This is a super cute, just renovated and completely brand new, 3 bed 2 bath home! Located perfectly 10 minutes from Fairview, 5 minutes from Canton Lake, and 15 minutes from Seiling.. its quiet country location makes it the PERFECT spot! With brand new appliances and fixtures you will love this property! It sleeps comfortably up to 7 guests and a pack n play or travel crib is available if requested from host. In the home is a king bed, full, and a queen. There is a also a sofa available, but it is NOT a sleeper sofa. The two bathrooms have a tub/shower combo and a full tile shower that is oversized. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you would need including an oven, microwave, toaster, pots & pans, and all kitchen utensils and dinner ware you could ever need. This house is FULLY STOCKED with anything you could possibly need for a one night get away or a month long stay! Additionally, there is a huge, clean, barn available for you to store a boat or camper if needed! The host is local to Fairview and readily available should you need additional assistance for any reason.

- "Great access to the dunes. Nice privacy fenced in area." - "Our stay was 2 nights, 6/23-6/24. Long post but lots of info. This was the perfect place to bring our riding equipment to. the fenced in property is secure the lots are very large for all ATV styles and if you have smaller children, they have plenty of space to roam around without the worry of them leaving the property. Inside is furnished with 2 bedroom, 2 baths, a cot, and a futon in the living for additional sleeping if needed, as comfy couch with 2 recliners and comfy recliner, there is plenty of room. We had 4 adults and 2 teen football players with us. They have a book of instructions, local restaurants, and also include and events schedule. Provided is paper towels, toilet paper, dishes, grilling utensils (gas and charcoal) outside seating and awning, firepits dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergents and dryer sheets. Everything you need al you need to bring is the usual foods and drinks. Now the other convivence is just outside the fence you take off on your SXS or ATV, dirt bike or buggy ride the trail directly to the entrance of the DUNES :) as well as the Doller General on the corner, in town riding is aloud we didn't do that but read you can purchase a sticker that will allow you to do so except on state highways (confirm first) This was perfect for us and by far extremely clean and disinfected PERFECTO Rocky and wife we will be back soon. PS I forgot to mention they respond super-fast if you have questions! The Woods and Napiers"

The property is located inside the city limits of Waynoka. It has direct 24-hour access to the dunes via a dedicated. The only thing closer to the dunes is a campground for trailers and RVs. So, it's a great location. The property is directly adjacent to the city park, which is seldom used, except during big event weekends. It is very handy for extra vehicles, RV's, riding, and kids.

There is no public transportation available in Waynoka. You should plan to bring everything you need in the way of food and drinks.

Waynoka has very few services. Waynoka has a convince store and gas station, hardware store, a couple of bars, and some limited ORV maintenance available. The closest city with full services in Alva, which is about 30 mins away. You will need to bring everything you need with you. This includes all of your food and drinks.

- "I have five siblings, some of who live out of town. Since our mother moved out of her home and into assisted living there we needed a place to stay a few days and gather while we all visited over Mother’s Day weekend. We were very pleased with this home. It had everything we needed to make meals, and plenty of beds and space to gather and enjoy each other. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, the home was very clean, and we appreciated the extra touches the owners made that we haven’t seen in other VRBOs we’ve stayed in, and just made our stay special. Our contact was very friendly and accommodating as well. We’ll definitely use this home again!"

This small mansion has about 4500 sq ft. In the family room you will find dozens of social games and board games for families and groups to enjoy.

The kitchen is fully stocked with food to help make your vacation a little more comfortable. Feel free to use what you need.
The kitchen also has many electric appliances in the cabinets.

The master bedroom has a balcony and a large bathroom on the second floor. Next to the kitchen there is a wine room with crystal ware. please let us know if you want to try the wine. Three of the four bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. The sun room has an in-door hot tub and tanning bed.

The back patio of the house is very large and makes for a great dance floor and fire place with a well stocked wood crate. Around the corner from the patio is a small porch area with a propane grill (gas is provided). The living room has a large corner desk if you need to be able to work remotely while you stay. If you can find the basement there is a large TV in the back of the room and a small lightly stocked bar that up to 4 people can sit at. More games and a poker table are also in the bar room area. The basement has a utility room for those who need to use a washer or dryer.

Hosts are available for a variety of alternative activities such as Murder Mystery Nights, wine and cheese pairings, and local tours.

The house occupies the entire block, so there is plenty of space! Parties are welcome. Dogs are absolutely welcome!!! The pool is run by an association so it is not part of the VRBO package.

It was stocked too! We didn't need half of what we brought. The house has the most beautiful furniture I have ever seen. The living room had plenty of room for us to all relax in front of the tv. He had tons of dvds to choose from plus Netflix. There may have been video games too. This room was my favorite from the gorgeous lighting, amazing fireplace and the painting we just couldn't stop starring at. One couple picked the "red" room for their stay. They were a little warm the first night but we found a fan and it worked out great. The stairs are lovely but noisey. Lol. Nobody was coming up those stairs without us knowing it but it added to the charm and made me feel like a kid again. We chose the "magic" room. It had a pink bathroom and I love pink. The bed was very comfortable and we slept like a baby. We never heard a noise in that room. Even with others moving around. Another couple took the master bedroom. The basement was scary to me so I only went down there a few times but the others loved it and and found it fascinating. Oh there are tons of games down there too. We brought some but shouldn't have. It was that stocked. In the morning we made a huge brunch and again the kitchen was just smazing. It had everything! We then explored outside. It was so peaceful sitting outside listening to just the trees and some chickens in the distance. We had a fire in the fire pit and also grilled steaks on the grill. We all felt so comfortable and cozy. We never thought it wasn't safe. It was hard to leave. We all gave it 2 thumbs up! Willis was very communicative. He was the most hospitable and friendly host we have had. I am sure we will come back again to get away from the hustle and bustle. Thank you Willis! We love your home!"

Last but not least… Bart… he just made my kids day everyday and they wanted to play with him the whole time. Welcome to our cozy cabin in the woods by Canton Lake! We are a half mile from Sandy Cove where you can swim and fish. There is a small bar and restaurant within walking distance. We have ample parking with enough room for your boat or jet skis. This is a quaint home with a large outdoor area for playing and visiting. Brand new mini-splits allow you to set different rooms at different temperatures. We have a large fire pit with weather resistant chairs for adults and children. Pets are allowed, but there is a $25 fee. Challenge the family to a game of horseshoes while you enjoy the secluded and shaded yard. You can use our new propane grill to cook dinner or roast it over the fire (no wood provided). There is an indoor game room with a pool table, dart board and a small cornhole set that can be played indoors or out. Sit at the bistro table or pull out the card table and chairs for a competitive board game or quiet puzzle. In the main living area, there is a smart TV where you can log on to your own streaming account and relax watching your favorite show. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to prepare a delicious meal. We have a Keurig coffee station for hot or cold drip or pod coffee. You can dine outside on the patio table or inside at a fold-out table that will seat four. There is enough room for 7-8 people to sleep comfortably. The one bedroom has a queen bed and in the living room there is a small futon that would sleep two children or one adult. Upstairs in the sleeping loft, there are 3 twin XL beds and one queen futon and another TV. Our cabin can be like camping indoors as there is not much privacy and the bathroom is small. The sleeping loft is accessed through the bedroom up a very steep and narrow staircase, so not for everyone. In the petite bathroom, there is a shower with plenty of towels. We have our own water well with softened water. Our lake cabin is very versatile and can accommodate a family or group for vacation or a fishing/hunting expedition. Our cozy cabin is located near Camargo, OK on a beautiful 10 acres that has a dry creek, wildlife, and breathtaking views. The 2-person studio-style cabin includes a queen-sized bed and, a kitchen stocked with dishware, utensils, a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, & coffee pot. The cabin has a small bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, & toilet.

Relax on the large deck that has built-in bench seating and a 2-person hot tub for your soaking pleasure. A propane grill for cooking and a firepit are available for campfires.

Guest access
Guest have access to the full 10 acres during their stay. The storage shed and well house are off-limits. A barbed-wire fence surrounds the entire property. Everything beyond the barbed-wire fence is off limits.

Other things to note
1. Pets are welcome but the $20 fee must be applied to the booking. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

2. There is no internet and there are no plans to add internet in the future. There is a cell signal booster, but cell service is still spotty for most providers. Great place to literally unplug, unwind and, focus on each other.

3. Located on the 10 acres are two RV/Tent camping sites. The sites are roughly 300FT from the cabin. If the cabin is booked. The RV spots are UNAVAILABLE and not accessible to others to book. The calendar is set up to automatically block the availability. This ensures that our guests will have the property to themselves. Please message us for more information to have access to both the cabin and RV/Tent sites.

4. No smoking inside the cabin or a $250 cleaning fee will be applied (tobacco, marijuana, smoke, vaping, or any other form is not allowed inside the cabin).

5. Pets are welcome but the $20 fee must be applied to the booking. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

6. Parties are not allowed due to the size of the cabin. (this is a 2-person cabin with a 2-person hot tub).

7. Children ARE NOT allowed due to the size of the cabin. (this is a 2-person cabin with a 2-person hot tub).

8. We recommend bringing bottled water as the cabin water is supplied by a natural well.

9. We do not charge a cleaning fee We only ask to please wash dishes that are used, and bag all your trash, and place it in the trash can behind the cabin at checkout. (exception: cleaning fee if damage has occurred due to smoking, pet fee not applied, pet damage, guest damage, etc).

Enjoy your stay at The Nest! Small yet functional, this centrally located studio apartment greets you with travertine tile, all new furnishings and a fully functional kitchen. New travertine walk in oversized shower and a queen size sleeper adds to the nice amenities. A fenced small patio allows you to grill or drink your morning coffee. Also if needed, there is a storm safe basement below the kitchen island!

The Nest is a studio apartment. The new king size bed is in an open area along with a full kitchen and living area with a queen size sleeper sofa. Nicely redone with a large travertine walk in shower. Small side fenced patio with table and chairs and a gas grill.
