This home has been well loved with just one family who lived here for over 40 years until it sold in 2022. Lots of love and life have filled this home since it was built. From in exploring the forest just behind the house, playing hide and seek, or just creating trails down to the lake to fish, we seek to continue the enjoyment forged by the previous family as we offer this lovely home to visitors.
As you enter the property you will quickly be drawn to the glass doors that lead to the back of the house, giving you stunning views of lake Keystone as you walk out on the deck that spans the entire back of the home. This home has an open concept design so whether you are preparing food, enjoying a meal, or in the upstairs living room, conversation flows easily.
This home boasts 3 bedrooms upstairs, and a 4th bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet and a beautifully designed ensuite. Step into the shower where you will enjoy several shower jets. Come and enjoy a cup of coffee as you step out of the master bedroom onto a private entrance to the back porch.
The lower level of this home is the space for living/playing. There is a ping pong table, games, TV, and a romantic fireplace to enjoy. Supervision & Safety:
The deck is elevated on all sides, and there are steep drop-offs in front of the home. The driveway is also steep. There are additional steep drop-offs around the property and deck—please use caution. For your safety, please do not sit on the deck railings and please do not climb or walk through the retaining wall areas. Please do not climb the fence. Guests must supervise children at all times to ensure their safety.

No food, alcohol, sugary drinks, or gum allowed on the court.
Only water, sports drinks, and coconut water in spill-proof containers are permitted.

• Absolutely no parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings above the registered guest count. The base rate covers up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 16 allowed on the property at any time (including visitors). Each guest over 8 is $50 per person, per day. Violation of occupancy or party rules will result in the reservation being canceled without refund and guests being required to leave. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and we strictly enforce these rules. After booking, guests will receive a message asking to acknowledge this, check in instructions will not be sent unless this is done.
• Pet Info (dogs only): Please make sure you have paid the pet fee.
• Smoke-Free Indoors: Feel free to use the ashtray on our back patio. No smoking inside or in front of the house to keep our home fresh. Note: If evidence of smoking inside, up to $700 in charges.

The house was relatively easy to find, though it took us a few minutes of searching, which was expected given that it’s a new build. The owner provided helpful screenshots to guide us to the location. He was also quick to respond when we had a question during our stay. For those with low-to-the-ground cars, it's worth noting that the side street is rocky and unfinished. I had no issues with my SUV, but my boyfriend had to drive slowly in his coupe. The house itself was exactly as pictured. Upon arrival, the house smelled clean, was comfortably cool thanks to the air conditioning, and we appreciated the outdoor lights as a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the double-headed rainfall shower was a great feature! Overall, the property could use a bit more fine-tuning, but this is to be expected with a new listing. Regardless, the stay was five stars and we recommend staying here. We had a great time, and the price point was very fair. We would definitely consider staying here again if we're in the Tulsa area. Beautiful home with a pool sitting on 5 acres located only 20 min away from downtown Tulsa! Enjoy the serenity of country living with spectacular views with stocked pond. Perfect for couples getaway or family vacation.

- "Mouse droppings in kitchen and other parts of home including a bed - that was the worst of our issues. No hot water for more than 48 hours so unable to sanitize the mouse poopy dishes or take showers. Had to ask for check in details on our way to property as they were not provided. Although listing stated noon, check in was not until 3:00 so we had to kill time til check in. It was 80 degrees in house when we arrived. Pool was still being filled & cleaned. Landscaping people arrived after we did. Mowed, etc for two hours while we were in the pool. Microwave did not work. Gas grill was GROSS. Had contractor change a couple of exterior doorknobs while we were there. Departure day, more contractors at property. Property is a great space but hosts seem to lack basic understanding of what it means to be a VRBO host."

Guesthouse sits on a 3 acre lot and is the perfect distance from Main house to have total privacy.
Open floor plan with one large bedroom and one bathroom.
Feel free to walk dogs around the neighborhood or check out the 4 beautiful friendly horses next door.
We recommend that 6 is what the Guesthouse can hold comfortably but if people don't mind sleeping on couch/air mattress it can sleep up to 8.

You’re staying in a home, not a hotel, so please treat the space with care. If any issues arise, we’ll do our best to resolve them as soon as possible, but please note that no one lives on-site 24/7.

Pest Control & Country Living
We employ professional pest control services regularly, but being in a charming country setting, you may encounter a few bugs and occasional uninvited guests may appear. To help prevent this, please keep all doors closed at all times.

Temperature Control
Our home is equipped with a Nest thermostat that can be controlled remotely. To prevent system issues, please do not set the cooling below 68°F, as this may cause the unit to freeze for up to 24 hours.

Fragrance Plug-Ins
We use fragrance plug-ins throughout the home. If you prefer them removed before your stay, please let us know in advance.

Routine Property Maintenance
During your stay, you may see maintenance staff performing seasonal tasks such as mowing the lawn, clearing leaves, or maintaining gutters and exterior spaces including the court and deck.

We thoroughly clean the court and outdoor areas after each stay to ensure a pleasant experience. However, as our property is surrounded by beautiful trees and natural elements, some dirt and debris may gather between stays, especially after heavy rain. If needed, a rain squeegee, leaf blower, and soft-bristle broom (using anything else can damage the surface) are available on the property for court maintenance.

Kindly note: to use any of the bathrooms, you’ll need to go through one of the bedrooms, as there are no separate hallway bathrooms.

Safety & Property Rules
Assumption of Risk
By renting this home, guests acknowledge the inherent risks of injury while participating in sports or activities on the property. Guests assume all responsibility for their safety while using the pickleball court, basketball area, or other amenities. The host is not liable for any injuries.

Supervision & Safety
The deck is elevated on all sides, and there are steep drop-offs in front of the home. The driveway is also steep.
There are additional steep drop-offs around the property and deck—please use caution. For your safety, please do not sit on the deck railings and please do not climb or walk through the retaining wall areas. Please do not climb the fence. Guests must supervise children at all times to ensure their safety.

No smoking near or on the court.
No food, alcohol, sugary drinks, or gum allowed on the court.
Only water, sports drinks, and coconut water in spill-proof containers are permitted.
Proper footwear is required.
