This is our personal home for 10 plus years and we would like to share this beautiful home with you as we travel. This house is located in a small secluded, quiet neighborhood on a one acre wooded lot. It is about 10 minute drive to BOK and downtown Tulsa, 15-20 minutes to Tulsa Expo Center and Gathering Place. Keystone Lake is about 10 minutes away, Osage Casino 3 minutes, and the recently renovated, including new greens and bunkers is the Canyons Golf Course 2 minutes away and local dining and shopping within 5 minutes including Walmart. There is 30' above ground pool with large deck. The patio has a real wood fire pit (wood is provided), a gas grill, two tables and chairs, patio lighting, and chiminea. It is a great place for eating, visiting around the fire, s’mores or a grilled burger or steak. Pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The hot tub is seasonal and closed during summer months. A Ring doorbell and security cameras are installed in the front of the property for your protection and our peace of mind. There are no other security cameras in the house or in the back yard. We have a limit of 8 guests allowed on the property. Additional visiting guests must be pre-approved by owners.

Our Lakeside log cabins are less than a dozen feet from one of our private spring-fed clear water lakes. Each log cabin features a pillow top king bed, queen sleeper sofa, corner fireplace & large flat screen TV. They have a vaulted tin roof and authentic log walls. They are air conditioned and heated, making them comfortable and cozy any time of year!

There is a full kitchen, stocked with utensils/plates/cups etc. We provide local coffee, a coffee maker and the necessities. The bathroom has a large two person whirlpool tub with fresh clean towels provided. Your private patio has a wrought iron table w/ four chairs, a chiminea and free firewood.

Wifi is available on-site at the main lodge. You can check emails or setup a work station in the lodge or on one of the lakeside patios.

We do allow some pets, with a $50 cleaning fee to prepare the space for the next guests...please check with us prior to booking to confirm that we can accommodate your pet!

No need to check-in at the office. Self-check-in after 3 pm, day of arrival. Self-check-out by 11 am, day of departure. Must be booked in advance. Sorry, no same-day bookings after 6 pm.

Bank fishing and fishing from the dock by the Lodge is included in your stay. Please no live baits, you may catch & keep all fish under 15” (except March thru May) and must catch & must release all fish over 15” all the time.

Boats are available for rental if you prefer. Call Suzy at the phone number that will be provided in your Confirmation Letter for rates and availability. All activities are at your own risk and to participate you must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement and Waiver of Liability. Minimum two guests per activity, including one adult. Our Private Lakeside Log Cabins feature a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, corner fireplace, large bath w/ whirlpool, full kitchen w/ four chair dinette, private patio w/ chiminea and free firewood.

Guest access
During your visit we hope you will have time to enjoy a little bank fishing and hiking among our 200-acre ranch. Enjoy a game of horseshoes and hopefully relax in one of our nap inducing hammocks.

No need to check-in at the office. Self-check-in after 3 pm, day of arrival. Self-check-out by 11 am, day of departure.

Bank fishing and fishing from the dock by the Lodge is included in your stay. Please no live baits, you may catch & keep all fish under 15” (except March thru May) and must catch & must release all fish over 15” all the time.

Boats are available for rental. All activities are at your own risk and to participate you must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement and Waiver of Liability.

- "The pictures on this listing doesn't do justice to the actuality of the property. Every detail was well thought out from the amenities, to functionality, and practicality. It's decorated so elegantly! It's a great place for an adult weekend away or even a family with mature children. However, it's not a place I, personally, would feel comfortable bringing my toddlers to for fear of them breaking something. It is easy to get to and very close to local eateries. It's also not hard to venture out to Tulsa or even down the road to Stillwater. I wish we had more time to explore the area! "

Beautiful home with a pool sitting on 5 acres located only 20 min away from downtown Tulsa! Enjoy the serenity of country living with spectacular views with stocked pond. Perfect for couples getaway or family vacation.

- "Mouse droppings in kitchen and other parts of home including a bed - that was the worst of our issues. No hot water for more than 48 hours so unable to sanitize the mouse poopy dishes or take showers. Had to ask for check in details on our way to property as they were not provided. Although listing stated noon, check in was not until 3:00 so we had to kill time til check in. It was 80 degrees in house when we arrived. Pool was still being filled & cleaned. Landscaping people arrived after we did. Mowed, etc for two hours while we were in the pool. Microwave did not work. Gas grill was GROSS. Had contractor change a couple of exterior doorknobs while we were there. Departure day, more contractors at property. Property is a great space but hosts seem to lack basic understanding of what it means to be a VRBO host."

Guesthouse sits on a 3 acre lot and is the perfect distance from Main house to have total privacy.
Open floor plan with one large bedroom and one bathroom.
Feel free to walk dogs around the neighborhood or check out the 4 beautiful friendly horses next door.
We recommend that 6 is what the Guesthouse can hold comfortably but if people don't mind sleeping on couch/air mattress it can sleep up to 8.

This 2400 sqft home sits on just over 4 acres on Lake Keystone. The home has wood vaulted ceilings in most of the rooms on the main floor including the kitchen, dinning, living room, master bdrm, and 2nd bdrm. The walls behind the wood stove are natural stacked rock. The master bath's curb-less shower has natural stone tiles. There are stained glass windows in two of the bathrooms and another in the front door. A well stocked kitchen with convection oven, microwave, frech door refrigerator with two ice makers. We provide a beautiful queen bed and bedding. This cabin does have a small sink with potable water to wash and drink but it’s limited to it’s 5 gallon tank so use sparingly. We have a large driveway for parking. This off-grid cabin is a short five minute hike into our 10 acre piece of land. We provide a small cart to help carry your things in. You have access to all of the land and all of the trails.

Other things to note
Truly an off-grid experience. Please consider the weather when booking because the cabin has no HVAC and is at the whim of the weather. You will be using a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is available. This site does require a small hike in to our land to find the cabin.

Remember the shower and compost toilet are both outside so bring what you need to stay warm and dry during your short trips.

Cozy home in North Sand Springs—just a 12-minute drive to downtown Tulsa and 15 minutes to Keystone Lake. You’ll have access to two of the three bedrooms; the third is locked. Enjoy the spacious backyard with deck and fire pit areas.

This Airbnb is a 2b1b located above two separate 1 bed, 1 bath units in the walkout basement below. Long-term tenants live in those units. Please be respectful—though you likely won’t see or hear them.

The entire home is decorated in an original modern farm theme and includes a lot of "extras" such as Kitchen staples and Bathroom samples just in case you forgot something. It is a very peaceful property and a great place to unwind!

The entire house is for your use with the exception of the garage and storage closets. This house is a self check-in property fitted with an electronic key-pad lock. Guests are emailed the door code and check-in instructions a few days prior to their arrival.

There is covered parking for 4 vehicles and room for a boat or other vehicles. We have extra dining room chairs in the garage, if needed. We also have lawn chairs in the garage for use outdoors.

Our Lakeside log cabins are less than a dozen feet from one of our private spring-fed clear water lakes. Each log cabin features a pillow top king bed, queen sleeper sofa, corner fireplace & large flat screen TV. They have a vaulted tin roof and authentic log walls. They are air conditioned and heated, making them comfortable and cozy any time of year!

There is a full kitchen, stocked with utensils/plates/cups etc. We provide local coffee, a coffee maker and the necessities. The bathroom has a large two person whirlpool tub with fresh clean towels provided. Your private patio has a wrought iron table w/ four chairs, a chiminea and free firewood.

Wifi is available on-site at the main lodge. You can check emails or setup a work station in the lodge or on one of the lakeside patios.

We do allow some pets, with a $50 cleaning fee to prepare the space for the next guests...please check with us prior to booking to confirm that we can accommodate your pet!

Enter this spacious lodge via a lighted gradual ramp to the second floor, which is the main living area. Two bedrooms on each of the three floors. One additional bedroom with a fold out bed. And one queen size hide a bed Dining seating for up to 18 people. Huge pool deck. Hot tub comfortably seats eight. Bathrooms really aren't that fancy, but two of the full baths have showers and the third has a shower with a tub.

 Anglers: Anglers between 16 and 65 must have a valid Oklahoma fishing license.

If you decide to enter the lake on the shoreline behind my house, you must wear lake or water shoes. Since this is a fishing lake, there are many broken fishing hooks in the bottom of the lake and without shoes, these can get attached to your feet.
Activities on the lake are at your own risk. I am not liable for accidents or injuries related to any kind of lake activity – including kayaking.
