranged in a semicircle around a central grain bin gazebo gathering place. Knees in the Breeze is one of the first floor tiny houses, and it is located to the left of the gazebo if you enter from the front InnHabit arch. It is below the orange Pistol Pete's Place. It has a queen bed with a full sized trundle that pulls out from under the queen, as well as a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, and a bathroom with shower stall.

Guest Access:
Guests that reserve Knees in the Breeze will have their own patio with 2 swinging hammock chairs and a separate bistro set. They also have access to the common gazebo and the grounds.
Note: The upstairs landings and rooftop decks are for second floor guests only. Please enjoy the incredibly comfortable swinging hammock chairs on your patio!

The Neighborhood:
InnHabit is a tiny house resort nestled in the small southwest Oklahoma town of Medicine Park surrounded by the Wichita Mountains. Onsite at InnHabit are Little Bear Street Eats restaurant, The Refuge Ale House bar, Little Bear Sweet Eats dessert shop, Misty’s Popcorn shop, The Spot at Mt. Scott pet boutique, and Great Ash Cigars shop. Other shops and restaurants are across the street and a very short walk away.

InnHabit offers one reserved parking spot per tiny house. We are within an easy walk to all that Medicine Park offers, including shops, restaurants, swimming, hiking and biking trails, kayak launch areas, and fishing. So park at InnHabit and explore our town on foot!

Note: You are free to use the community gas grill in the gazebo, but you will need to bring your own utensils and dishes. The health department will not let us provide them; we can only provide disposable items at this time.

- "The cabin was very clean, beautiful and up to date. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils/dishes. The washer even had hypoallergenic soap pods and dryer had dryer sheets. Bathrooms were even stocked with hypoallergenic soap, shampoo and conditioner. First aid kits available. This was one of the most well thought out cabins I've stayed in. There were some games available, also movies for the kids or movies for the adults. Upstairs is carpeted but downstairs is stained concrete so house shoes or slip on shoes are recommended. There's a built in gate to block the stairs. Very cozy seating outside with hanging lights. We did not try the hot tub but that's available with shock for cleaning. There's not a regular coffee pot but a keurig is available with the coffee, creamers, waters and snacks provided which was very nice. Medicine park is a very short distance. There's not a grocery store in medicine park right now, but there's a dollar general about 7 miles. There was also an excellent place for breakfast called Ann's place about 10 miles out. Overall this cabin was wonderful, kid friendly and in a good central location. Would love to stay again."

Our Quaint Cabin in the Park is just a short walk from the beautiful creek and downtown shops in Medicine Park. It has a huge deck that is great for outdoor dining, catching up with friends, and enjoying the breathtaking view. From the deck you can often times see deer on the mountain. The cabin has been completely remodeled on the inside with new appliances in the kitchen. Kayaks are available onsite for the the visitors to use during their stay.

Welcome to the Easy Rider Cabin! This unique cabin is conveniently located in the heart of Medicine Park. When pulling up the first thing you will notice is the large tree growing through the front deck giving you shade anytime of the day. The interior has been styled in motorcycle theme using one off custom lamps, clock, and American flag. There is a queen bed, sitting area, custom barrel dining table and night stand. Small kitchenette with fridge and Toshiba Microwave Air Fryer Oven combo. Pit Boss Pellet Grill. Cornhole boards are provided in the yard for some fun games. An additional twin air mattresses can be set up for a third person for additional fee.

Firepit Area 🔥
Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor firepit, located in a shared common area used by guests from four nearby properties. Please bring your own firewood. For safety reasons, the firepit may not be used on extremely windy days.

When you first walk in you will see the fold out luggage rack for your bags. We have installed pipe clothes hangers in the entry and the bathroom to hang your clothes. This is a small cozy cabin but we have made the most use out of it by giving you a sitting area with coffee table, dining area for three, kitchenette, queen bed, and full bathroom. The decor has one off motorcycle lamps, motorcycle clock and motorcycle themed art. The front deck is amazing. Relax and drink coffee in the mornings or just hangout during the day under the big shade tree.

Walking is the best way to get around town. You are only a couple minutes walk to the main strip. There is public parking in town but it can get crowded. Having the convenience of being able to walk to the strip is one of the best attributes of this property.

The Buffalo House has just undergone an extensive interior remodel while keeping with the traditional features of the house. When you walk in you will be greeted to a unique one of a kind house. Straight in front of you will be the living room. To your left is the coffee area and kitchen and to your right will be the dining area. Just past the dining area is the master bedroom and the stairs to the upstairs bedroom. Windows wrap this house. The laundry and bathroom are located behind the kitchen and the master bedroom has direct access to the bathroom. Two additional twin mattresses can be set up to accomodate up to a max of 6 guests for additional fee. Cornhole boards are provided in the yard for some fun games!

- "We booked a last minute getaway to Medicine Park and most places were sold out, but this one wasn’t so we took a chance on a rental with no reviews and it worked out well! It’s a bit on the outskirts of town, but a very easy half mile walk to the center of everything. This was easily the absolute cleanest rental I’ve ever booked! The condo is small, but has most everything you need for a few days stay. Communication with the property manager was quick and we had no major issues. Only two small negatives worth mentioning, however neither would stop me from staying here again. One is that there is not a coffee maker, only a kettle and instant coffee. I always travel with my own coffee setup, so not a big deal, but I didn’t notice it before booking. The second is that the lights for the entryway and back porch cannot be turned off. The front ones shined in at night and lit up the room and the back ones drew bugs in making it not desirable to use that area. I did reach out about the lighting and they said they would look into correcting that for the future. All in all we were quite pleased with our stay and enjoyed the sunset view outside the patio door!"

Imagine two of our fun tiny house units, stacked together as a two-story tiny house. It’s the ultimate grown-up fort – sleeping up to 8 of your favorite people. Each unit comes with a SmartTV, WiFi, mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig, bar sink, and the cutest little bathroom you’ve ever seen

Noel and Julie, or our caretaker Devonne, are often on site and available for any questions, recommendations, or other things you may need.

InnHabit is a tiny house resort nestled in the small southwest Oklahoma town of Medicine Park. Our resort has 10 tiny houses arranged in sets of 2 tiny houses each, and coming soon are 2 restaurants, a craft beer tap room, and 4 tiny shops. Other shops and restaurants are across the street and a very short walk down the street. We are in the heart of town, so expect lots of foot traffic and occasional noise, especially during events.

Guests that reserve Let the Music Play will have their own second-floor landing deck, as well as an entire rooftop deck with additional seating. They also have access to the common gazebo and the grounds.

The InnHabit tiny house resort contains 10 separate tiny houses arranged into 5 sets of tiny houses, each with a separate downstairs and upstairs unit. The 5 sets are arranged in a semicircle around a central grain bin gazebo gathering place. Let the Music Play is one of the second floor tiny houses, and it is located to the southwest behind the gazebo (to the back right if you enter from the front InnHabit arch), above Prairie Life, next to the ballerina tree carving. It has a queen bed with a full sized trundle that pulls out from under the queen, as well as a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, and a bathroom with shower stall.

InnHabit offers one reserved parking spot per tiny house. We are within an easy walk to all that Medicine Park offers, including shops, restaurants, swimming, hiking and biking trails, kayak launch areas, and fishing. So park at InnHabit and explore our town on foot!

Note: You are free to use the community gas grill in the gazebo, but you will need to bring your own utensils and dishes. The health department will not let us provide them; we can only provide disposable items at this time.

Note: The stairs to the rooftop deck are very steep, and should be climbed like a LADDER (facing it going up and down).

Please note that these cabins offer a rustic, back-to-nature experience. If you're looking for a big city hotel-like stay, these cabins may not be the best fit for you.

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all, please note that no dogs or cats, including service animals, are permitted on the property. This policy is in place due to severe allergies among owner and his family. A $200 fee for those who sneak a pet on property.

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to The CUBHOUSE during their stay. You'll also have direct access to the creek and shared access to the onsite laundry facilities. Parking is available on-site.
As of June 2025 Gondola Dam is being repaired and the creek is currently drained on our side. The property is still beautiful and there is still plenty of places in town to enjoy Medicine Creek. But I wanted everyone to be aware that temporarily there is NO WATER on our side of the creek.

Other things to note
We occasionally get visits from our neighbors’ chickens, a pot-bellied pig named Kevin Bacon, and the family dog. We're new to the neighborhood, and they were here first! Most guests really enjoy their visits (we love that the chickens help keep the bugs away). DO NOT allow pets or children to chase or pester them. If you’d prefer they move along, just ignore them they'll keep moving.

You're also in a natural area, so you might spot deer, raccoons, or the occasional fox nearby. It’s all part of the charm of staying close to nature.

Blue Sky Suite is at the East end of the historic cobblestone school. A secure/private suite with a queen bed, a full sofa sleeper, a private covered back deck, Keurig, fridge and microwave. A very short walk to Town Center gives access to festivals, restaurants, shops, swimming, fishing and the creek! Enough parking for up to 2 vehicles and trailer/boat. My offices are in the west end and the co-host lives close to the property. Location, amenities, privacy and security!

Welcome to Round Rock Cabin! Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin combines vintage touches with modern amenities. Explore all that Medicine Park has to offer as this cabin is directly across the creek from downtown. Quaint shops and yummy restaurants are mere steps away. Enjoy a day at the Medicine Park Aquarium, hiking/biking the miles of trails in Medicine Park, visiting the Wichita Wildlife Refuge, and swimming in Bath Lake. Or sit on the deck with your beverage of choice and relax!

The space
Round Rock Cabin was built in 1940 across the street from the old Medicine Park School. It has recently gone under a complete renovation that includes southern yellow pine flooring and decor that is authentic to the time period.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cabin during their stay. There is a single carport and parking in front of the cabin for our guests.

Other things to note
There are stairs with handrails to get from the sidewalk to the front porch. Our front deck is perfect for relaxing, and there is a railing.

The space
The InnHabit tiny house resort contains 10 separate tiny houses arranged into 5 sets of tiny houses, each with a separate downstairs and upstairs unit. The 5 sets are arranged in a semicircle around a central grain bin gazebo gathering place. Full Throttle Garage is one of the second floor tiny houses, and it is located directly behind the gazebo in the center. It has a queen bed with a full sized trundle that pulls out from under the queen, as well as a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, and a bathroom with shower stall.

Guest access
Guests that reserve Full Throttle Garage will have their own second-floor landing deck with a bistro set, as well as an entire rooftop deck with additional seating. They also have access to the common gazebo and the grounds.

Note: You are free to use the community gas grill in the gazebo, but you will need to bring your own utensils and dishes. The health department will not let us provide them; we can only provide disposable items at this time.

Note: The stairs to the rooftop deck are very steep, and should be climbed like a LADDER (facing it going up and down).
