This is a super cute, just renovated and completely brand new, 3 bed 2 bath home! Located perfectly 10 minutes from Fairview, 5 minutes from Canton Lake, and 15 minutes from Seiling.. its quiet country location makes it the PERFECT spot! With brand new appliances and fixtures you will love this property! It sleeps comfortably up to 7 guests and a pack n play or travel crib is available if requested from host. In the home is a king bed, full, and a queen. There is a also a sofa available, but it is NOT a sleeper sofa. The two bathrooms have a tub/shower combo and a full tile shower that is oversized. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you would need including an oven, microwave, toaster, pots & pans, and all kitchen utensils and dinner ware you could ever need. This house is FULLY STOCKED with anything you could possibly need for a one night get away or a month long stay! Additionally, there is a huge, clean, barn available for you to store a boat or camper if needed! The host is local to Fairview and readily available should you need additional assistance for any reason.

- "Great access to the dunes. Nice privacy fenced in area." - "Our stay was 2 nights, 6/23-6/24. Long post but lots of info. This was the perfect place to bring our riding equipment to. the fenced in property is secure the lots are very large for all ATV styles and if you have smaller children, they have plenty of space to roam around without the worry of them leaving the property. Inside is furnished with 2 bedroom, 2 baths, a cot, and a futon in the living for additional sleeping if needed, as comfy couch with 2 recliners and comfy recliner, there is plenty of room. We had 4 adults and 2 teen football players with us. They have a book of instructions, local restaurants, and also include and events schedule. Provided is paper towels, toilet paper, dishes, grilling utensils (gas and charcoal) outside seating and awning, firepits dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergents and dryer sheets. Everything you need al you need to bring is the usual foods and drinks. Now the other convivence is just outside the fence you take off on your SXS or ATV, dirt bike or buggy ride the trail directly to the entrance of the DUNES :) as well as the Doller General on the corner, in town riding is aloud we didn't do that but read you can purchase a sticker that will allow you to do so except on state highways (confirm first) This was perfect for us and by far extremely clean and disinfected PERFECTO Rocky and wife we will be back soon. PS I forgot to mention they respond super-fast if you have questions! The Woods and Napiers"

We do not live in Waynoka, but are available to answer any question that you have, and solve any problems we can. Just text or phone. UTV Takeover weekend is reserved for repeat customers; five-day full rate; lottery; sole discretion of the Property owner; conflicts may be canceled.

The property is located inside the city limits of Waynoka. It has direct 24-hour access to the dunes via a dedicated. The only thing closer to the dunes is a campground for trailers and RVs. So, it's a great location. The property is directly adjacent to the city park, which is seldom used, except during big event weekends. It is very handy for extra vehicles, RV's, riding, and kids.

There is no public transportation available in Waynoka. You should plan to bring everything you need in the way of food and drinks.

Waynoka has very few services. Waynoka has a convince store and gas station, hardware store, a couple of bars, and some limited ORV maintenance available. The closest city with full services in Alva, which is about 30 mins away. You will need to bring everything you need with you. This includes all of your food and drinks.
